Abstract

Bekerja merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam kehidupan individu dewasa. Fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat pada era globalisasi adalah semakin banyaknya perempuan yang bekerja di luar rumah. Kecenderungan perempuan untuk bekerja menimbulkan persoalan. Ketika di tempat kerja, perempuan dihadapkan pada tuntutan pekerjaan, sedangkan ketika sudah pulang ke rumah, perempuan akan dihadapkan pada peran domestik. Dalam menghadapi peristiwa-peristiwa yang menekan, individu membutuhkan dukungan sosial. Individu yang memiliki dukungan sosial yang tinggi dapat mengatasi stres secara lebih berhasil dibanding dengan individu yang kurang memperoleh dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan di IKIP PGRI MADIUN. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif-non eksperimental expost-facto. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap konflik peran ganda. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial keluarga maka semakin rendah konflik peran ganda, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah dukungan sosial keluarga maka semakin tinggi konflik peran ganda.Kata Kunci : Konflik Peran Ganda, Dukungan Sosial Keluarga

Abstract

Anak usia TK adalah anak yang sedang berada pada rentang usia 4-6 tahun, yang merupakan sosok individu yang sedang dalam proses perkembangan. Anak usia TK ini memiliki karakteristik dan kepribadian masing-masing serta yang lebih unik adalah anak memiliki dunianya sendiri. Adapun karakteristik anak usia TK adalah kurang mandiri, pemalu, pendiam, penakut, bergantung pada orang tua dan guru, takut untuk salah. Penerapan token economy dirasa mampu dalam meningkatkan kemandirian siswa TK Kartika IV-21 Kota Madiun.Terkait dengan perilaku mandiri dapat dikatakan sebagai kemampuan untuk mengendalikan dan mengatur pikiran, perasaan dan tindakan sendiri secara bebas serta berusaha sendiri untuk mengatasi perasaan-perasaan malu dan keragu-raguan.  Kemandirian biasanya ditandai dengan kemampuan menentukan nasib sendiri, kreatif dan inisiatif, mengatur tingkah laku, bertanggung jawab, mampu menahan diri, membuat keputusan sendiri, serta mampu  mengatasi masalah tanpa ada pengaruh dari orang lain. Hal inilah yang dapat digunakan menjadi alternatif yang relevan untuk menangani anak yang berperilaku kurang mandiri diantaranya digunakan teknik token economy.Token economy dapat digunakan sebagai penguat yang dapat bertahan lama, ada beberapa keuntungan yang didapatkan dari token economies yaitu, Pertama, mereka dapat diberikan segera sesudah suatu perilaku yang diinginkan terjadi dan dipertukarkan diwaktu mendatang dengan backup reinforcers.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif eksperimen. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di TK Kartika IV-21Kota Madiun diperoleh gambaran bahwa anak usia TK di TK Kartika IV-21Kota Madiun tersebut cenderung menunjukkan perilaku kurang mandiri. Hal ini terlihat dari lembar observasi kemandirian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dan juga berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap orang tua dan guru siswa.Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali yaitu mulai Berdasarkan kegiatan observasi yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kemandirian anak TK Kartika IV-21 Kota Madiun masih rendah. Berangkat dari data tersebut peneliti melakukan perlakuan dengan menerapkan teknik token economy. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan peneliti seteah perlakuan diketahui bahwa kemandirian anak menjadi 41, 35% dan diketegorikan cukup mandiri. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan  bahwa teknik token economy  dapat meningkatkan kemandirian anak TK kartika IV-21 Kota Madiun.Kata Kunci: Token Economy, Kemandirian

Abstract

Work is one of the most important aspects in the life of an adult individual. The tendency of women to work cause problems. When at work, women are faced with the demands of work, whereas when it came home, the women will be exposed to domestic roles. Conditions of discomfort experienced by individuals in living their daily activities can lead to the emergence of stress. Stress experienced by individuals who work directly with the human face as a recipient of the service referred to as burnout. To face of stressful events, individuals need a social support. This study aims to determine the influence of work-family conflict, burnout and families support to job performance. This research was conducted in Institute of Teacher Training and Education PGRI Madiun. The study was conducted by using a quantitative approach non-experimental ex post-facto. Data collection techniques used is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the regression analysis. The results of the analysis of research data shows that there is simultaneously a significant influence work-family conflict, burnout and families support to job performance. While partial analysis showed no significant effect on the work-family conflict job performance, significant effect of burnout on job performance and significant effect of families support to job performance.Keywords: Job Performance, Work-Family Conflict, Burnout, Family Support

