Abstract

Currently, the Imam Muslim School located on Jalan Raya Kranggan Gg Elang IX, Rt 002/Rw 003 Jatiraden, Jatisampurna, Bekasi, is still using manual bookkeeping and payment systems. With payment using a manual system this can make it difficult for students who want to make tuition payments, therefore the author is trying to create an Educational Contribution Payment Information System (SPP) program using a website-based virtual account using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This system can simplify the process of operational activities in schools in managing tuition payments, reporting and also make it easier for students to make payments. Because payments can be made online through bank channels or modern payment channels such as Indomaret and Alfamart

Abstract

Vanny Novianny (11212976), the Decision Support System for Employee Performance Evaluation Using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method at PT. Liebra Permana Jakarta The employee performance appraisal process is a complex process and requires careful consideration. Employee performance appraisal at PT. Liebra Permana Jakarta is carried out by looking at several criteria such as the value of Attendance, Performance, Discipline, and Initiative. However, the system at PT. Liebra Permana Jakarta is still manual, therefore the authors are trying to create a Decision Support System program in evaluating employee performance using the website-based PHP and MySQL programming languages. This system has a better advantage when compared to manual calculations. The method used in assessing employee performance is by using the Simple Additive Weighted (SAW). The results of this study apart from the DSS application website are calculations using the Simple Additive Weighted method, with reference to the criteria for Absence, Performance, Discipline and Initiative, normalization and ranking, the best employee with the highest score is Felicia.

Abstract

Pada zaman teknologi digital saat ini kebutuhan akan teknologi informasi mejadi hal utama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari terutama pada berbagai aktifitas pekerjaan. Dengan adanya aplikasi semua kebutuhan menjadi lebih cepat efektif dan efisien. UMKM Sinar Terang di Desa Pusakasari membutuhkan sebuah teknologi aplikasi untuk bersaing dengan UMKM yang lain. Dengan adanya aplikasi berbasis Web diharapkan UMKM Sinar Terang semakin bisa mempromosikan dan menjual olahan produknya lebih cepat dan efisien. Perancangan aplikasi ini akan dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, serta menggunakan mySql sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan dalam membuat aplikasi ini menggunakan metode prototyping. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan sistem web yang dapat membantu pelanggan melakukan pemesanan produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Internet of Things, Big Data, dan Cyber Physical System terhadap kinerja Product Development selama pandemi di PT Central Mega Kencana untuk memberikan rekomendasi langkah yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan kinerja Product Development PT Central Mega Kencana. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan survei kepada karyawan pada departemen Product Development di PT Central Mega Kencana sebanyak 218 orang. Metode analisis menggunakan metode SmartPLS 3.2.7. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Internet of Things, Big Data, dan Cyber Physical System memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja departemen Product Development PT Central Mega Kencana. Digitalisasi memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, dan memungkinkan pengelolaan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

and usage from the community's perspective towards the website is the reason why this research is conducted. Community satisfaction is one of the factors or measures of success for any information system development in a government. Good service quality is not only based on the perspective or perception of the service provider, but also based on the perspective or perception of the community. The community that enjoys the service is the community that can determine service quality. The community's perception of service quality is a comprehensive assessment of the excellence of a service. WebQual 4.0 is a method for determining website quality based on community or user perception. The WebQual 4.0 method consists of three categories, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction. These three categories are used as a reference in creating a questionnaire to analyze the quality of the community aspiration and complaint service website. The analysis results are expected to provide recommendations for local governments in developing quality websites so that the development of community aspiration and complaint service websites in Indonesia can mature, stabilize and ultimately reach a level of utilization.

Abstract

Peramalan memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien bagi sebuah perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola penjualan produk di platform e-commerce dengan menggunakan metode exponential smoothing. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan MAD, MSE, dan MAPE untuk menghitung tingkat kesalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode exponential smoothing dengan alpha 0.9 memberikan error paling kecil dibandingkan dengan alpha lainnya. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peramalan penjualan produk di bulan November tidak akan berbeda jauh dengan penjualan pada bulan Oktober. Jika perusahaan menerapkan metode peramalan ini, penjualan akan optimal dan kelebihan atau kekurangan stok dapat dihindari sehingga target penjualan dapat tercapai. Selain itu, biaya produksi hingga penjualan akan lebih efisien. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan nilai MAD sebesar 24.90, MSE sebesar 153.12, dan MAPE sebesar 5.61% dengan peramalan sebesar 4.87 pcs

Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) is a world-class port offering integrated services between Indonesian ports. The establishment of Perind as a result of this integration is a strategic initiative of the government as a shareholder to realize national connectivity and a stronger logistics ecosystem network. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying hazards, assessing risks, and managing port service activities. Use HIRARC (Hazard, Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Management) and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) methods to identify hazards and perform risk assessments. With the use of the HIRARC method, 10 potential risks were found in one green risk assessment indicating that the potential problem was moderate. For inventory warehouse personnel activities, the value is 3, and the warehouse worker or worker unloading value is 3. Mixed strategies can be found in the four quadrants of analysis using SWOT for the following purposes: Improving and improving the quality of the company.

