Abstract

            Investor menginvestasikan dananya ke dalam pasar modal dengan mengharapkan adanya capital gain ataupun adanya dividen. Meskipun investor mengharapkan capital gain ataupun adanya dividen tentu saja adanya kondisi tersebut tidak luput dengan adanya resiko yang dihadapi para investor.Investor sangat mempertimbangkan dalam memutuskan investasinya salah satu yang menjadi perhatian investor dalam memutuskan investasinya dapat diketahui dari harga saham perusahaan yang akan dilakukan investasi, dikarenakan harga saham merupakan cerminan dari kondisi perusahaan secara umum. Akan tetapi ada beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan harga saham diantaranya pertumbuhan perusahaan, total asset turn over, return on investment, earning per share.          Tujuan yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini pertama untuk mengetahui apakah pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kedua untuk mengetahui apakah total asset turnover berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, ketiga untuk mengetahui apakah return on invesment berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, keempat untuk mengetahui apakah earning per share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kelima untuk mengetahui apakah pertumbuhan perusahaan, total asset turnover, return on investment dan earning per share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pertumbuhan perusahaan, total asset turnover, return on investment dan earning per share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI, sedangkan secara parsial variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham adalah earning per share.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has many volcanoes. A large number of volcanoes lead to potential disaster due to the impact of large volcanic eruption. One is a volcanic earthquake which occurred when volcanoes will erupt. Volcanic earthquakes occur due to volcanic activities. Earthquakes caused by the movement of magma inside the volcano. As a result of the earthquake from vibrating homes to vibrate, crack until the collapse. One of volcanic earthquakes that occurred is of volcanic earthquakes at the merapi mountain on the island of Java. Earthquake felt by the residents of villages around the merapi mountain. One village is fairly close to the merapi mountain is dukuh Pencil, Munggung village, Karangdowo district, Klaten, Central Java. So the village has the potential to feel the impact of the earthquake merapi mountain. To reduce the impact of the earthquake is carried socialization of how to design a home that houses the earthquake disaster response that were built by residents of the  dukuh Pencil, Munggung  village can survived and did not collapse when the earthquake occurred

Abstract

Semakin luas lahan budidaya pertanian maka semakin tinggi pula kebutuhan akan pupuk  dan juga  pestisida. Maka hal ini memunculkan permasalahan yang sering dihadapi mitra dalam usaha pertaniannya adalah ketika menghadapi kelangkaan pupuk dan juga ketika menghadapi serangan organisme pengganggu tanaman (OPT) pada lahan areal budidaya nya. Tingginya harga sarana produksi terutama pupuk kimia dan banyak petani tidak mampu membeli pupuk kimia ini dapat berakibat rendah nya hasil produksi pertanian, di sisi yang lain ketergantungan yang tinggi terhadap pupuk kimia. Ketersediaan limbah urine ternak kelinci yang ada di Kecamatan Semboro maupun di Kabupaten Jember cukup  melimpah dan masih belum di manfaat kan secara optimal, di dukung banyak nya peternak kelinci yang  tergabung dalam komunitas peternak kelinci, maka pemanfaatan dan pengolahan limbah urine ternak kelinci menjadi pupuk dan pestisida organik mempunyai prospek yang cukup cerah guna mengatasi permasalahan yang di hadapi  oleh masyarakat petani anggota Mitra dari kegiatan pengapdian ini, melihat ketersediaan bahan baku dan kebutuhan yang seimbang dan memadai. Urine kelinci yang sudah di olah menjadi pupuk organik dan pestisida organik tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk pertumbuhan   tanaman dan mengembalikan kesuburan lahan, tetapi juga untuk mengurangi biaya yang harus di keluarkan dalam kegiatan usahatani serta lebih ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

The main problem facing the majority of respondents is the lack of capital andmarketing difficulties. Although many special credit schemes for small enterprises, themajority of respondents, especially those located in rural areas, never get credit frombanks or other institutions. Implementation of extension activities to capital for micro-enterprises because lack of knowledge about the capital so that the business communitycan not thrive. Capital program for micro businesses helpful to develop a businessSungapan II Dusun community and foster new innovations in business. The stages of theactivities carried out during ongoing counseling is the identification, dissemination capital,capital counseling, debriefing. The result of this program is that people know what theexisting capital base and to understand where and how to obtain them.

Abstract

Dusun Klumprit II is a dusun that located in Wukirharjo, Prambanan, District Sleman, Province of Yogyakarta. Dusun Klumprit II is a prosperous dusun with themajority of livelihoods are in agricultural and livestock. The residents’ awareness andconcern to manage the waste by the residents is still very low. The habit of burning thewaste is still ingrained in the dusun to solve the waste problem. Besides, with burningthe waste is considered as the fastest way to handle these problems. Not only that,there are some residents who throw their waste directly into the water bodies withoutthinking about the accumulation of the waste in the downstream water bodies and alsopollution in water body as a result of the waste that they has thrown. It is feared that itwill be imitated by the children of dusun as the successor of the dusun and also fearedthat the environmental carrying capacity will be weakened due to contamination thatoccurred. Such concerns can be reduced by growing the public awareness of theimportance of removing and sorting the waste.The result of the program, the residents begin to understand the importance ofmanaging the waste. Instead it will help to preserve the environment but it can also helpthe economy of the residents with the training of the creations that can be made fromthe waste. As well as the control approaches the waste to children through the activityof making crafts from the waste by their own efforts and hopes their creativity in thefuture can be honed to solve the waste problems and the cadres that cares intoenvironments is born. With the procurement of the trash can, the residents can do thereal actions in the management of waste by sorting both organic and non-organic.