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of peer counseling to increase prosocial behavior of students of SMP Negeri 8 Madiun. The research design study is pre-experimental design. The research subject was eight students taken through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection instrument used a scale of prosocial behavior. The effectiveness of peer counseling test to increase prosocial behavior of students was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test formula. The analysis of data shows that the students prosocial average score change was 61 or 36 % , from a pretest data average was 85 or 49 %, to 146 , or 85 % on average of the posttest data. The results showed that peer counseling is effective to increase prosocial behavior of students of SMP Negeri 8 Madiun. The results of this study can be used as reference material for the guidance and counseling teachers in the preparation of peer counseling program to develop students’ prosocial behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of information services to improve students' career understanding SMA Negeri 1 Wungu. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Wungu with pre-experimental design research design. Technique of collecting data using psychological scale that is scale of understanding of career. Data analysis technique using Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. The result of the research shows that effective information service to improve interpersonal communication of high school students is proven after hypothetical test with Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test technique AsympSig (2-tailed) / asympiotic significance value 0.012, it can be concluded that information service to improve career understanding of SMA Negeri 1 Wungu students Regency of Madiun. It is suggested to improve the guidance and counseling service need to develop guidance and counseling service one of them is information service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang kekerasan atau bullying padasiswa SMP di Kabupaten Madiun. Pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada macam kekerasanyang dilakukan siswa kepada temannya. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SekolahMenengah Pertama (SMP) di Kabupaten Madiun bagian selatan tepatnya di KecamatanKebonsari. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Hasil pembahasan,menunjukkan sesungguhnya perilaku bullying berlangsung di beberapa lokasi di sekolah.Perilaku bullying biasanya terjadi di kelas, kantin atau di toilet sekolah. Bentuk perilakubullying di SMP 2 kebonsari menunjukkan tindakan bullying verbal langsung lebihbanyak dilakukan oleh siswa laki-laki sedangkan bullying non verbal tidak langsungbanyak dilakukan oleh siswa perempuan. Disarankan guru meningkatkan pemahamanmengenai bullying, bertindak lebih responsif ketika ada siswa korban bullying, sertasekolah perlu memiliki program preventif maupun program kuratif yang melibatkansemua komponen yang terlibat dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah.Kata kunci: bullying

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach to determine the level of confidence of victims of bullying and the effectiveness of group counseling services with assertive training techniques. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, where students were victims of bullying. The method to data collection in this research was through a questionnaire of self-confidence of victims of bullying in SMP Negeri 8 Madiun. This research uses a quantitative approach, precisely research experiments. Data analysis techniques used t-test to determine the differences before being treated with peer counseling and after being treated with group counseling with assertive training techniques. The results showed a difference in scores between before and after treatment was given. SPSS test results using t test showed a sign value of 0.00 the conclusion of this study is group counseling services with effective asertive training techniques to increase the confidence of bullying victims.

Abstract

Online games are games where many people can play at the same time through online communication networks. Now there are many wi-fi areas or hotspots that make it easy for anyone to connect to the internet for free by using devices such as cellphones or laptops. Various conveniences offered in the game make them endure long in front of the computer and the level of usage is increasing. Increasing play and intensive use of online games has caused various problems such as online game addiction. The characteristics of teenagers who are addicted to online games include, (1) Children spend more time playing games; (2) Often neglecting tasks; (3) Value at school is dropped; (4) Prefer to play games rather than play with friends; (5) Feeling anxious and irritable if you don't play games. This article aims to determine the level of online game addiction on students of Wungu Middle School 2,Wungu Subdistrict, Madiun District. The collection of this writing data isthrough observation, interviews, documentation and using questionnaires. this can be seen from the many students who have difficulty reducing the time to play online games, the frequency of playing online games is very high, not wanting to establish relationships with people around. Abstract

This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Nglames, Madiun Regency with a quantitative descriptive design. Purposive this research to describe the career planning of students of SMA Negeri 1 Nglames Kabupaten Madiun. In this study focused on the level of student career planning. The research instrument used is a student career planning scale. The results of the discussion, show that student career planning is still very low. Student career planning is still low, seen from low self-understanding, low self-confidence, lack of information on lanut studies and types of work that are in line with their potential. This happens because guidance and counseling services are not carried out classically or counseling and guidance services are not included in class hours for students in class X and XI. Classical guidance and counseling services are only given to class XII students only. It is recommended that teachers improve their understanding of career planning, act more responsively when there are students who need career information and schools need to have a preventive program that involves all the components involved in the process of improving student career planning.Keywords: career planning