Abstract

Hasnur Polytechnic is a private educational institution located in Barito Kuala Regency. Currently Hasnur Polytechnic already has an information system that is intended to improve operational service activities such as HR Systems, Academic Systems, Payroll Systems, Internship Systems, Web Profile Systems. However, in this case, it is necessary to improve the quality of academic services in terms of re-registration and application for student leave, which was implemented before the existence of the system required a lot of time because management was carried out in an unsystematic manner. In designing this system, the Waterfall method is applied, starting from the communication stage to the construction stage. As for the process of communication stages of collecting the required data, it is requested directly from the relevant parties, namely the Academic Administration Section of the Hasnur Polytechnic. In the system design stage described using DFD. At the construction stage the system is carried out using the Laravel framework, and applying programming languages (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and MySql Queries). In the final stage in the system aspect using Blackbox Testing, with 100% successful test results according to the design of functional requirements and running according to its function.

Abstract

PT Gagas Energi Indonesia is a gas subholding company, including the distribution of CNG in the form of cylinders (C-cyl). C-cyl one of the CNG development projects is packaged in a pressurized cylinder of 200-250 pcs and the volume of CNG ranges from 20 - 25 m3 with 16 - 20 kg of LPG. The problem of this research is that the route determination by the company is still done manually so that it has risks in making decisions, assumptions, causing long distances per day and causing the use of a large fleet to be able to cover all customers per day. In solving this problem, the AnyLogistix software transportation optimization model features are used which are solved with the capacited TO experiment to determine distribution routes with the characteristics of the CVRP problem. The data used are 20 location points for potential customers who have the highest demand in the industrial sector, the products used as research objects are CNG C-cyl gaslink and 125 PS Head Truck capacity. The results of the route in the AnyLogistix software for the delivery movement path January 1 2022 – January 5 2022 obtained the total route, the total distance is the same for each day with the first route starting from Pertamina Jaya Hospital, Grand Paragon Mall, PT SINAR HARAPAN PLASTIK, PT DELIDENT, Blok M Plaza, Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto, Karimata Taman Mini, Bhayangkara Hospital TK.I R. Said Sukanto, ABUBA Steak – Matraman with a total distance of 106.80 KM, the second route to Richesee Kalimalang, Pondok Kelapa Town Square with a total distance of 14.94 KM and the third route to PT. PIONIRBETON INDUSTRY, Dr. Mintohardjo Naval Hospital, Plataran Menteng, Mercure Jakarta Cikini, Best Western Plus Kemayoran Hotel, Whiz Prime Hotel Kelapa Gading, SANTIKA KELAPA GADING, Jakarta Harbor Hospital, Boutique Café with a total distance of 53.85 KM.

Abstract

Fashion Viral Solo merupakan salah satu distributor perlengkapan fashion di Surakarta yang belum memanfaatkan data yang dimiliki untuk melakukan segmentasi dan mengelompokkan pelanggan berdasarkan kemiripannya. Segmentasi adalah proses untuk mencari tahu karakteristik dari pelanggan berdasarkan kesamaan tertentu, sehingga memudahkan pengumpulan informasi tentang pelanggan yang memberikan profit bagi perusahaan. Segmentasi menjadi salah satu strategi untuk menghadapi persaingan usaha, untuk mempertahankan pelanggan, dan untuk membantu manajemen dalam menyusun strategi promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan segmentasi pelanggan yang pernah bertransaksi di Fashion Viral Solo berdasarkan karakteristiknya. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan algoritma K-Means untuk melakukan clustering dan penerapan metode Recency, Frequency dan Monetary. K-Means adalah algoritma sederhana, mudah diimplementasikan, tidak lambat, mudah disesuaikan, dan sering digunakan dalam proses data mining khususnya clustering. Nilai atribut Recency menunjukkan waktu terakhir transaksi, Frequency menunjukkan jumlah transaksi, dan Monetary menunjukkan total nominal transaksi. Dengan menggunakan K-Means dan metode Recency, Frequency dan Monetary, peneliti dapat melakukan segmentasi pelanggan Fashion Viral Solo. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil 2 cluster pelanggan. Cluster 1 dengan jumlah anggota terbanyak, yakni 343 pelanggan dan cluster 2 dengan jumlah anggota 8 pelanggan. Untuk menentukan jumlah cluster yang paling optimal, peneliti menggunakan metode Silhouette Scores dan diperoleh hasil jika membagi pelanggan menjadi 2 cluster adalah yang paling optimal.
