Abstract

Toko ibu popon adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan makanan khas Majalengka. Walaupun toko ibu popon belum memasarkan productnya secara online berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dalam penjualan secara offline rata-rata omset perbulan minimal lebih dari 70 juta. Akan tetapi dalam survey yang dilakukan oleh kompas.com mengenai perdagangan pasar onine sekarang ini sedang mengalami kenaikan transaksi dan menurut kominfo penjualan secara offline kurang diminati dan mulai lesu dengan dilandasi hal-hal tersebut maka peneliti akan membuat e-Commerce yang diperuntukan untuk toko ibu popon. Pembayaran melibatkan pihak ketiga yakni PT. midtrans sebagai penyedia layanan payment gateway. Pada tahap pengembangan sistem peneliti menggunakan metode extream programming yang dikenal cepat dalam proses pembuatan aplikasi dengan tahapannya yakni planning, desain, coding dan testing yang akan menghasilkan sebuah software dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini melalui pengujian pada saat melakukan registrasi dengan keamanan OTP(One Time Password dapat) dapat dilakukan dengan baik dan pembayaran sudah dapat dilakukan dengan benar.

Abstract

BUJP CTP (Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan Cahaya Tangguh Perkasa) atau Lembaga Pendidikan yang menyediakan pelatihan dasar Gada Pratama atau yang disebut dengan lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan satpam memiliki andil yang sangat penting untuk mencetak calon tenaga pengaman yang profesional dan memiliki keterampilan dalam bidang pengamanan. Untuk cara pendaftaran ke BUJP CTP (Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan) dengan cara peserta dapat mengunjungi kantor BUJP CTP secara langsung dan membawa persyaratan pendaftarannya secara lengkap dan setelah itu menunggu konfirmasi lulus atau tidak dari Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan (BUJP) di rumah kemudian untuk konfirmasinya sendiri pendaftar akan mendapatkan sebuah sms. Karena terjadinya peningkatan jumlah pendaftar diklat satpam kepada BUJP, jika cara pendaftaran masih dengan cara manual ini dikhawatirkan terjadinya formulir dan persyaratan para peserta hilang. Maka dari itu untuk meminimalisir terjadinya hal tersebut perlu adanya media pendaftaran yang lebih baik dengan merancang sebuah aplikasi pendaftaran online melalui alamat website khusus untuk BUJP CTP. Aplikasi ini diuji dengan metode blackbox testing. Pengujian black box dilakukan untuk menguji spesifikasi fungsional perangkat lunak dari aplikasi pendaftaran diklat satpam berbasis web. Aplikasi ini dapat meminimalisir terjadinya persyaratan dan formulir peserta yang hilang. Aplikasi ini juga bermanfaat untuk petugas agar petugas dapat melihat jumlah peserta yang terdaftar pada aplikasi.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is one of the fundamental issues that become the center of government attention in any country. The goverment has sought to reduce poverty in every region. By launching various poverty alleviation programs, especially the family-based cluster support program 1, the goverment make activity programs to helping the poor families. In determine the poor families, so that not just anyone can receive the assistance provided by the government for poor families and the funds provided can be received by the people who really need. One of criteria will use in determine poor families from 14 poverty criteria by BPS version, broad building, income, and the comsumption of meat/egg. Test system created is a decision support system using fuzzy tsukamoto to help and increase performance from the selection process of who is entitled to get help from the government. This result, produce a decision support system and a list of poor families that deserve and do not deserve government assistance.

Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat pesat saat ini, telah berpengaruh pada kehidupan manusia. salah satu perkembangan teknologi yang pesat terlihat pada bidang Internet of Thing (IoT). Sumberdaya air merupakan salah satu unsur penting untuk keberlanjutan kehidupan makhluk hidup terutama manusia. Keberadaan air dapat berperan multiguna, dapat digunakan sebagai air minum, mandi, mencuci, mengairi lahan pertanian, pendukung pelaksanaan ibadah, dan perekonomian. Pengelolaan air bersih juga merupakan upaya pendayagunaan sumberdaya air dengan upaya mendistribusikanya kepada masyarakat. PDAM atau perusahaan daerah air minum merupakan salah satu unit usaha milik daerah yang bergerak dalam distribusi air bersih bagi masyarakat. Proses pengembangan sistem seringkali menggunakan pendekatan prototipe (prototyping). Purwarupa monitoring tagihan air Berbasis Internet Of things digunakan oleh seorang admin petugas PDAM untuk dapat memonitoring pendistribusian air, menghitung tagihan air, dan mengontrol penggunaan air apabila ada pelangggan yang belum membayar tagihan penggunaan air

