Abstract

Middle age called "family cycle phase sags" in married life, because the mostimportant change during this period aided by the reduction in the number of familymembers living at home. Middle age is also called the period of "empty nest". Empty nestperiod called the Empty Nest Syndrome. Empty nest syndrome is a marital satisfactionwould decline because the parents get a lot of satisfaction from his children, andtherefore, the departure of the child from the family will leave parents with an emptyfeeling. Lilian in his study of American women found that women who only perform itstraditional tasks exclusively in the home and do not have other activities outside thehome, suffered more severe syndrome, even to the level of depression as "a sense of nolonger needed" that is so concentrated. Therefore, it is important for people of middleage determine the impact of Empty Nest Syndrome and how to minimize the impact ofEmpty Nest Syndrome. There are some good ways to overcome the adverse EmptyNest Syndrome, one with an adjustment to the family which in this case means thespouse or husband.

Abstract

The existence of the internet has put e-commerce on the concept of one stop shopping. Online trends provide a variety of ease in accessing and running a business with e-commerce. E-commerce C2C model is one of the most vibrant business models in e-commerce. Here business owner are required to be sensitive to the factors that affect consumers to purchase intention on online store. This study examines the influence of internal factors of the Online Store Environment (web quality and web brand) and external factors of consumer psychological factors (personality based, perception based and experience) on purchase intention of e-commerce C2C model through online trust mediator. In the category of e-commerce C2C model is represented by Bukalapak, Tokopedia, OLX and FJB Kaskus. The target sample is the respondents who in the last three months visited one of the e-commerce sites in the south of Jakarta with a total sampling of 100 respondents. Data processing is used with path analysis method. The results show that the e-commerce C2C purchase intention model is influenced by online store environment factor (web quality) either directly or indirectly through online trust mediation. The consumer psychological factor (personality based) affects the purchase intension directly while experience indirectly affects purchase intention through online trust

Abstract

Environmental hygiene became one of the fundamental factor for the ongoinglive a clean, healthy, and convenient. Protected from various kinds of diseases so desiredby everyone. In maintaining the cleanliness of the environment not only ourselves, butalso the community, and also the government. The lack of public attention to theenvironment is very familiar to today. Most of them think partially and only want tobenefit themselves, such asthe problem of garbage disposal is not in place, the disposalof industrial waste, air pollution, water pollution, and others. Cases concerningenvironmental hygiene problems in the always affect public health each year is alwaysincreasing. Communities also need to improve the environment and to theimplementation of development activities that can help power the harmonious andsustainable land. For that the extension services related to environmental sanitation andmanufacture of absorption wells is expected to be efforts to make people aware of theimportance of environmental health as well as providing knowledge of how to make ithappen.

Abstract

MCK is a room where someone can shower to cleanse the body. Cleanlinessfamily centered MCK, makes MCK’s cleanliness is really important. MCK in poorhygiene system will invite many germs grow and eventually create risk of germs andliving environment becomes unhealthy. Observations by author at Dukuh Jati, DesaGerbosari, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta found that there are still many people who do notcare about the cleanliness of its MCK. Therefore, the authors took the initiative toprovide education about healthy MCK. With hope, Dukuh Teak be concerned with thecleanliness of its toilets.

Abstract

Cara untuk memaksimumkan nilai pemegang saham adalah dengan cara meningkat tingkat pengembalian dari investasi tersebut. Bagi perusahaan yang belum go public dapat diketahui dari naiknya aktiva perusahaan, dan bagi perusahaan yang telah go public dapat diketahui dari harga saham di pasar modal. Dengan kata lain apabila harga saham naik maka nilai perusahaan mengalami kenaikan juga dan sebaliknya apabila harga saham mengalami penurunan maka nilai perusahaa mengalami penurunan sehingga akan berdampak bagi pemegang saham perusahaan. Akan tetapi nilai perusahaan dapat disebabkan oleh beberap faktor diantaranya ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, volatilitas pendapatan, hutang dan resiko bisnis..               Tujuan yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini pertama untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kedua untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, ketiga untuk mengetahui pengaruh volatilitas pendapatan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, keempat untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiko bisnis terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kelima untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, keenam untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, ketujuh untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh volatilitas pendapatan dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kedelapan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiko bisnis dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, volatilitas pendapatan,  dan resiko bisnis berpengaruh simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, secara parsial volatilitas pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sahaam JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan hutang tidak memberikan hubungan antara ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, resiko binis dengan nilai perusahaan, sedangkan volatilitas pendapatan memberikan hubungan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan hutang sebagai moderating

