Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership role models (X1) partially on work discipline (Y), to determine and analyze the effect of supervision (X2), partially on work discipline (Y), and to determine and analyze the effect of two-way communication. direction (X3) partially towards work discipline (Y) at the Office of Investment and One Stop Services, Muara Enim Regency.In this study using primary data and secondary data, primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 59 employees as respondents who became the sample. The data collection technique used was by conducting observations, interviews and distributing questionnaires at the Office of Investment and One Stop Services, Muara Enim Regency. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 22 Software, in answering the formulation of the research hypothesis testing problem. From the results of data analysis on the variables studied, namely the exemplary leadership variable (X1), supervision (X2), and two-way communication (X3) have a partially significant influence on work discipline (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Segmenting Targeting Positioning Strategy on Clothing Purchase Decisions for Clothing Store Consumers at PTM Bengkulu. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the object of research is 160 respondents at the Clothing Store Consumers at PTM Bengkulu. In this study, researchers used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. The results of this test can be seen from the multiple linear analysis test using SPSS, namely, Y = 11.495 + 0.261 (X1) + 0.328 (X2) + 0.457 (X3). From the results of the hypothesis test, segmenting has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy clothes at PTM Bengkulu because the value of tsig < (0.019 <0.05) with a positive value of 0.261. Targeting has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy clothes at PTM Bengkulu because the value of tsig < (0.030 <0.05) with a positive value of 0.328. Positioning has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy clothes at PTM Bengkulu because the value of tsig < (0.000 <0.05) with a positive value of 0.457. Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning have a significant effect on the decision to buy clothes at PTM Bengkulu because the value of Fsig = 0.00 <0.05 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that together Segmenting (X1), Targeting (X2), and Positioning (X3) have a significant effect on the decision to purchase clothes at PTM Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, place, promotion, and brand image on the purchase intention of street vendors at Pantai Panjang, Bengkulu City, to determine which factors were the most dominant influencing buying interest. This study uses observational research methods with quantitative data analysis. The population used in this study is the clothing consumers of street vendors on Pantai Panjang whose total population is unknown. The sampling in this study amounted to 120 respondents. Based on the results of multiple regression, the regression equation form Y = 0.597 + 0.169 (X_1) + 0.151 (X2) + 0.259 (X3) + 0.288 (X4) + 0.288 (X5). The results of the research and the hypothesis indicate that the product shows the value (2.105 > 1.9804) and (sig = 0.038 < 0.050). The price indicates the value (2.123 >1.9804) and (sig = 0.036 < 0.050). Place indicates the value (3.823 >1.9804). and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). Promotion shows the value (2.631 >1.9804) and (sig = 0.010 < 0.050). Brand Image shows the value (2.525 >1.9804) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). Simultaneously ( F) Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Brand Image have a significant influence on buying interest. We recommend that street clothing vendors on Long Beach can continue to improve their products so that the main goal of marketing can be achieved. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how big the impact of a promotion through social media and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions at DTO Thaitea Bengkulu, either simultaneously or simultaneously. The factors that will be discussed and are factors that have a very large influence on changes in the purchasing decision variables in this study are social media variables and word of mouth variables. The population in this study are consumers who have ever drank DTO Thaitea Bengkulu products, samples taken as many as 96 people. The data collection technique was taken by the institution in the form of questionnaires and the research analysis method used multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The conclusion of this study is that promotion through social media and word of mouth has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions for DTO Thaitea Bengkulu beverage products.

Abstract

Regional financial reports are an important factor that must be carried out by the government in the implementation of regional autonomy to provide decision-making information. This study is to find out how the application and the effect of the use of local government financial accounting systems, the use of information technology and control systems on the quality of the financial statements of OPD DKI Jakarta Province. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 84 respondents consisting of heads of fields and staff in accounting and finance at 42 OPD. The data analysis model of this research is multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS version 26 software. The results show that the application of local government financial accounting systems, the use of information technology and internal control systems in the DKI Jakarta Provincial OPD has a positive effect. Simultaneously significant to the quality of regional financial reports. The application of the local government financial accounting system and the partial use of information technology have no effect on the quality of regional financial reports. However, the internal control system shows a partial positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports.

Abstract

Earnings quality reflects the actual performance of the company in generating operating income. Earnings quality can be an indication of the ability of earnings information to respond to the market. In addition, the quality of earnings gets attention and plays an important role in making investment decisions for investors and various parties. This study aims to determine the effect of audit committee, independent commissioners, institutional ownership, free cash flow, and leverage on earnings quality in food and beverage companies. The population in this study were all companies. There are 28 food and beverage companies. While the sample used as many as 20 samples with a total data in this study of 80 data. Then the data in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression. The results showed that the audit committee, independent commissioners and institutional ownership, free cash flow, and leverage had a significant effect on earnings quality. Partially, audit committee has a significant positive effect, independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and free cash flow has no significant effect, and leverage has a negative significant effect on earnings quality.

