Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image to re-purchase intention through attitude of consumers to the brand in the Zoya’s Muslim fashion products in Surabaya.This sudy collects primary data from the questionere with 30 sample. The sample is the consumer of Zoya’s products in Surabaya. This study utilizes Consumer characteristics who have ever made a purchase Zoya’s products in Surabaya within the past year. The sampling technique is accidental and purposive sampling.This study utilizes quantitative approach path analysis technique (path analysis).Endogenous variables is re-purchase intention, whereas exogenous variables is brand image and intervening endogenous variable is the attitude of consumers to the brand image. The results indicates that the brand image has a positive and significant impact to the consumer attitudes on Zoyas’s Muslim fashion brand. Other results shows that a significant influence on consumer attitudes and re-purchase intention . Then, the brand image is also has positive and significant impact on re-purchase intention on the Zoya’s Muslim fashion in Surabaya. Based on these findings, Zoya Surabaya branch should maintain and enhance the brand  image of Zoya and positive attitudes of consumers towards the Muslim fashion Zoya so as to improve on the consumers purchase intention on products Moslem Zoya. For the further research, it will be better by adding a moderator variables such as the level of religious knowledge that will get an idea whether the moderator variables will weaken or increase the influence of consumer attitudes to re-purchase intention of consumers on Zoyas’s Muslimfashion brand.

Abstract

The method used is a qualitative approach with the strategy case study. The collection of data that is passed is the interview to the informant, the assistant pawn Islamic financial institutions and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises customers pawn gold. The analysis technique used is the technique of pairing patterns with narrating the interviews with informants. Results from this study is the gold pawn Islamic financial institutions may be a reinforcement of capital Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The use of gold as a pledge of capital strengthening of capital Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises undertaken to meet short-term capital in the form of working capital. Requirements are simple and fast process makes this product desirable pengusha Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Using gold as a pledge of additional capital, the of capital Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises business grew and developing States.

Abstract

Basically BRISyariah’s employee have different job motivations. Working on an Islamic environment certainly at least a little or a lot will affected their job motives, so that finnaly, it can be shown the Islamic performance employee. The aim of this research was to examine job motivation of BRISyariah KCI Surabaya Gubeng’s employee influance on their Islamic performance whether the Islamic performance assessment was affected by their motivations.This research is quantitative research and uses linier regression analysis as analysis model. The sample in this research was obtained by purposive sampling method. Based on this method, there were 44 employees in accordance with the criteria of this research’s sample that was determined with a minimum work term of 3 months. The performance assessment was rated by each department manager where they were placed. Data collected by distributing questionnaires about their job motivation to employees and performance appraisal sheet to the manager.The results of the research indicate that job motivation influence on the Islamic performance of BRISyariah KCI Surabaya Gubeng’s employee.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of At-Taqwa mosque in Simorejo Surabaya towards the community. It uses qualitative approach with descriptive case study methodology. The researcher used purposive technique for data collection to determine the informant. Based on the technique, the researcher obtained seven informants which were the head of takmir, and six mosque jamaah from At-Taqwa Simorejo Surabaya. The data collection was done bydoing observation, documentation, and in-depth interview. The analysis of the data was done by using interactive model which were data reduction, data display and drawing the conclusion.The result is At-Taqwa Simorejo mosque has a big role in social empowerment because the community is involved in productive process which is based on equality and security, sustainability and cooperation which can run simultaneously so that prosperity can be achieved.