Abstract

Creativity is generating things activities that are new or innovative, useful orbeneficial, and can be understood or easily understood. Creative thinking is very importantfor a person, especially for children whose their brains are at the time of maximumdevelopment. Unfortunately, world development that is too fast make most people haveof consumer behavior and practicality lover, as occurs to children in Dusun Bandung andDusun Songbanyu 1, Kecamatan Giri Subo, Gunung Kidul, Daerah Istimewa Yoyakarta. Toreduce these behaviors, authors was initiated a simple training to make a pencil casethatis made from paperboard and origami paper. With hope, the children become morecreative and better able to take advantage of items that are around them.

Abstract

Cancer of the cervix or also called cervical cancer is a type of cancer that 99.7%are caused by human papilloma virus (HPV) oncogenic, which attacks the cervix. Riskgroup for the occurrence of cervical cancer arewomen over age 30 years who havemany children and to maintain reproductive health behavior is still lacking. Habitsmutually exchange sexual partners is one of the main factors of HPV virus that causescervical cancer is the case. In Indonesia only 5 percent who do cervical cancer screening,so that 76.6 percent of patients as detected has entered Stage Advanced (IIIB above),since cervical cancer usually without any symptoms in the initial stage. This fact isgenerally not known by the villagers. Therefore for prevention will be held related toreproductive health counseling and knowledge about menstruation on the PKK in thevillage of Wonogiri, Tawangsari, Kaligesing, Central Java.

Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural country rich in culture. One culture that still is in the form of tradition mantenan sustainable or traditional Javanese wedding. During the procession of events taking place mantenan language using the Java language. In supporting the smooth and successful series of wedding procession that is so sacred, one of the driving forces is the role of organizers (MC) which uses the Java language introduction adicara institutions. The desire of people RT-03 Pedukuhan Somodaran, Banyuraden village to preserve the traditional wedding ceremony Yogyakarta, the main attraction. However, the village is still shortage of professionals in performing marriage ceremonies Yogyakarta. One reason is the lack of knowledge and understanding of the custom wedding procession Yogyakarta is still low. In addition, the human resources that can act as guides and teaching institution with an intermediary adicara Java language still small in number.In this study objectives to be achieved are: improving public speaking skills and have the ability as an intermediary institution with the Java language adicara need a comprehensive effort. One alternative that is done is a method of skills development and training in public speaking skills intermediary institutions adicara with the Java language. Participants will be given training to be pranacara various wedding events, namely: pranacara application, peningsetan adicara institutions, institutions adicara consent, midodareni adicara institutions, and institutions adicara Panggih. The method used is setting the example by instructors and practice directly by the participants.Some of the findings in the training process are: supporting the smooth and successful series of wedding procession that is so sacred, one penunjangnnya is the role of organizers (MC) which uses the Java language introduction adicara institutions. In addition to the welcome speeches from both candidates keluaraga groom and women (public speaking) using the Java language supporting the ongoing success of the wedding procession. After training and simulation, public confidence in Somodaran hamlet, village Banyurade will gradually increase and also the increase in professionals as MC in the event mantenan. The public will learn to plan, create structure and practice of bringing the event in front of an audience. The training is designed with an informal atmosphere and the risk-free personal feedback where needed on each individual to know the obstacles faced when he became institutions adicara (MC) with intermediate Java language.

In the era of globalization, education experiencing tremendous change. Currently,teachers are not the sole source of knowledge for students. The advent of the internetand electronic media students can access easily lead students can learn anywhere andanytime without having to be accompanied by a teacher. Thus, education should alsoadjust the technology has to happen today. Schools in Indonesia to implementtechnology-based education using the computer as a medium of learning in schools. Buton the other hand, it requires schools to have the infrastructure to support theimplementation of technology-based learning. For schools that do not have theinfrastructure to support it can not implement technology-basededucation. This is onereason technology-based learning has not applied optimally in Indonesia. SD Jambewangiincluding schools that did not have the infrastructure to support learning computer skillsso they are left in the process of learning the use of science and technology even mosttechnology illiterate. with the holding of the computer education program is expected toenhance the skills and knowledge of children about the importance and usefulness ofcomputers so that students in elementary Jambewangi not lagging behind in the progressof science and technology skills

Abstract

Family the first and top learning place for every teenager. Parenting way will affectthe development of teenager's characters. But, not all parents understand how to dealwith teenager correctly, such as parents at Dusun Jati, Kelurahan Gerbosari, KecamatanSamigaluh, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta. So, they need an educationabout parenting. Based on these circumstances, the authors organized a " Bina KeluargaRemaja (BKR)" as a community service activities. Parents are given educational materialin six sessions, those are definition of teenager, the importance of parents role, theimportance of sex education for teenager, the importance of parental supervision, therole of peers, and the role of parents to help tenageer to recognize himself. The serviceactivities managed to increase the knowledge of parents in tenaager growth fosteringcorrectly and focused, in order to build a quality family.
