The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze whether there is a difference understanding toward auditing 1 material between Accounting students of University of Bengkulu (UNIB) and the Accounting students of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu (UMB). This study used primary data, and analyzed by using the Independent Sample t Test. Based on calculations, it is known that there is significant difference of students’ understanding toward Auditing 1 course between students of Accounting Study Program Economic Faculty of UNIB and Accounting Study Program students of UMB, where the level of students’ understanding of Accounting Study Program Economic Faculty of UNIB is proved better than the Accounting students Economic Faculty of UMB. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style and organizational commitment to the performance of the employees of National Narcotics Board in Bengkulu Province either simultaneously or partially. This research is used multiple linear regression with respondents 59 employees of the employees of National Narcotics Board in Bengkulu Province. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. Methods of quantitative data analysis is done by finding the average value (mean) of the scaling (scoring) of data and processing research data using SPSS 17 software. These results from the study hypothesis test indicate that the organizational culture, leadership style and organizational commitment to the performance of the employees of National Narcotics Board in Bengkulu province has an influence either simultaneously or partially. The aim in this study was to determine and analyze the wooden furniture business prospects in Sub Arga Makmur. This research using descriptive analysis. Results of this research is the length of a business carried on in the wooden furniture business unit Arga Makmur District of average between 1015 years, namely by 60%. The average amount of labor which is owned by each business unit wooden furniture in Arga Makmur District of average between 1-3 labor as many as 19 business units or about 63.3%. The amount of capital spent by the wooden furniture business in Arga Makmur District of Rp 10,000,000, - with a business turnover of wood furniture production bekisar Rp 10,000,000, - s/d Rp 15.000.000, - per month. The entrepreneurs receive income ranges between Rp 2.000.000, - s/d Rp 3,000,000, - per month. In addition, the wooden furniture business in District Arga Makmur is also able to open the field of business and labor intensive. Constraints faced by businesses wood furniture is a lack of education employers and labor, the lack of market infrastructure, lack of technology used. Pengelolahan wood furniture businesses in the district Arga Makmur still simple. However, the wooden furniture business in Sub Arga Makmur able to provide considerable benefits to employers and can increase local economic development. Business opportunities will be made better if the constraints faced in running a business is able to overcome with good. Key Words: Business Prospect, Employment, Capital

Sri Ismulyaty dan Wiwin Siswantini: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of trust, risk and technology acceptance models, perceived case of use, perceived usefulness, perceived of credibility, the customers' interest in using internet banking? And how to influence customers' interest in using internet banking to the decision in dealing with internet banking? Karona Cahya Susena dan Ahmad Soleh; This study aims to describe the projection model in determining the Motor Vehicle income tax and transfer duties Dinas Pendapatan Daerah (Dispenda) Provinsi Bengkulu e in 2016-2020. The results of this study indicate that Trend Least Square method is more appropriately used to set targets in 2016-2020, where the calculation of trend Least Square for motor vehicle taxes in 2016 amounted to Rp. 176 189 057 021 and is increasing each year until 2020 sebesr Rp. 207 685 219 438. Acceptance of transfer tax to the name in 2016 amounted to Rp. 176 334 894 949 and 2020 sebesr Rp. 197 897 953 080, with all three (3) such methods are Moment Method, Least Square method and quadratic trend that shows an increasing trend from year 2016 to 2020, it indicates that a potential source of revenue that is expected to Bengkulu Province.Key Words: Motor Vehicle income tax and transfer duties

Etik Ipda Riyani dan Tamjuddin: The purpose of this research is to identify the marine ecotourism development of the Pisang Island that is one of the favourite destination in west coast of Lampung. According to condition and the potencies of this island which likely has a potentiality as a further ecotourism destination and also nature conservation that will bring a revenue for the local communities, local governmemt and also management in west coast of Lampung. There are many problems for managing tourism assets because it requires infrastructure development. The research is located along the coast and marine ecotourism zone of Pisang island. This research is the development as further research of previous research which is about the beach, snorkling and diving zone in north coast of Pisang island by Nugraha and Irfan (2013). The importance of this research is to know the challenges and problems in decision making of tourism-developing sector for local goverment and managemet. The methods of this research are direct survey, observation to collect the data and also interview with respondents. The local communities, tourists, the local entrepreneurs, the local governments such as subdistrict head, district head and head of locat department tourism are the sample of respondents. Data analysis is used by SWOT for formulation. The strategy of development are based on the policies, the marine ecotourism zone, the previous reseach analysis, the experience of local communities, infrastructure demands, human resources and the local culture The involvement of local cummunities, the beach marine ecotourism zone and underwater zone are the result of the research.Key words: Pisang Island, The Challenges Of Policy, Zone, Infrastructure, Human Resources

