Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel, mengikuti langkah-langkah: Course (1) menyajikan  materi PtLSV dengan pemberian contoh masalah dan mengarahkan siswa untuk mengamati informasi yang termuat dari contoh masalah yang diberikan secara individu, (2) memberikan  kesempatan kepada siswa tanya jawab. Review (3) meninjau kembali pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang telah diberikan sebelumnya dengan menguji pemahaman siswa secara berkelompok melalui pemberian LKPD,  (4) meninjau kembali secara keseluruhan dengan meminta masing-masing perwakilan kelompok mempresentasikan hasil pekerjaan LKPD kelompoknya didepan kelas dan kelompok lain menanggapi. Horay (5) memberikan reward kepada kelompok yang jawabannya benar yaitu berupa stiker emoticon smile serta berteriak Horee dan jawaban salah yaitu berupa stiker emoticon sad (6) mengumpulkan LKPD dan lembar petak horay masing-masing kelompok untuk dihitung skor tiap-tiap kelompok (7) memberikan penghargaan kepada kelompok yang memperoleh emoticon smile atau jumlah “horee” terbanyak.Kata Kunci:                                                                                                                                                                    Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Course Review Horay; Hasil Belajar; Pertidaksamaan Linear satu variabel.

Abstract

ETOS co working space, one of the workspaces located in Yogyakarta that carries a simple concept, but is still in demand by the public. Manyhave emerged co-working spaces with attractive concepts and are in demand by many people. ETOS still carries the concept of "real co-working space" and competes with its competitors, and in less than a year ETOS has already received regular clients and customers every day. With the title "The Analysis of the Implementation Public Relations to Develop The Effort of The Brand Image Co working space" with the formulation of the problem of how to use the role of public relations in an effort to increase the brand image of the ETOS co working space in Yogyakarta with the aim of research, namely to determine the use of the role of public relations in an effort to improve brand image co working space ETOS. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. This research process focuses on utilizing the role of public relations in an effort to increase the brand image of the co-working space at ETOS. By using several data analysis techniques such as data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing / verification. For data validation, this study used triangulation techniques. Based on the research results obtained in the field, it is concluded that in an effort to improve the brand image of the ETOS co working space , ETOS Public Relations takes advantage of the role of public relations , namely, expert prescribe, communication facilitator, problem solving facilitator, and communication technician. ETOS PR also implements management public relations in this case planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

The ever-intensifying global competition necessitates strong leadership, particularly within public organizations. Leaders must not only possess a profound understanding of complex global issues but also demonstrate the agility to navigate them. This necessitates continuous improvement of leadership knowledge and its practical application across various domains. This study employs a bibliometric analysis using Vosviewer software to examine the role of leadership in public organizations. The analysis focuses on 413 relevant journal articles published within a ten-year timeframe, ranging from 2013 to 2022. The results reveal nine distinct clusters of research themes, offering a comprehensive landscape of contemporary leadership scholarship in the public sector. Notably, the analysis identifies a relative scarcity of research on "ionic leadership." To equip future public sector leaders with a multifaceted understanding of leadership styles and their effectiveness, further investigation into diverse leadership approaches and their impact within public organizations is crucial. By delving deeper into the nuances of leadership within this complex environment, this research aims to contribute valuable insights for both leadership development and effective public service delivery. Additionally, this study can serve as a springboard for future research that explores under-investigated leadership styles, such as "ionic leadership," and their potential to enhance public service effectiveness.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of organizational justice and emotional intelligence on counterproductive work behaviour at SMPIT Insan Madani, aiming to identify their individual and collective influences. Utilizing a quantitative ex-post facto approach, the research encompasses all 33 educators at SMPIT Insan Madani, employing probability sampling for equitable participant selection. Data collection relied on questionnaires and documentation, analyzed using SPSS version 20 for descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings revealed a significant relationship between organizational justice and counterproductive work behaviour, highlighted by a t-value of 35.023 and a significance level below 0.025. Emotional intelligence also significantly affected counterproductive behaviours, as evidenced by a t-value of 1.896 with a significance below 0.025. Furthermore, the combined effect of organizational justice and emotional intelligence on such behaviours was statistically significant, indicated by an F-value of 125.640, exceeding the F-table value of 2.922, and a significance level above 0.05. A high coefficient of determination (94.5%) suggests these factors are pivotal in influencing counterproductive work behaviour at SMPIT Insan Madani, underscoring the importance of fostering a just organizational environment and enhancing emotional intelligence to mitigate negative workplace behaviours.

Abstract

Desa Dangiang merupakan salah satu desa dari 10 Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Kayangan, Desa Dangiang terdiri dari 8 (delapan) Dusun. Desa Dangiang berdiri sejak tahun 2001, yang merupakan pemekaran dari Desa Kayangan. Dangiang termasuk daerah yang memiliki nilai stunting cukup tinggi. Maka perlu dilakukannya sosialisasi yang mampu membimbing masyarakat dan meningkatkan kesadaran serta pemahamannya terkait stunting. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan melalui berbagai metode, seperti workshop, pelatihan, kampanye pendidikan, dan kunjungan rumah ke masyarakat desa. Kegiatan ini terintegrasi dengan program kerja KKN mahasiswa UMMAT periode 2023 yang ada di Desa Dangiang. Program kerja ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang penanganan dan pencegahan stunting. Melalui sosialisasi, edukasi, dan kolaborasi dengan tenaga kesehatan, kami berharap bahwa desa ini akan terus bergerak menuju kondisi yang lebih baik dalam hal pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak-anak mereka

