<![CDATA[Rina Trisna Yanti; The purpose of this study was to determine the role of potential commodities for Employment Expansion in Seluma and To determine the role of potential commodities against Poverty Seluma. This type of research is the study deskriptifkualitatif. This study did not test the hypothesis but only describe the information is in accordance with the study. The results showed that the oil palm which is a potential commodity in Seluma absorb manpower with the data the period 2006-2011 in general has increased it is also supported by an explanation of the Department / Institution related and members of farmer groups in Seluma. With palm oil commodity Seluma poverty decreased among those who work on oil palm, it is known from Department / Institution related to channel social assistance to the poor in Seluma decline in population work as farmers palm oil.Keywords: Potential Commodities, Employment, Poverty Reduction]]>

<![CDATA[Eka Sri Wahyuni; The purpose of this study was to determine the factors - factors that affect stock prices and the development of Shari'ah in Indonesia. The method used in this library research. The results in this study is the movement of the stock price is affected by many factors. There are micro factors, there are also macro. In addition, the factors that affect stock price consists of fundamentals and technical factors. The fundamental factors are very important, because the share price is highly correlated with the company's ability to create future profits for shareholders. While technical factors are stock prices affected by movements in the share purchase price, number of shares traded and other data sourced from the market. Both fundamental and technical factors used as a quantitative analysis to determine the previous data on interest rates, economic variables and the value of stocks. <![CDATA[Tito Irwanto, Tri Febrina Melinda; The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and motivation to employee performance Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Bengkulu Province. This type of research used in this research is quantitative. The collection of data by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Health Bengkulu province amounted to 100 employees using simple random sampling. The analysis method used by Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, T Test, F Test and Test The coefficient of determination (R2). <![CDATA[Ahmad Soleh; Export Analysis and Production of Rubber in Indonesia (Distributed Lag Model Application). Contributions plantation sub-sector in the Indonesian economy has a very important role. Rubber is one of the leading commodity exports of Indonesia. Indonesia rubber export volume increase along with the increase in domestic rubber production. This study aimed to examine the relationship between the volume of production for Indonesia rubber export during the period 2000-2014. Sources of data obtained from reports the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical method used is the regression model by using a distributed lag models were processed with the help of Eviews program. As for the lag determination is based on the Schwarz criterion (SC) with the lowest value. The results showed that the relationship between the production of rubber in the country with an export volume of rubber in Indonesia is very high at 93%. Volume Indonesian rubber exports was influenced by the production of rubber in the country within a period of four years. According Koyck model, the time required to change the rubber production in the country has a significant effect and detected in the export volume of 0.5 years. During the observation period, the increase of one tonne of rubber production in the country this year will increase the volume of rubber exports amounted to 0.614898 tons, increase of one tonne of rubber production in the country one year earlier will increase the volume of rubber exports amounted to 0.202631 tons, increase of one tonne of rubber production in the country two years earlier will increase the volume of rubber exports amounted to 0.066774 tons, increase of one tonne of rubber production in the country three years earlier will increase the volume of rubber exports amounted to 0.022004 tons and increase of one tonne of rubber production in the country four years earlier will increase the volume of rubber exports amounted to 0.007251 tons. Method of analysis used is SWOT that aims to identify factors internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) are then inserted into the SWOT matrix. From the results it obtained a score of 9.7 for strength and 6.51 for the opportunities that indicate the quadrant position PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Stock Point Gading Cempaka Non Pasar (SP. <![CDATA[Handika Fikri Pratama; This research is intended to know the influence of service quality (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles) either partially or simultaneously to the satisfaction of customers and to know the more dominant influence from quality service. This research used quantitative method. There were 100 samples collected using accidental sampling. Collected using questioner and documentation. Instrument test is done by validity and reliability test. Multiple linear regression and classical assumption test used as analysis test. Hypothesis test is done by F test and t test.Result of this research shows take value of value Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles variable have significant influence to dependent variable (Y) simultaneously. Tangibles don’t have significant influence to variable (Y) Partially. Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy variable have significant influence to dependent variable (Y). The value of determination coefficient (R Square) 97,6% it means that the independent variable may describe the dependent variables, while the remaining 2,4% is explained by the other independent variables which are not included in the this research.Keywords : Service Quality, Customer’s Satisfactions.]]>

<![CDATA[Iwin Arnova; This study aimed to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Earnings Per Share, and Economic Value Added to stock return. This study is still condicted regards different result of various research. The research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of the year 2008-2011. The sampling method applies purposive sampling technique. On 48 samples. The data is analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis showed that the return on assets have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Return on Equity and Earnings Per Share has no effect on stock returns, while the Economic Value Added negatively affect, stock returns. Adjusted R Square value is 0.989, it can be condud 98.9% variable Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Earnings Per Share, and Economic Value Added can be explained by the variable stock returns while the remaining 1.1% is explained by other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[Rinto Noviantoro; This study aims to determine how big the analysis of each factor, both of ratio and interest rates affect the amount of financing for the results at the Islamic Bank for the period 2005 to 2010.Metode analysis used a correlation method. The variables studied were the profit sharing ratio is rightfully bank and interest rate factor The results showed that the variables used are ratio and interest together can influence the variable amount of financing for the results. <![CDATA[Hana Nadia Karimah, Eindye Taufiq; This study is performed to examine the effect of short run tax avoidance, long run tax avoidance and firm value in companies go public of consumer goods industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange over period 1998 – 2013. The population of this research is 30 in companies go public consumer goods industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange over period 1998 – 2013. The data is obtained based on corporate finance reporting that at publication. It is gained sample amount of 8 consumer goods industry companies. The analysis technique used here is path analysis and hypothesis test using t-statistic with level of significant 5%.