Sulisti Afriani dan Sulisti Afriani: The purpose of this study was to determine the SWOT analysis is applied to the marketing strategy in the House and the House Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. Data collection methods used were a questionnaire method to distribute a list of questions to respondents. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis to determine the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats), which will then be incorporated into the SWOT matrix.The results of this study showed that factor analysis in the table "Opportunities" (Opportunity) has a total score of 0.925, while the factor of "Threat" (Treaths) has a total score of 1.206. From the data in the two tables, it is known that the total score of each factor can be specified that the factor of "Strength (Strength)" has a total score of 1,662 while the factors of weakness (Weakness) has a total score of 1,328. And the factor of "Opportunities" (Opportunity) has a total score of 0.925 while the threat factor "(Treaths) has a total score of 1.206. It is known the value of "Strength (Strength)" beyond the differences of weakness (Weakness) of (+) 0.334 where the value is obtained from 1.662 to 1.328, and the value of the "Opportunities" (Opportunity) under the value of Threat "(Treaths) difference (-) 0.281 where the value is obtained from 0.925 to 1.206. Cartesian diagram SWOT Analysis "Home and Home Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu city is in quadrant II, so the history of the travel marketing strategy at both historic sites are: pursuing a strategy of concentric diversification, pursuing a strategy to diversify horizontally and conduct of business strategy for the results.Key words: Marketing Strategy, SWOT

Herlin dan Yanto Effendi: The purpose of this study to determine the understanding of government apparatus in the area of financial accounting application in order to realize good governance. Government Personnel Rejang Lebong still has a bit of an apparatus / HR background in accounting, from 25 respondents, only 9 respondents (36%) accounting background and the rest comes from other disciplines.The results showed that the correlation obtained the r value of 0, 203 a positive correlation between the variables x and y variables where the value of r lies in the interval 0 <r <1, and has a level of low relation because r value lies in the interval coefficient of 0, 20 -, 399. Reliability test alpha value of 0.60 is said to be reliable so that the new variable of educational background alpha coefficient of 0.6123, the education and training of alpha coefficient of 0.622 and Awareness Regional Financial Accounting alpha coefficient of 0.710. T-count value <the t-table, t-count equal to 3,699 while the t-table at significant level of 0.05% t-table of 4,946, this means that the level of understanding of government officials in Rejang Lebong specifically the application of financial accounting still weak or low , so they need to increase human resources through education, training, and understanding of financial accounting has become a standard government.Key words: Good Governance.

Etik Ipda Riyani: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the success of the implementation of the information system e-SPT Sales Tax (e-SPT PPN) to tax compliance. The model used in the study was the model of success of information systems updated D & M IS Success Model. This model is based on six measures of success is the quality information system (System Quality), the quality of information (Information Quality), quality of service (Service Quality), user interest (Intention to Use), the satisfaction of users (User Satisfaction), and tax compliance. The population of this research is all taxpayer is incorporated and registered in Madya Tax Office A and B. Researchers using simple random sampling in the sampling. The analytical tool used in this study were Path Analysis (Path Analysis).The results showed the successful implementation of the information system e-SPT PPN with dimensions System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality, Intention to Use and User Satisfaction effect on Tax Compliance.Key words: the success of information systems, e-SPT VAT, tax compliance

Rina Trisna Yanti: The purpose of this study was to determine the main commodity crops most optimal developed in Bengkulu and determine strategies for improving crop production according to public perception in the province of Bengkulu. This research is a descriptive study, using data from the productivity of each food crops in the province of Bengkulu (rice, maize, cassava, sweet potatoes, peanuts, soybeans), and crop productivity of its kind in the Province around (South Sumatra Lampung, West Sumatra, Jambi) as well as national food crop productivity in 2011 - 2015. the primary data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents and processed through LQ analysis techniques.These results indicate that the main commodity crops in Bengkulu food crops of rice and sweet potatoes. Optimization strategy leading commodity food crops of rice in Bengkulu can be done in a way to use the land in accordance with the potential (extension) and pemanfaan idle land by farmers, while the role of government in providing relief seeds, guarantee price certainty, provide counseling and training to farmers through PPL. While commodity optimization strategies featured sweet potato crop in Bengkulu done by improving the production (intensification) and increased intensity of cultivation as for the role of government in a way to guarantee price certainty.Keyword: Holticulture, Strategy Optimalization, Komodity Superrior.