Abstract

This research purposes to determine the factors that affect onion farmers not choose financing in Sharia Banking in Nganjuk. Right now, in Sharia Banking showed rapid development but not matched by the number of customers, especially financing customers the onion farmers in Nganjuk.This research uses a quantitative approach using exploratory factor analysis. Population characteristics of this research are the onion farmers in the Ngrami village and Sukomoro Subdistrict. The number of samples during the preliminary test by conducting a written interview on 10 respondents and to the main test required 100 respondents also. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Results of this research showed that there are four factors affected onion farmers not to choose financing in Sharia Banking in Nganjuk. Four those factors as a result of reduction of processing factor analysis. The four factors are named with the recommendations of other factors, another competitor, locations, and popularity. Suggestion for Sharia Bank are to socialize, provide products financing in the form of seasonal for farmers, by proactive services to potential customers, and services through a car arround in a place easily accessible public. Factors that are formed in this research also can be used to further research for influence the other variables, the decision did not choose to become sharia banking customers as a whole, not only on financing customers. In addition to further research the SUbject of research is expected to wider scope.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know implementation of Sharia Strategic Manajemen in BMT. The research object is BMT Amanah Ummah Surabaya. The research method used in this research are qualitative research, case study, and domain analysis, taksonomy analysis and componensial analysis. By using data collection technique such as interviewing and observing primary informant (BMT Amanah Ummah Management) and secondary informant (Sharia Supervisory Council) for data validity.The result of this research is the BMT Amanah Ummah has applied steps of sharia strategic management very well. Those adjustments can be seen from the steps of sharia strategic management start from strategy formulating, strategy implementing, and strategy evaluating. The indicators of this research are the process of strategic management done by BMT Amanah Ummah adjusted to Fred R. David concept, and the sharia principals used for process of sharia strategic management adjusted to maqashid sharia.

Abstract

The porpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of Mosque-basedMicrobusiness Community Program to empowering mustahiq’s economy at Miftahul Jannah Mosque Surabaya.The research method of this research is a qualitative approach, case studies strategy, and descriptive analysis techniques which collecting data through interview, and observation. The informants are members of Mosque-based Microbusiness Community Program at Miftahul Jannah Mosque Surabaya, consist of seven people who had attanded the program and has recieved assistance zakat productive in the form venture capital from Baitul Maal Muamalat through Mosque-based Microbusiness Community Program (KUM3).Based on the results of the research is Mosque-based Microbusiness Community Program effective to empower mustahiq’s economy use productive zakat consist of venture capital, the mosque has a maximum role to facilitate the distribution of productive zakat from Baitul Maal Muamalat to mustahiq evidenced by increasing three indicators, namely ruhiyah, partisipation, and business.

Abstract

This descriptive study aims for describe the blessing in earning got by the laundry entrepreneur. There are four guidance that can be use to describe it. In addition, this study also describe the justified muamalah in Islam and the meaning of blessing in earning. The method used for collecting data was In-depth interview with the main informant and other informant that related with this study. Main informant in this research was the owner of Lavende Laundry. The result from this research showed that the blessing in earning can be earned by appy the religious theaching. Laundry entrepreneur got their blessed earning by applying the muamalah accordance to Islam. In the end, that blessed earning and muamalah brings in sincerity.

Abstract

Islamic stocks in implementation are not contrary to the principles of sharia. Before investing their money investors should pay attention to advance the companys performance. One of its attention is fundamental analysis based on financial ratios. This research aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Equity of stock price companies that listed on Jakarta Islamic Index in 2009-2013. The subject is the consistent companies listed on Jakarta Islamic Index during the research period. Selection method of the population is purposive sampling. Analysis method is multiple linear regression with significance level 0.05. The results indicate theese variables as a partially and simultaneuously insignificant influence on the stock prices. The value of coefficient determination 0.144 shows that 14.4% the stock prices is influenced by these variables, while for 85,6% are affected by other variables that are not included in this research.

Abstract

Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is used later to improve the image of the company and its business existence. Instead of CSR to empower people its delude people with a profit motive. Islamic CSR is that CSR refers to business practices that have an ethical responsibility Islamically, companies incorporate Islamic norms characterized by sincerity commitment in maintaining the social contract in its business practices in halal lawful. This study aimed to reveal the implementation of Islamic CSR PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive method.The results of this study indicate that PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi has implemented Islamic CSR based on unity, caliphate, justice and broterhood by creating and running a cooperation agreement in accordance with sharia corridor, provide good service to customers, act fairly and avoid discrimination, provide assistance to the poor in the villages around, helping the development of education and worship, as well as participate protecting the environment by way of planting trees together.
