Madrasah: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran Dasar is a journal published by Laboratorium Journal FITK UIN Malang, published twice a year in the June and December periods as a vehicle for scholarly communication in primary education and learning. Editors invite experts and academics to contribute texts, both in the form of conceptual ideas, application of theories, the results of educational research and teaching of elementary school, and literature review that is in line with the fundamental disciplines of education and learning. Indonesia is one of the countries that respects the human rights of its citizens. Based on the fundamental constitutional mandate that education is the right of every citizen without exception, one of the indicators is that educational institutions must open opportunities for every citizen. This study aims to evaluate the existing educational facilities in the city of Banjarmasin, precisely some private Islamic Elementary School (MIS). The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. This method aims to describe the situation as a whole and thoroughly related to the selected object. The results of research related to accessibility for people with disabilities still cannot be seen in some of MIS choosen as the object of this study. The results of this study get the fact that all research objects are not friendly to people with dissabilities, such as conventional school steps. Even though the rule of laws is complete, but in fact, the implementation of these laws still encountered some problems until now. Accessibility for disability is one indicator as a child-friendly school, so, hopefully this research will be a piece of initial information for stakeholders in the Ministry of Religion in improving the quality of essential Islamic education services.

This study is aimed at revealing how is the empowerment of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Fisherman village Suku Laut Kuala Tungkal. Madrasah are generally born from the initiation of society as a form of concern for the condition of the people, especially children in understanding the special religion of Islam as a matter of doubt. This research is conducted by using qualitative approach. Research result, Islamic schools gait has contributed greatly to this country not only in providing a religious understanding, but also in participating to educate the children of the nation through the educational process that has lasted tens or even hundreds of years. In its journey, the empowerment of Islamic schools experienced various dynamics, commitment of Islamic school leadership, public awareness and supporting efforts became the issue that made Islamic schools hard to develop as expected

The in cease in science and technology department in the Islamic higher education (IHE) is one of the impact of criterion of a success madrasah and school which evaluated and measured with the achievement of score on the lessons of National Examination (NE) and the motivation of the student to choose the science and technology department that relevant to field of work. This will impact negative in the future if the curriculum of program in the science and technology department in the Islamic higher education is not developed based on the historical foundation and body of knowledge of IHE. One of the curriculum model is an integrated curriculum model that implemented through integrated learning model.  Â

Educational research is crucial to develop sustainable educational program of Madrasah. Educational research provides important data to defie the plan, evaluate the program, and promote enjoyable learning environment in Madrasah. Educational research in Madrasah still faces some problems such as limited budget, being reluctant to provide data and be research subject among principals and teachers of Madrasah. The researcher has to know research methodology both quantitative and qualitative method to conduct research activity in Madrasah. Experts of education introduce various theory of learning, so that learning can run effective and effiient, and it is no needs many times. In fact, there is no any theory that shows strategy of learning completely. There are many factors that must be considered, both of internal and external factors. The most inflential of external factors is teacher. Whetherstudents able to receive material well or not is inflenced by teacher. At home, the responsibility of student in the hand of parents, but at school the responsibility of student taken by teacher. One of the causes of those unsuccessfull students is the monotonous learning model. The learning process of the concept, it cannot well associate the abstract ideas to the real world. One of the learning models that can solve this problem is the contextual learning. The procedures of the contextual learning done in this research involve the process of : (1) exploring and using the students’ concept which have been achieved by the students in the opening learning; (2) creating a study society in mastering new concepts;(3) utilization of learning medias in learning process; (4) reflction of the concepts which have been studied; and (5) testing the concept acquisition by personal student. Student learning is closely related to the environment or atmosphere in which the process was ongoing. The joyful atmosphere brings excitement in learning. In contrast, tense, drab and less attractive atmosphere influences the student interest and enthusiasm. Teachers as the most responsible one for the classroom learning management are obliged to create a learning atmosphere that is convenient and fun for the children because the comfortable and enjoyable (conducive) classroom climate can enable them to transform interpersonal relationships so as to become a learning community that is productive and mutual respect, so enabling an effective learning interaction in nurturing the development of children or learners. Starting from this, the better classroom climate that is built, the better conditions of learning because only the conducive learning classroom atmosphere that is quiet, comfortable, fun, and full of significance can be realized.

Basic motor ability is the ordinary potency students do to improve the quality of life. Basic motor ability is divided to three categories namely: locomotor, nonlocomotor, and manipulative. Motor ability at all age levels will increase if it’s done through a learning process as learning Physical Education in schools. Motor skills can be coached to improve ability of madrasah children among others: basic motor run, walk, throw, jump, gymnastics, and sports games. Basic motor skills can help developing students toward perfection level of motor in accordance with their age level. Coaching of basic motor skill level is expected students to gain a good development level of motor.Key word: Basic Motor, Sports

This research aims to know the capacity of teachers in understanding learning media and concepts of learning and skills teachers PKN in using media learning through in-service training methods-training. The method of research used the qualitative Research with engineering support (Research Action class). The results of this research are as follows: Inservice Training Training Implementation can improve the understanding of teachers about Media Pemebelajaran in cluster IV sub district of Bogor regency Well-known; Application of Training In Service Training can improve the skills of teachers in using media learning in Cluster IV sub district of Bogor regency Well-known. Application of inservice training training together can improve the understanding of teachers PKn about media learning and skills teachers PKn in learning to use media (in focus) in Cluster IV Sub Well-known Bogor regency
