Abstract

This research is the development of instructional media developed macromedia flash animation-based teaching model directly in SDN Mangkujayan II Ponorogo. Based on the research got enthusiastic excellent student this is evidenced by the results of the data questionnaire responses following students on learning to use media such as macromedia flash animation, developed the data obtained by 36 students (100% ) expressed interest. Data questionnaire responses of students to the language used in textbooks and media animation data obtained by 32 students (88.9%) expressed understandable and 4 students (11.1%) said it was difficult to understand. Data questionnaire responses of students to the illustrations in textbooks and media animation data obtained by 35 students (97.2%) expressed delight and 1 student (2.7%) were not happy. Mastery of student learning outcomes after the use of instructional media macromedia flash animation-based teaching model directly based on analysis of data on student learning outcomes results obtained by 28 students completed the individual, the individual is not finished 8 students from 36 students who take the post-test. Mastery of cognitive learning outcomes for students in classical 77.78%. Abstract

The purpose of this research is: to improve understanding of social problem concept of social studies through  applying cooperative learning model type think-pair-share in the students of Elementary School. This is classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles performed. Each cycles consist of four steps, there were planning, implementation of action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research is fourth grade students in Elementary School State 2 Kedungputeri Ngawi. Data collecting techniques in this research was observation, test, interview and documentation. For data analyzing techniques was reducing data, presenting data, and taking research conclusion or verification. The research result can be conclude that there is an improvement understanding of social problem concept of social studies in fourth grade students of Elementary School State 2 Kedungputeri Ngawi. On initial conditions, the class average value is 61,31 by the number of students who complete learned is 11 students (40,74%). In cycle I, the average value is 79,51 with students who complete learned is 22 students (81,48%). In cycle II, the average value is 91,26 with students who complete learned is 25 students (92,59%). Keyword: think-pair-share teaching, understanding concept.

Abstract

In a cooperative learning model, students tasked to construct their own knowledge under the guidance of a teacher who acts as a facilitator and mediator. One model of a cooperative learning is Group Investigation (GI). In its application, found the problem that made the implementation of classroom teaching and learning process is less than optimal. One of the problems that occur are not the evaluation in step group. By reviewing the existing theories and facts that are running in the field, has found a solution to these problems, resulting in improvements in learning steps GI. Key word : Problematics, Group Investigation, Troubleshooting

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine differences in effect learning to use tools long jump rope and circle as high stimulation and distance gradually towards results learn long jump squat style. This study used an experimental method. Experiment by using pre and post test. The study consisted of two groups: tools strap (A) and the group as a circle high stimulation (B). This study population is third grade Elementary School 1 Panggung Barat Magetan 2015.  The average results of the study group pretest tools strap (A) amounted to 84.1 and group as circle high stimulation 82.4 (B), initial conditions showed two groups with similar capabilities. The average post test group tools strap (A) amounted to 156.8 and the group as a circle high stimulation 151.4 (B). Based on the results obtained the following conclusions there is a significant difference between the long jump learning using 2 tools and circle as high stimulation and distance gradually towards learning outcomes long jump squat style on third grade Elementary School 1 Panggung Barat Magetan 2012/2013. By p (0.034 < 0.05). Long jump teaching methods using tools ropes with better results. Keywords: Learning the long jump, long jump squat style

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a problem based learning model accompanied with Fishbone Diagram to empower the ability to analyse. This study was a quasi-experimental study. The study used a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of the study was all students of grade X of Public Senior High School 2 Karanganyar in the academic year of 2013/2014. Sample was taken using cluster random sampling technique with a sample of 36 students. The instrument used was questionnaire, observation sheets, interviews, and tests. The ability to analyze data was tested with the Wilcoxon test and calculated by Ngain. The results showed the effectiveness of PBL module accompanied with FD, in which it had been successful in increasing the ability to analyse with a value of Ngainof 0.71 and the result was significance at p = 0.000, making the ability belong to “high” category. Abstract

