Abstract

The majority of people in Indonesia live in the village. Not a few people of Indonesia who came from the village leaving the village to find a decent job in the city.This thought is certainly one, but a deserted village has the potent ial to move forward.Crops and livestock in abundance will be very profitable if managed correctly. For thewelfare of rural communities, it takes training that is to grow the ability of ruralcommunities. Creativity and innovation in managing crops and livestock to be of higheconomic value is needed. One way for the welfare of rural communities is to provideentrepreneurial training and explanation. Entrepreneurship is a process of doingsomething creative and new or different (innovative) are useful in providing more value. Gejayan hamlet located in Pakis subdistrict, Magelang is a hamlet whose majorityare farmers. Yields are the largest of Hamlet Gejayan tomatoes. Because tomatoes areabundant harvest, the price of tomatoes to be very low. Many farmers are losing money due to the gains a bit. It takes innovation in managing tomatoes are abundant. Tomatonoodles are noodles that uses the basic ingredients of tomatoes. In the field of healthnoodles consumed tomatoes better than the noodles instant noodles are sold inIndonesia. Tomato noodle products were also given the attractive packaging to attractconsumers. With the tomato noodle products, is expected to improve the localeconomy Gejayan Hamlet.

Abstract

Geblek is a typical food of Kulon Progo made from starch or tapioca starch. Thisfood has a typical globular form a number eight shape and aslightly chewy texture. Geblekvery famous in Kulon Progo and surroundings, thus becoming one of the icon culinaryKulon Progo. It makes geblek is easy to find in Kulon Progo. As an entrepreneur geblek,innovate an obligation to succeed. A recent study byDeloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limitedrevealed that 78% of the "millennium generation" around the world think innovation isimportant to the development of an enterprise. It initiates the author to provide a newinsight and innovative idea for an entrepreneur geblek in Dusun Balong V, Kulon Progo,Yogyalarta, named Sutijem. The author's purpose is for develop Sutijem’s entrepreneurial.Innovative products such as spicy geblek will attract buyers and is successing Sutijem’sgeblek enterpreneurial.

Abstract

Jimpitan is one attempt to hold capital for community activities such as garbagefees, street lights and various other shared dues. Nowadays, the burden of dues in largequantities each month maybe commuted to implement the program jimpitan where theamount and timing mechanisms whose contributions can be tailored to the needs ofsociety. Jimpitan can be either money or rice which shows the tradition of ruralcommunities that continue to uphold mutual cooperation, togetherness and helping eachother. Jimpitan creation program in the Ngepuh Lor village run smoothly, along with theenthusiasm of citizens who participate in the program.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan meningkatkan pendapatan serta produksi perikanan khususnya komoditas Nila. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi kegiatan alih teknologi, pelatihan dan percontohan serta aplikasi dan pendampingan teknologi produksi. Hasil pelaksanaan alih teknologi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai teknologi bioflok. Selanjutnya sebagai aplikasi digunakan 3 buah kolam masing-masing diisi ikan nila dengan kepadatan 250ekor/m3, kolam 1 diberi diberi perlakuan penambahan sumber karbon berupa molase, kolam 2 sumber karbon berupa tepung tapioka dan kolam 3 berupa kontrol tanpa penambahan sumber karbon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan sumber karbon berupa tepung tapioka menunjukkan laju pertumbuhan mutlak yang terbaik yaitu 9,14g. Nilai FCR berkisar 0,4-0,7. Kelangsungan hidup berkisar 90-95%. Produksi tertinggi dihasilkan oleh kolam 2 dengan perlakuan penambahan sumber karbon berupa tepung tapioka. Kualitas air yang meliputi temperatur, pH dan oksigen terlarut berada dalam kondisi yang optimal untuk pemeliharaan ikan Nila

