Abstract

Along with the advancement of science and technology, the problems faced by individuals increasingly complex. A problem that can not be avoided by students in general and students in grade 9 in particular is a matter of learning. Slowly but surely grade 9 students have to face the "Monster" in completing his education at the junior high school is very popular so-called UN. Phenomena in the field seen many students are scrambling to prepare. They forge themselves participate tutoring outside of school and at school, and a number are still calling a tutor Even more ironic ladies and teachers provide enormous task. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is implemented in order to help students overcome problems related to distress (stress) on the learner as tired of learning. Help is alleviation, with the expectation that students face problems (stress learning) can understand yourself, set yourself and can eventually adapt to the problems that it faces.Relaxation strategy is one of the techniques in guidance and counseling services aimed at helping students to release tension and fatigue in this case is the state of stress related to learning activities.Research methods by using several instruments including a questionnaire (stress questionnaire study), namely Stress Questionnaire Learning is used to determine and measure the students who have studied the stress levels encountered during the pre-test and post-test, manual observation and interview guidelines.Technical analysis of the data, using qualitative analysis, but also supported by quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis is used when processing data Stress Study questionnaire in order to determine the level of stress category learning experienced by learners.In this study there are two cycles. Conclusions on pre-research activities outlined in the initial reflection. Keywords: Learning Stress, Relaxation

Abstract

Objective is to be achieved in this study was to determine the success of planting values-based character of Javanese culture in improving personal competence of teachers, research was conducted in Dabin Sudirman is in SD 1 Bulungcangkring. To determine the success of the study, the researchers gave the pretest and reflection, reflection in cycle 1 and 2. The purpose of the pretest was to determine the initial condition of personal competence of teachers, while the reflection 1 and 2 is intended to determine the success of the action, whether the action is implemented there is increasing? what does not. in addition to validating the results of the study, researchers using observation data and observations that have been analyzed, the data will be used for the development of more lanjut.Dari data analysis proved that there is an increase in the average score rose 24.9 points from the value of the pretest or 12 , 44%. Abstract

Penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan dan konseling trait and factor dan pemahaman potensi diri terhadap ketepatan pemilihan jurusan siswa.Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Madiun, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 5 Kota Madiun. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara random sampling. Jumlah anggota sampel seluruhnya sebanyak 62 siswa atau 30% dari jumlah populasi kelas IX yang berjumlah 160 siswa.Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket. Dalam menganalisa data digunakan teknik regresi linier dua predictor dan uji F. Penelitian ini, dalam perhitungannya menggunakan pengolahan data  Microsoft Office Exel 2007 dan SPSS 16.0Analisis data menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dengan hasil kolerasi antara X1 terhadap Y diperoleh nilai r­hitung = 0,504. dengan rtabel untuk N = 62, db = N – 1 = 51 dan taraf signifikansi (a = 5%) adalah 0,254, sehingga rhitung > rtabel = (0,504 > 0,254), jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ho ditolak dan ha diterima. X2 terhadap Y, diperoleh nilai r­hitung = 0,426. dengan rtabel untuk N = 62, db = N – 1 = 61 dan taraf signifikansi (a = 5%) adalah 0,254 , sehingga rhitung > rtabel = (0,426 > 0,254),jadi disimpulkan bahwa ho ditolak dan ha diterima. X1, X2 terhadap Y diperoleh harga F-reg = 14,928. dengan harga F-tabel untuk N = 62, dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 5% adalah 3,20, sehingga  diperoleh F-reg > F-tabel = (14,928 > 3,20), sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ha ditolak dan ha diterima.Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan dengan hasil uji F, diperoleh harga F-reg = 6,959. Dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 5% adalah, diketahui bahwa F-reg (6,959) > F-tabel (3,20).Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh bimbingan dan konseling trait and factor terhadap ketepatan pemilihan jurusan, (2) ada pengaruh pemahaman potensi diri terhadap ketepatan pemilihan jurusan, (3) ada pengaruh bimbingan dan konseling trait and factor dan pemahaman potensi diri terhadap ketepatan pemilihan jurusan siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 5 Kota Madiun. Kata Kunci : Bimbingan dan Konseling Trait and Factor,  Pemahaman Potensi Diri,  Ketepatan Pemilihan Jurusan.

