Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of innovation and product quality on customer satisfaction through new products. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through online questionnaires to 180 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with the help of AMOS 21 software.The results showed that the innovation variable had a significant positive effect on new products; Product quality has a significant positive effect on new products; Innovation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; Product quality has no significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; New products have a significant effect on customer satisfaction; Innovation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through new products and product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through new products. Keywords: Innovation, Product Quality, Customer satisfaction, New produduct.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of location, service, image, and lifestyle as moderating variables on people's buying interest in Makassar Mall. The type of research used in this research is experimental research. The research design used is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Makassar Mall. The number of samples in this study was 185 people who shopped at Makassar Mall. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire or google form with data collection techniques, namely the provision of questionnaires. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and path analysis. The results showed that the variables of location, service, image had a significant positive effect on lifestyle. Furthermore, the location and service variables have a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, while the image has no significant positive effect on consumer buying interest. Furthermore, lifestyle variables have a significant effect on buying interest at Makassar Mall. The location has a significant effect on consumer buying interest through lifestyle. Meanwhile, service has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest through lifestyle and image has a significant effect on consumer buying interest through lifestyle. Based on the results of the study, it is illustrated that the results of path analysis on 3 variables X and Y1 then the X variable (location, service, and image) affect Y (lifestyle). While the influence of X (location and service) has a significant positive effect on Y2 (consumer buying interest), while the X3 variable (image) does not affect consumer buying interest. Furthermore, for the influence of the Lifestyle variable, it was obtained that it had a significant effect on buying interest. The results of the path analysis showed that the location, service, and image variables had a significant effect on consumers' buying interest through lifestyle.Keywords: Location, Service, Image, Lifestyle, Buying Interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-service quality on customer satisfaction through the customer's perceived value of the Grab Food application in Makassar City. This research is experimental, the research design used is associative research. associative or relationship is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The research data obtained that E-service quality has a significant positive effect on Perceived value with P = 0.000 <0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.500, this coefficient indicates that the better the E-service quality perceived by consumers, the better the perceived value will also be, and Perceived value has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with P = 0.000 <0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.233, this coefficient indicates that the better the perceived value, the better customer satisfaction, while E-service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with P = 0.000 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.547, this coefficient indicates that the better the E-service quality perceived by consumers, the more customer satisfaction will increase. And finally, E-service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction through Perceived value with a coefficient value of 0.274, this coefficient indicates that good service quality perceived by consumers will encourage consumers to increase perceived value for products and ultimately have an impact on better consumer satisfaction.Keywords: E-service quality, Customer satisfaction, and Perceived Value.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the difference in the price of palm tree fresh fruit bunch in Pasangkayu Regency and to find out why the various traders’ behavior in giving prices to farmers. This study used qualitative research. The type of this research approach was descriptive. To determine the informants in this study was throung the snowball sampling technique. Snowball technique was a sampling method in which informants are obtained through a rolling process from one informant to another. The number of informants in this study were 8. The results showed that differences in ownership of ISPO and RSPO certificates for each palm oil company affects the price policy offered by each company. The difference in prices received by farmers was also influenced by the behavior of collectors in determining prices, each of them incurs a different amount, the costs are transportation, wage of workers, distance, quality of fruit, and operational costs as well as the amount of profit that collectors want to get. Keywords: Price, Fresh Fruit Bunches.

Abstract

This study uses a survey approach that involves theory, empirical evidence, facts and existing facts with an emphasis on finding a structural model (path) of the relationship between the variables studied. The type of research used is field research (field research). With 100 owners of UKM Makassar City as respondents.The results of this study found that financial management and the use of p2p lending had a significant effect on business capital. However, financial management and the use of p2p lending have no significant effect on financial performance because of the mediating business capital. Thus, it can be concluded that financial management and the use of p2p lending affect the financial performance of SMEs with fully mediated venture capital.Keywords: Financial management, p2p lending, venture capital, financial performance and UMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to find and find the right and effective way to improve the cauldron of human resources (HR) of rice paddy farmers through agricultural extension methods. The research method used is qualitative research that is descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and other data that support research. The results showed that the most appropriate and effective method of agricultural extension towards improving the quality of human resources (HR) of rice paddy farmers is Demplot and Field School because of its informal nature, the learning process is carried out in the field where there are real objects in the form of rice plants that are used as learning materials, the implementation is done by providing guidance then invited directly to the field to see and do joints. Ri by looking at the examples given by extensionists, so that farmers more easily absorb it. With the real evidence seen by farmers, this field school was able to change the mindset of farmers who initially tried to farm in the traditional way then become farmers who follow innovative technology. Abstract