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an activity that is not foreign in Indonesia. Currently emergingentrepreneurs in Indonesia are generally located in urban areas, one of the mainproblems kewiarusahaan in Indonesia, namely the uneven understanding of theimportance of entrepreneurship for the people living in remote areas. Finally, there isthe economic inequality between urban and rural areas. An understanding ofentrepreneurship need to be inflated in order to raise the economic level of societytowards a better economy. Lots of potential natural resources that can be extracted andcan boost the economy of citizens around but with the lack of knowledge aboutentrepreneurship existing potential is not utilized and not optimized as well as possibleand not occupied thereby earning less than optimal. Therefore it is very necessary toprovide counseling to the local community that there is a potential that can be extractedand utilized by the community. The purpose of this program is increasing citizenknowledge about entrepreneurship and the potential that can be exploited andoptimized in the area where they live. Stagesof entrepreneurship education programs(the importance of innovation in business) is carried out in the post and in homes.Before the survey was carried out in some houses that have natural resources (fruits)which is a lot for sale. After getting fruits,making jams trial began barking, and aftercompletion of the test the jam barked into people's homes. The latter process is todisseminate jam making barking and extension of entrepreneurship (the importance ofinnovation in business). Increased knowledgeof citizens about entrepreneurship and thepotential that can be exploited and optimized in their area, a hope for the author may bebeneficial to the citizens and to improve their economy.

Abstract

Dusun Deles, Jogonayan Village, District Ngablak, Magelang, Central Java Province thatconsisting of 3 RW and 12 RT. Mostly livelihood society are farmers.They sold their agriculturalproducts themselves to the market or to the middlemen or taken buy the buyer. So far thesociety determines the gain or loss only to the extent of the advantages or disadvantages oftheir capital.Besides as a farmer, the societyalso worksas traders, civil servants, workers, etc.The society in Dusun Deles are a society that have high desire to advance Dusun Deles, Thiscan be proved on the willingness of the society to work together for the develpoment of DusunDeles. The level education of Dusun Deles Society is below the average. Mostly, the education ofthe society were only maximum of Junior High School.Due to the low level education, the society awareness become less when it comes to education.The lack of public experience and lack of knowledge about the economy, led to the welfare ofsociety uneven. The low quality of human resources led theauthor to discuss about maximizingthe potential yield of the farmers more optimal. The author tried to increase the role of creditunions to help the economy of Dusun Deles Society and also giving counseling, socialization,briefed on the priciple of profit and loss and also the principle  of prices and househol financialmanagement.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (abbreviated as TPA or TPQ) is a body or group ofpeople who organize non-formal type of Islamic education which aims to provide teachingof reading Al-Qur'an at an early age, as well as understand the kindergarter-aged children-based basics of Islam, elementary school or madrasah (SD/MI) or even higher. Broadlyspeaking, the landfill useful for teaching Al-Qur’an in the form of reading, writing, and basicunderstanding of its interpretation. Teaching system is created to focus and fun inaccordance to children. So, a good managementsystem is the key to successing learningin a TPA. Unfortunately, this does not happen in a TPA at Arofah Mosque, Dusun BandungDan Dusun Songbanyu 1, Kecamatan Songbanyu, Gunung Kidul, Daerah IstimewaYogyakarta. Bad management, one teacher, and the absence of regeneration are mainproblems. Based on this, author took the initiative to do theguidingand supporting toorganizea good and integrated TPA management. With this guidance and support, theTPA will run better and organized. Slowly, Dusun Bandung and Dusun Songbanyu 1 willfeel a greater benefit from the presence of theTPA.

Abstract

Disaster is an event or series of events that threaten and disrupt the lives andlivelihood caused by natural factors or non-natural factors.  Countries Indonesia has thepotential disaster is so large that people have to understand the process of disastermitigation well. The potential of disaster in Indonesia caused the opportunity forcommunity to be a victim is bigger,especially children because of the children are still veryvulnerable and have minimal knowledge related to disaster mitigation. One of area thathas children with minimal knowledge of disaster mitigation is children in the dusunTlogolele. Based on the problem that mentioned before, it made community serviceprograms with the theme of disastermitigation training in the dusun Tlogolele. From theresults of the implementation of the program the children were able to understand theprocess of disaster mitigation and implementation so thatwhenever a disaster undertakenchildren can survive and stay live.

Abstract

Most of the various toping donuts are still using manual systems to make donuts, by hand, so the production capacity is relatively low. Management problems encountered include not yet implementing marketing management professionally, and not yet have Licensing Household Industry (PIRT). To overcome these problems, through this program of dedication to the community, given the solution 1) to provide aid in the production of potato-making machine by applying Appropriate Technology to improve productivity. And 2) to provide marketing management training so that they have knowledge about good marketing management . After training and production facilities are available, there is an increase in the number of productions and the quality of various Toping Potato Donuts and also affect their welfare level. The existence of this potato donut machine can increase productivity 3 times.