The ministry of national education (kemendiknas) stated the application of character education in every level from Elementary School to University. It is because during these days, educational world scored less succeed in introducing national generation to become prestige personality. It is implicated through every subject of study, like social studies. The position of social studies learning is so unique because there must be preparation to educate students to live and understand their world, where their personal and social quality will become more important. The developed values in character education are identified by: (1) religion, (2) Pancasila, (3) Cultural, and (4) National education purposes. The value of social studies, a teacher must push the students to become active in obtaining values. Through social studies, students are directed to be democratic and responsible citizen and also world citizen who love peaceful. Abstract

This research is conducted to integrate the model, review the process and results of the model application,and analyze the differences between the application of students learning outcomes using learning model VCT assisted the documentary film with conventional learning in social studies. This research is a kind of mixed methods with experimental design. The data is derived using observation, documentation, attitude scale, and tests. The application of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) models assisted the documentary film is very effective. It can be seen from the teacher’s observation, student attitudes, analysis of students worksheet, students response with very good criteria, and the results show the attitude scale test of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) models assisted the documentary film effectivein instilling the value of nationalism. There is a difference in student learning outcomes between experimental and control classes. Abstract

This study aims to improve quality of learning process through using write short and improve students ability through to write short stories using poetry media and SAVI approach. Subjects in this study is students of class VI SDN Tanjung 3. Research object of learning to write short stories in Indonesian Language. Data collection techniques used in this study consist of (a) observation, (b)interview, (c)study of document, (d)questionnaire, (e)tasks. Testing the validity of data is done by triangulation. Approaches of analysing data which used in this research are descriptive qualitative and descriptive comparative. The conclusions of this research can be known that the media of poetry and SAVI approach can improve quality in learning process and ability to write short stories in Class VI SDN Tanjung 3. From the results of the pre-action learning process is still less than optimal and the average ability to write short stories 65.8. The first cycle, which is when the learning process students are more enthusiastic and average ability to write is 75.5. In second cycle, the quality of learning process has more increased. The average students ability to write short stories was increased until 82.8. Keywords: writing short stories, SAVI approach, poetry media

Abstract

At the elementary school level, sains learning still monotonous and uninteresting because elementary school system with classroom teachers to make the teachers have difficulty in using the right strategy. Teachers are required to achieve the target material that is quite a lot and should be comleted in each semester.This situation resulted in the lack of attention of student in the process of learning activities so that a low student motivation. Under these conditions, the purpose of this research is to improve students motivation through quantum teaching method of learning process in the fourth grade students of SDN 02 Wates  Distric jenangan, Ponorogo.This research is a classroom action research (PTK), which consists of the first cycle and the second cycle. The study subjects were students of class 4 SDN 02 Wates wich consist 11 students. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire to determine students motivation, and the observation sheet in the form of check list to determine the activity of students. Before held research student motivation is low. Then after research showed that motivation of students of cycle 1 45,5% and cycle II 82% increased 36,5%. Interpretation of student learning to learning in sycle 1 is 36% and cycle II increased to 82%. Student activity in I cycle was 27,3% and in the II cycle increased to 81,8%. The result showed that the use of quantum teaching methods can improve students motivation in learning sains SDN 02 wates.Keywords: motivation in learning, sains, quantum  teaching methods

Abstract

In elementary school, attentiveness is an important language skill. On the other hand, the fact shows that the lesson of attentiveness still low ang students interest is poor. Thus, the use of proper media can be considered in order to make lessons goal of attentive skill is approachable. Based on the above reason, this research purposes to improve attentive skill in myth in fourth grade students in SDN Sambirejo 1 Madiun by using audio media, that is myth recording. This research uses Classroom Action Research consist of two cycles. The result research shows the improvement on dispute the characters and the scene. Lessons process is in these aspects: attention, seriousness, and activeness are improve up to 11,8%. Result of improvement of attentive skill in myth in aspect characters and scene in the first cycle and second cycle are improve in average of 17,3% and7,4%.