This research aims to analyze governance policies and the role of the community in the development of tourist areas conducted by the Bulukumba District Cultural and Tourism Office and formulate a model for the development of participation-based tourist areas in Kahayya Village, Kindang District, Bulukumba Regency. The problem in this study is that the management of tourism governance in Bulukumba Regency has not experienced a significant increase in the number of visitors. The low number of visits can be due to a less professional, transparent, accountable, and un-integrated governance system and inadequate infrastructure transparency. This method uses quantitatitive research. The results showed that: 1) Policies carried out by the Bulukumba District Cultural and Paratourism Office in the governance of Kahayya Village Natural Tourism Area included cooperation with several communities, approaches to the community in the creative economy, and formed RIPPDA (Regional Tourism Planning Master Plan) in 2009. 2) Kawadan tourism needs to be managed properly by collaborating with cuttingholders for the development of the tourism sector including the Natural Tourism Area in Kahayya Village. 3) Several development models that need to be done for the development of tourist areas in Kahayaa Village of Kindang District of Bulukumba Regency, namely cultural elements need to be maintained in the development of natural tourism areas in Kahayya Village to attract tourists visiting Kahayya Village, creating new innovations such as tour guides involving the surrounding community in Kahayya Village, utilizing social media and also collaborating with millennial figures to promote tourist areas.  Nature in Kahayya Village and does not build luxury facilities such as hotels and other facilities that can change the nuances of nature in the natural tourist area in Kahayya Village. Keywords: Policy, Role of Society

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the competence of human resources, the role of human resources and the performance of human resources of National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) to improve the management of zakat funds in West Sulawesi Province. This study was conducted at the West Sulawesi Province Baznas Office. This study specifies BAZNAS of West Sulawesi Province as the object of research due to the poor quality of zakat fund management in the BAZNAS office so far. Determination of the subject of research is purposively using qualitative methods. Data for this study was collected through observation and interviews to zakat managers at the BAZNAS Office in West Sulawesi Province. The results of this study indicate that some problems related to the human capital of BAZNAS of West Sulawesi Province. The recruitment process for employee does not uses open-recruitment system, hence the employee hired by BANAS has poor competency and qualification. Collected zakat fund is still focused on zakat of profession, and they have not been able to achieve the maximum target of collection and distribution. This is constrains due to availability of facility and infrastructure. Faced with this problem, BAZNAS of West Sulawesi Province can carry out a more transparent open-recruitment system to open a bigger chance for people who have better competencies to be employed at BAZNAS, start another zakat fund collection program which targets zakat other than zakat of profession, increase employee’s competency with employee training and development program, gives more work motivation, and review governor’s regulation that backed the zakat collection program by adding a sanction to public servants who don’t obey it, as well as expanding the reach of zakat fund distribution and rationalizing the proportion of zakat fund into the predetermined sectors.  Keywords: Human Capital, Performance, Management Zakat.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the tourism area management policies carried out by the Department of Tourism and Culture of Mamuju Regency towards the development of an integrated tourist area. Reviewing and analyzing the contribution of the government, universities, private sector, community, and media in the development of tourism areas in Mamuju Regency. Efforts to develop human resources in the management of tourism objects at the tourism and culture department of Mamuju Regency. This research was conducted at the Department of Tourism and Culture of Mamuju Regency using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with representatives of the Tourism Office, tourist destination managers, and tourists. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The governance policy for the development of tourism destinations is contained in the Regional Regulation of Mamuju Regency Number 5 of 2016 concerning the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of Mamuju Regency 2016-2021 which is contained in the 5th mission. 2) The implementation of governance policies for the development of tourist destinations in Mamuju Regency is carried out through the involvement and cooperation between the government and the private sector, universities, communities, and the media. 3) Based on the evaluation of the program, it was found that the factors that influence tourism development in Mamuju Regency are the supporting factors are the strategic location of the area and tourism supporting facilities while the inhibiting factors are policy problems, lack of budget, promotion of tourist destinations that have not been maximized, management of tourist destinations that are not optimal. not optimal, quality human resources to manage tourist destinations are still limited (not in accordance with the educational background of tourism) so that the impact on the governance system is not optimal. Keywords: Governance, Tourism, Triple Helix.