Abstract

Beasiswa Bank Indonesia adalah beasiswa yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Indonesia dalam bentuk pengabdian Bank Indonesia kepada dunia pendidikan. Beasiswa Bank Indonesia diperuntukkan bagi mahasiswa yang kurang mampu dari segi ekonomi, sekurang-kurangnya telah menyelesaikan 40 sks atau tengah menjalani semester 3, maksimal berusia 23 tahun pada saat ditetapkan sebagai penerima beasiswa, tidak sedang menerima beasiswa dari lembaga lain. Di Universitas Majalengka proses seleksi penerimaan beasiswa tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dan memerlukan banyak waktu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu proses seleksi beasiswa menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien.

Abstract

In the agricultural sector, the role of tools, the grouping of agricultural tolls and machines cannot be separated from the definition of the tools and machines can be distinguished from the general case because a machine can be driven by human power or automatically. Reflecting on the modern agricultural system that has been implemented in developed countries, such as Japan, America, and China. The pattern of agriculture in Indonesia must immediately improve. The reason is that most farmers in Indonesia have not been able to maximize the development of tools, technology and utilize modern agricultural tools to boost the productivity of the rice fields.

Abstract

The existence of a stone quarry project area will affect the surrounding environment of a region. In addition due to the damage to the road infrastructure, the activities of the miners who perform processes like mine, the waste rock fragments, erosion, fresh water resources is reduced, etc., which will continue to accumulate in accordance with the development of the population the number of rock miners, the activities of miners and environmental components. A similar condition is the presence of stone mining project located in the Village District of Bantarujeg Salawangi. This study uses a matrix ofLeopold to identify the state of the initial environmental setting in the village, through the interview method. Further research conducted by the dynamic simulation modeling approach that provides comprehensive results that the project area will be undergoing expansion by utilizing the andesite quarry material which is influenced by population number of miners, mining project activity. The role of government to improve the condition shown by increased supervision and counseling, the environmental impact can be minimized. This simulation uses a span of 10 years. Abstract

Grouping language department based on academic data using clustering techniques and create applications then analyze the results that are expected to provide the information concerned. K-Means algorithm is a clustering algorithm technique that starts with a random selection of K, which is the number of clusters to be formed from the data to be in clusters, namely student test scores when entering the majors language. System created to show the results of student academic data clustering, ie the pattern of student achievement lusternya remain, down and up, and can be seen from the data value of the test results. From the results of the case study can be obtained information of students who remain in clusters such as early admission, students who ride down clusters and clusters of students.Keywords : clustering, Algoritma K-Means.

Abstract

Currently the development of technology is very rapid and has a role to help every human activity. One of the results of technological developments is radio frequency-based technology, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). Utilization of RFID used on electronic identity cards (e-KTP) is a resident identity card equipped with a chip which is the official identity of the population as proof of self issued by the implementing agency. The administrative service process in most villages still uses conventional methods, one of which is Balida village. The process of administrative services such as making letters, within a week many people apply. so that public dissatisfaction with services arises, causing crowds, considering the covid-19 pandemic has entered Indonesia, people are required to comply with health protocols and avoid crowds. Therefore, the author initiated a system design to serve administrative services in the village of Balida to comply with the health protocol. The programming used for this application is PHP and uses the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. The purpose of this study is to design an application for administrative services in Balinese villages that is integrated with e-KTP. The development method used is RUP. The result of the application of this administrative service application is that people who have an e-KTP can use it for letter administration.

Abstract

In the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, many Indonesians have reacted negatively to the placement of political individuals' billboards with very huge sizes on the streets. The early political campaign that was run was thought to be contentious. On social media like Twitter, the majority of people freely share their thoughts. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the general public reacted to the placement of billboards advertising political figures during the epidemic and to categorize those responses. It is envisaged that it would also provide advice for connected parties that may be used when making judgments regarding the policy of constructing billboards for political figures during a pandemic based on the results of data analysis. Twitter users tend to be more expressive because of the character limits, which means they have sentimental or emotional values. Using the Nave Bayes Algorithm, it is possible to do sentiment analysis on the sentiment data by categorizing user comments into positive, negative, and neutral attitudes. Regarding the sentiments expressed on billboards showing political leaders during the pandemic, tweets were sorted into three categories: liked, unfavorable, and neutral. The accuracy rate from Naive Bayes categorization of political personalities during the pandemic on social media Twitter was 83.3% with a precision value of 89%, recall 83%, and f-1 score of 82%.