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman terkait pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan pedagang perempuan di pasar sentral Sinjai. Untuk metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yakni metode kualitatif dengan penelitian lapangan sebab dilaksanakan dengan mencari ataupun mengumpulkan data secara langsung dengan menerapkan metode observasi ataupun wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pasar sentral Sinjai. Selain itu, dilakukan pula analisis pada artikel-artikel ilmiah untuk dijadikan sebagai sumber referensi yang dapat mendukung hasil penelitian. Semua jurnal ataupun buku yang dikutip bersumber dari Google Scholar dan disitasi melalui aplikasi Mendeley. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yakni perempuan pedagang yang terdiri atas 9 orang. Informan diwawancarai untuk mendapatkan data mengenai pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh perempuan pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika perempuan pedagang menerapkan tiga jenis pola asuh yaitu demokratis, otoriter, serta permisif pada anak. Data wawancara menunjukkan jika pola asuh demokratis masih mendominasi praktik pola asuh perempuan pedagang di pasar tersebut. Hal ini karena, orang tua lebih memberikan kebebasan kepada anak dalam menentukan setiap tindakan ataupun perbuatan yang dibarengi dengan pemberian nasihat yang positif. Abstract

This study aims to provide new evidence on the comparison of the implementation of Corporate governance on the financial performance of Indonesian and Malaysian Islamic banking from 2016 to 2020. The authors uses multiple regression analysis with samples of Indonesian and Malaysian Islamic banks from 2016 to 2020. The data used are obtained from the financial statements of Indonesian and Malaysian Islamic banks from 2016 to 2020. Financial performance is measured by profitability ratios using return on assets (ROA). CSR from the test results were not able to moderate the financial performance of Indonesian and Malaysian Islamic companies from 2016 to 2020. This study is a comparative study of the effect of the implementation of Corporate governance on the financial performance of Islamic banking companies in Indonesia and Malaysia with CSR as the moderating variable.

Abstract

Tomat (Lycopersicon esculentum Miller) merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang memiliki nilai ekonomi penting di Indonesia. Badan Pusat Statistik (2019) menunjukkan rata-rata produksi dan produktivitas tomat di Sulawesi Tengah menurun. Pada tahun 2017 produksi tomat mencapai 22,490 ton, akan tetapi pada tahun 2018 turun menadi 16,161 ton dan 16,516 ton pada tahun 2019. Produktivitas tomat dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, salah satunya yaitu oleh penyakit tanaman. Salahsatu penyakit pada tanaman tomat adalah penyakit rebah yang disebabkan oleh jamur S. rolfsii. Penyakit rebah semai yang disebabkan oleh S. rolfsii merupakan sakah satu penyakit yang menyerang tanaman tomat pada masa persemaian, yang menyebabkan pembusukan pada persemaian atau pada tajuk tanaman muda.T. harzianum adalah jamur akar hijau yang bersifat antagonis pada beberapa jenis jamur dan serangga lainnya. Distribusi jenis jamur ini sangat luas dan terdapat pada hampir semua jenis tanah dan habitat alam lainnya, khususnya pada tempat-tempat yang mengandung bahan organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menenukan potensi T. harzianum dalam mengendalikan cendawan S. rolfsii penyebab penyakit rebah semai pada tanaman tomat. Manfaatnya yaitu untuk menjadi referensi bagi penelitian berikutnya dalam aplikasi T. harzianum dalam mengendalikan cendawan S. rolfsii penyebab penyakit rebah semai pada tanaman tomat dan mengurangi penggunaan pestisida kimia dalam mengendalikan cendawan S. rolfsii tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Hama dan Penyakit Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tadulako, Palu. Mulai bulan November 2020 sampai bulan Februari 2021. Variabel pengamatannya yaitu Masa Inkubasi Cendawan S. rolfsii dan kejadian penyakit. Hasil penelitian pengamatan kejadian penyakit pada masing-masing perlakuan memberi pengaruh sangat nyata dalam menghambat pertumbuhan cendawan S. rolfsii. Daya hambat paling efektif terjadi pada perlakun P5 dengan rata-rata 33%.

Abstract

The aim of implementing integrated real work courses (KKNT) is to provide experience for students, broaden their horizons, improve their skills, independence, responsibility, ability to solve problems in society and be able to practice the tri dharma of higher education. The methods used are observation, interviews and documentation methods. This KKNT activity is carried out for approximately 4 months, during which time it is hoped that students will be able to mingle with the community and be able to harmonize what they have received in college with what is happening in the field. In this KKNT, many programs have been successfully completed, including making rubbish bins, making boundaries and mosque name boards, community service, planting trees and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and assist in the financial management of tourism on Karampuang Island with the hope of increasing the island's tourist appeal for foreign visitors. The methods used in this study are literature study and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Through literature study, data and information regarding best practices of financial management in the tourism sector were taken from various literature, journals and related documents. Furthermore, FGD was conducted by involving local stakeholders, including tourism attraction managers, local communities, and government officials. This activity aims to explore ideas, challenges, and solutions related to sustainable tourism financial management. The results of the FGD show that many tourism actors on Karampuang Island still experience difficulties in managing finances effectively. Therefore, training and assistance in budget management, financial recording, and marketing planning are needed. It is hoped that with this assistance, tourism actors can improve their managerial capacity and develop effective strategies to attract foreign tourists. These findings form the basis for formulating policy recommendations that support the development of sustainable tourism on Karampuang Island.