Abstract

Coffee is an important export commodity for Indonesia, which contributes a sizeable foreign exchange. Indonesian coffee production is still fluctuating. Lahat is a regency in South Sumatera province which have significant potential for the development of Arabica coffee commodity. However, there are some obstacles in the development of arabica coffee farming including land resources utilization, aspects of cultivation, harvest and post-harvest, and institutional aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate business development strategies for arabica coffe agribusiness. This study aims to determine priority strategies from various alternatives in developing Arabica coffee. Determination of the location of the study was done purposively. Respondents in this study were experts or key people who understood arabika coffee agribusiness. The method used in determining respondents is purposive sampling. Primary data is obtained through direct interviews conducted with respondents and secondary data obtained from books, journals and books of the agricultural service report. Several alternatives in this study were determined based on the results of discussions with the experts and also based on the literature and previous research. Some of these alternatives are then compared in a questionnaire for the respondents. The comparison is then processed using the analytic hierarchy process method (AHP). Data processing is done using the expert choice application so that a priority alternative appears. The study concludes that based on analytic hierarchy process, the priority strategy is developing the capacity of human resources (HR) of agribusiness actors.

Abstract

The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Organizational Culture has an effect on employee motivation, 2. Discipline has an effect on motivation, 3. Organizational culture has an effect on Work Productivity, 4. Discipline has an effect on Work Productivity. 5. Motivation has an effect on Work Productivity. 6. Organizational Culture has an indirect effect on Motivation as a mediating variable with a P-Value value of 0.003 0.05, 7. Discipline has an indirect effect on Motivation as a mediating variable with a P-Value value of 0.013 0.05 . the value of R2 for the latent variable of motivation as a mediating variable is 0.894, which means that this value identifies that variations in employee discipline at PDAM Palembang can be explained by exogenous latent variables (organizational culture and discipline) of 89.4% while the remaining 10.6% is explained by other variables. and the R2 value for the latent variable of Work Productivity is 0.937, meaning that this value identifies that variations in Work Productivity can be explained by exogenous variables of 93.7% while the remaining 6.3% is explained by variables not included in the study.

Abstract

Optimizing ecotourism in the border areas of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on local wisdom as an effort to strengthen and increase the role, capacity, and initiative of women as one of the stakeholders in optimizing ecotourism. Ecotourism began to be developed due to the negative impact of conventional tourism activities and the environmental damage caused by business people seeking their own profit without paying attention to environmental sustainability. The purpose of this study is to describe the optimization of ecotourism based on local wisdom so that it can increase women's income. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is the technique of Observation, Interview and Documentation. The research location is in Sebente Village, Shout District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The research subjects were the Sebente. Village Head, Pokdarwis Chair, PKK Chairmen and members, women who had businesses, and visitors. The results showed that the optimization of ecotourism was carried out by empowering women in tourist villages through local potential and wisdom. This potential is the development capital of the village government so that women can have the ability to manage natural resources to increase production capacity, output, and ultimately improve women's welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence consumer decision to use services at LPK Barokah Bengkulu City. The analytical method used were multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing (t test and F test) with the help of SPSS version 22 program. The sample in this study amounted to 52 respondents. Multiple linear regression results obtained Y = 0.426 + 0.181X1 + 0.306X2 + 0.294X3 + 0.198X4 + e. The constant value of 0.426 means that if cultural factor (X1), social factor (X2), personal factor (X3), psychological factor (X4), are considered equal to zero then the consumer decision to use services (Y) at LPK Barokah Bengkulu City is 0.426. From the results of the coefficient of determination obtained an R value of 0.997 and R Square (R2) obtained a value of 0.994 or (99.4%), meaning that the contribution/contribution of cultural factor (X1), social factor (X2), personal factor (X3), psychological factor (X4) on consumer decision to use services (Y) at LPK Barokah Bengkulu City collectively amounted to 99.4%, the remaining 0.6% was a contribution / contribution from other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t-test on cultural factor (X1) obtained a significance value of <0.05, which is 0.001 meaning that cultural factor have a significant effect on consumer decision to use services at LPK Barokah Bengkulu City. The results of the t-test on social factor (X2) obtained a significance value of < 0.05, which is 0.000, meaning that social factor have a significant effect on consumer decision to use services at LPK Barokah Bengkulu City. The results of the t-test on personal factor (X3) obtained a significance value of < 0.05, which is 0.000, meaning that personal factor have a significant effect on consumer decision to use services at LPK Barokah Bengkulu City. The results of the t-test on psychological factor (X4) obtained a significance value of <0.05, which is 0.001 meaning that psychological factor have a significant effect on consumer decision to use services (Y) at LPK Barokah Bengkulu City. Based on the F test, the significance value <0.05 is 0.000, meaning that simultaneously cultural factor, social factor, personal factor, psychological factor have a significant effect on consumer decision to use services at LPK Barokah Kota Bengkulu.