Abstract

Between Budget and Budget State Local Income in equality especially lower budget from the budget, and 50%-60% Budget spent for paying employees the reasons is the lack of participation of citizens to fund the management of the state by paying the zakat (Muslim) jizyah (non-Muslim). The purpose of this study was to determine the response and attitude of the towns people Madiun to pay Zakat/jizyah as a source of state budget/budget. This research was conducted in Madiun by taking a sample of three villages of nine districts. The method is quantitative with ex-post facto design, collection document and questionnaire data and data product moment correlation analysis (T test). Results zero hypothesisis accepted because t0(0.059) is smaller than tt(1.96) level significansi 5% or 1% (2.59), this shows that a persons response to the zakat/jizyah as a source of state budget/budgetis proportional. Or no difference in the attitude of paying zakat/jizyah, both of whichare clear about the function of zakat, is being, or less. Respondents who understand the positive response is proportional to attitudes, respondents were then negative response is proportional to the negative attitude; respondents were not sure what it is a very negative response is proportional to the extremely negative attitude or do not pay zakat.Keywords:  Respondents, attitudes,  Zakat/Jizyah

Abstract

Bekerja merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam kehidupan individu dewasa. Fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat pada era globalisasi adalah semakin banyaknya perempuan yang bekerja di luar rumah. Kecenderungan perempuan untuk bekerja menimbulkan persoalan. Ketika di tempat kerja, perempuan dihadapkan pada tuntutan pekerjaan, sedangkan ketika sudah pulang ke rumah, perempuan akan dihadapkan pada peran domestik. Dalam menghadapi peristiwa-peristiwa yang menekan, individu membutuhkan dukungan sosial. Individu yang memiliki dukungan sosial yang tinggi dapat mengatasi stres secara lebih berhasil dibanding dengan individu yang kurang memperoleh dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan di IKIP PGRI MADIUN. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif-non eksperimental expost-facto. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap konflik peran ganda. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial keluarga maka semakin rendah konflik peran ganda, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah dukungan sosial keluarga maka semakin tinggi konflik peran ganda.Kata Kunci : Konflik Peran Ganda, Dukungan Sosial Keluarga

Abstract

Ex-psychotic individuals encounter many difficulties in the process of socializing and returned to the environment, so that the necessary training skills before returning to the family and society. The purpose of this study was (1) To determine the effort to improve the social and economic independence of individual ex-psychotic through vocational skills training in the Social Rehabilitation Unit Ex Psychotic Social Service of East Java Province, (2) To determine the effectiveness of vocational skills training to improve social and economic independence of the individual ex-psychotic The Social Rehabilitation Unit Ex Psychotic Social Service of East Java Province.Writing method using a case study approach to field studies (field research) combined with literature (library research). This community service is a descriptive research, data analysis using qualitative analysis with interactive model. The analyzed data is the data rate of socio-economic independence of individuals before and after the psychotic ex vocational skills training.This research with two activities that make the carpet of material raffia rope and wooden crafts. Potential outcomes include training in order to improve their socio-economic independence, product copyrighted works, a national scientific journals and strengthening the role of counselors and social services functions.Keywords: Independence, Social, Economic, Ex Psychotic, Vocational

Abstract

Perilaku bullying akhir-akhir ini semakin meresahkan masyarakat, bukan hanya pada masyarakat umum, namun telah merasuki kehidupan pembelajaran siswa-siswa di sekolah. Perilaku bullying merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku agresif, dapat bersifat gangguan fisik, psikis, ataupun sosial. Sasaran utama perilaku bullying adalah individu (siswa) yang dinilai lebih lemah.Perilaku bullying, terlebih yang telah meresahkan siswa di sekolah, perlu segera dicarikan pemecahannya. Salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah yang diyakini dapat mengurangi, bahkan menghilangkan perilaku bullying adalah dengan mengaplikasikan bimbingan sosial berbantuan metode sosiodrama. Melalui penerapan layanan bimbingan sosial berbantuan teknik sosiodrama ini diprediksi akan dapat menjadi metode yang konstruktif dalam upaya mengatasi masalah bullying siswa di sekolah. Melalui teknik sosiodrama siswa akan merasa terilbat langsung dalam memainkan peran yang bertujuan mengubah diri sendiri dan berkeinginan berperilaku lebih positif.           Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan bimbingan sosial berbantuan metode sosiodrama untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bendo Kabupaten Magetan.Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bendo Kabupaten Magetan, yang memiliki kecenderungan perilaku bullying, yang berjumlah 50 orang siswa. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 30 siswa dari 50 orang siswa anggota populasi.  Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik angket. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik  statistik, dengan rumus bangun uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan harga t-hitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan harga t-tabel, sehingga dinyatakan  signifikan.Simpulan penelitian: penerapan bimbingan sosial berbantuan metode sosiodrama dapat mengurangi perilaku bullying siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bendo Kabupaten Magetan. Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Sosial, Metode Sosiodrama, Perilaku Bullying
