Abstract

Boarding organization was important in order to deliver the organizations progress. Role of Pesantren help in learning framework motivation organizational behavior related to creativity. Thus management education is the dominant factor in the framework of a nations progress. Stigma would adversely boarding school management Pesantren in the state seems to have not gone right. Entering the era of globalization today, the existence of Pesantren as the oldest Islamic institution in the state would be managed manaj with more professional if do not want to be left as the stakeholder community. Todays global current information and knowledge to make the world more accessible community. For it not to look for the possibility that once made Pesantren Islamic study center and a practitioner at once, that in time became interested in it and left the service user community. To the mutual duty of the governor / nanny Pesantren do and make efforts and improve strategies so that Pesantren as Islamic educational institutions have their own special features in time reference of Muslims in the world. They will then be turned toward Pesantren and make Pesantren as the primary alternative community education.

Abstract

In the presence a portion student that declares for that Indonesian study really palls is fairly, since they have perceived can and forwarding material which unattractive so at second hand student become arrest deep frail that material. As teacher of Indonesian was necessarily feels happening learning problem all this time. So teacher necessarily tries do changes in Indonesian learning at within class. One of change which is done by use of method role play and STADS method (Student Teams Achievement division) in standart interest converses and reading. In learning Tells hobby, can be done by use of method role play so makes student more active. Method role play understanding language as skill of straightforward speaking with bases student life in masayarakat. Method role play well-matched being applied while teacher does speaking learning with aided with role card.

One organizational model control system determining the many Islamic university. Organizational model at the core of managerial work to develop a theory of management. An organization said to be ideal if an appropriate portion of the division of labor, hierarchy of authority clear, high formalization, Impersonal, making appropriate competent subordinates and careers. Organizational model that is too follow the formalities, will be hampered his pace. Abstract

Leadership in Islam occupies a very strategic position. Because leadership is an instrument to achieve the lofty ideals of a nation. Namely the creation of a nation that "baldatun thayyibatun wa rabbun ghafur" (the nations good, prosperous and under the protection of Allah). Therefore, Islam put considerable attention to the issue of leadership. Studies of leadership in Islam, the term used is the word caliph, the priest, ulil amr and al-mulk.

Abstract

Harun Nasutions experience serves an office IAIN to regard its educational view.  Largely Indonesian Islamic people, notably modernist Islamic thinking havent available one spots Harun Nasutions thinking flank educational. Islam education speaking, terminologicaling it dont despite 4 subject problems,  first,  to the effect Religion education;  both of,  Religion education material;  third,  Religion education method; and fourth,  religion teacher quality.  Component fourth upon point out education planning step islam in processes teaching and learning. To the effect education constitute first one element functioning as guidance in exhaustive education activity. Teaching that involves to learn, material and student gets orientation on intent. After intent education is formulated, second plan is arrange education material that terangkum systematically deep curriculum. Curriculum is arranged and at plots to base aim already being established.

Abstract

Various measures should be considered and implemented in order to improve the quality of education . Improving the quality of education is the improvement of teaching and learning process that is dependent upon the professionalism of teachers as human resources. Speaking of professional teachers, there are still many good people among experts discussed their own education or outside education experts . Even many who tend to abuse the position of teacher , whether relating to the public interest until the very personal nature . While from the teachers themselves barely able to defend themselves . Community or parents were sometimes accused of teachers lacking professional, quality and so on , when her son was not able to resolve the problem she faced alone or have the ability that does not comply with her wishes.

Abstract

Generally, questions reform movement within Islam can be grouped into three variants, the West, and Nationalism. For the first group, one of the things that can restore the glory of the Muslims is a necessity to return to the Islamic shariah. As for the second group, the basic principles which can restore the glory of the Muslims is to make the progress of Western civilization as an example and a model. As for the third group, the weakness of the Muslims caused by the reluctance of Muslims to acknowledge the existence of a variety of changes and developments in their lives. Because its one way to cure it is to eliminate the old institutions were deemed unnecessary because Islamic civilization to develop institutions that also have suffered a setback.

Abstract

Golden childhood education (the golden age) can be the basis of the formation of human character that plays an important role again decisive for the future of society, nation, and state. In reality, an Indonesian citizen awareness on this subject have been formed during the reign of the old order and the new order were characterized by the establishment of Kindergarten (TK), Raudlatu Athfal (RA), dan Bustanul Athfal (BA). The presence of government reform era looked implement its own policy which is expected to bring more significant changes to early childhood education. Abstract

Culture of mutual aid is part of the social capital (social capital) who once practiced by the Indonesian people, ranging from the empire, colonialism, and the beginning of freedom to realize our goals. Mutual cooperation in the context of a mutual assistance are helping each other and community service, there are two forms of consciousness and / or coercion. Lately due to various factors impact the culture, strategy development, and the lack of good examples of cultural leaders is increasingly reduced. While on the other hand, the challenges of the Indonesian nation is not getting lighter, therefore the embodiment of efforts to revitalize or societal values in the development of a culture of mutual aid is urgent and appropriate choice.