Abstract

One of the problems that occur among adolescents is drug abuse. Drug abuse isincreasing from year to year and is based on a survey of the National Narcotics Agency(BNN) approximately 90% of drug abusers are trying to use is among students orstudents. Drug abuse amongstudents or students will negatively affect the sustainabilityof national development. One of the things that cause students or students abusingdrugs is the lack of information about the dangers of drugs. One of the efforts beingmade to provide information about the dangers of drugs is through education with thelecture method. Most of some villagers Tumut, the Village whole observatories, DistrictSelo, Boyolali is among teenagers and children's status as a student or already workingwho need educationabout the effects and dangers of drug use. This extension adds toawareness of youth and children of the dangers of drug abuse. As well as increasingawareness of parents to provide oversight and more attention to their children.

Abstract

Yogyakarta is one of the most popular tourist destinations by tourists to spend their vacation time, it can be seen from the dense visit of the tourists who come during the holidays. The lack of facilities and infrastructure in Yogyakarta City to respond to the high tourists make new problems arise. This makes some tourists look for some alternative new tourist areas, such as natural attractions in the suburbs, namely in Gunung Kidul, Sleman and Kulon progo.Hamlet Nglinggo included as one of the tourist village in Special Region of Yogyakarta which is located Samigaluh, Kulon progo. Nglinggo tourist village is a new tourist village and is busy visiting tourists in recent years. This tourist village offers natural attractions tea plantations and waterfall Curug Watu Jonggol which is still one village with the existence of tea plantations. The potential of natural tourism is the main attraction compared to other tourist villages in Yogyakarta. Based on the data of the village tourist managers, the average number of visits per month reached the number of visits 1000-1500 the number of visitors (source pokdarwis). Increasing the number of visits to make the latest problems resulting from the absence of planning in the development of tourist villages, low human resources, and institutional governance is not good to cause some of the potential of this tourist village is less managed and competitive.Based on the problems mentioned above then in need of community empowerment efforts through the development of Nglingo Tourism Village so as to support slogan kabuapten Kulon progo the Jewel of Java. The goal is the creation of tourism village development through participatory planning, creation of institutional governance, and human resource capacity building. The methods used are training, mentoring, and implentation. While Partners cooperation in pelasakanaan KKN-PPM is the village government Pagerharjo District Samigaluh Kulonprogo.

Abstract

Turned out to be a dirty environment is likely to cause various diseases. Some ofthe diseases caused by dirty environment include worms, due to sanitation facilities athome are less suitable to support the spread of worms. Worm eggs contaminating thesoil can be carried away by foot or footwear dirty when entering the house. Worms canbe transmitted if a family does not keep the house and where he lived well, especiallywhen washing hands before eating. Based on observations conducted, there wasinformation that the cleanliness of the houseof Hamlet is still lacking. Residents still lessconcerned about the health of the home. It can be seen from the unequal distribution ofpublic toilets in every house, then by the authors to make this program aimed toinculcate discipline and habit of healthy life for residents Krajan. The program beginswith the collection of citizens and children Krajan after preparing materials-materialsfor counseling. Besides providing dettol and abate as the basic practice of healthy living.After it began the implementation of hand washing and giving abate to the citizens. Theresults achieved in this program is achieving healthy living program in the communitythat will be routinized to become healthy habits, the death of the larva and children inKrajan of participating in the activities of hand washing.

Abstract

In the area of governance, especially the ability to apply computer microsoft officehas now become the most important things that can not be circumvented.The fact thateverything is now in need of a wide range of recording and certificates in various aspectsof governance that make employees work for the public service should be able to useMicrosoft Office in order to work faster, accurate and time saving. Based onobservations and interviews between the writer and village employees found that manyof the village officials are not adept at using computers, especially Microsoft Office. Itmakes some of the work they are supposed to be with the help of computers becomefaster it becomes increasingly slow, not to mention the average village officials areemployees of the older generation who in the days of ancient schools have not been sofamiliar with computers. Therefore, the authors then formulate a society serviceprograms to help employees learn microsoft office. This activity is packaged in a relaxedstyle to better suit the local people so that they do not hesitate if they wantto ask andconsult about the use of computers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of responsibility accounting on trading company and to identify advantages and disadvantages of responsibility accounting in the company. Results of this study will illustrate the performance of the responsibility centers of company as a profit center, cost center, and the center of investment. In addition, this study will analyze the causes and effects of the performance of corporate responsibility centers. This study uses a trading company be located in Kupang as research objects. The data used is quantitative data in the form of financial statements 2010-2014 and qualitative data in the form of an interview to the organization committee of the company.
