Abstract

Financial management application is an information system that facilitates the organization to manage financial data for related fields so that it can help complete activities in the financial sector, especially for the process of recording and financial statements quickly. The aim is to realize the Implication of a android-based Financial Information System to support the presentation of information in the decision-making process by the leadership, as well as the finance department. The method used is analytical methods and design methods. The design method is making the implementation of information systems, database design and financial data analysis. The method of analysis is done by using observation and interview techniques, literature studies, direct surveys at de.Blado Coffee & Tea by interviewing related people to complete the information needed. The end result of implementing a android-based financial information system is used to simplify and speed up data access and provide the leadership with full access to data without processing operational data. With the establishment of information systems, structured and integrated data can be produced well as input for management in the decision making process.

Abstract

The ability to detect and measure the distance of potential obstacles is importance for navigation system in self-driving vehicles. The measurement process needs to be fast and accurate since the controller requires real-time data to make quick decisions and respond to any potential disturbances on the vehicle's track. This research aims to develop Microlidar for detection system that can accurately measure the distance of a potential obstacle object. The Microlidar utilize Lidar Lite V3 proximity sensor which have range measurement specification of up to 40 meter. Microlidar rapidly rotate 360 degrees by using a stepper motor while in the same time continuously measure the real-time distance. The measurement data are sent to a microcontroller through I2C, and the Processing software plot the 2D image which work like radar visualization. The system is assessed for ranging the various distance object in static and dynamic measurement mode. The results show that the Microlidar has a good level of accuracy with an average error value at the distance of 300 cm is 4.99 cm or 1.7% while the average error value at the distance of 1000 cm is 15.69 cm or 1.6% obtained from 100 data sets collected. The communication from the sensor to Arduino requires a minimum baud rate of 115200 bits/second to minimize data loss and ensure that the measured distance can be processed in real time by the microcontroller. Real-time data with high speed is essential since it will be used on the vehicle in order to quickly decide whether there is a barrier or not on the vehicle’s track. The sensor analysis distance expected from this research could be used as a reference to support the navigation system performance of self-driving vehicles.

Abstract

The problem that is often encountered in medical record services at the hospital, is that processing registration data is less efficient and effective because it still uses manual bookkeeping as an archive so there are several obstacles such as difficulties in searching patient data and the risk of data redundancy. When the patient does not bring a medical card, there is a risk of damage or loss of patient data, as well as the risk of accumulation of patient data books which require special storage space. Therefore, in this research a medical record information system was built using the waterfall method, which consists of requirements, design, implementation, verification and maintenance. Based on the results of white box testing, the cyclomatic complexity is 27, region = 27 and independent path = 27, which shows the system is running well without errors. Furthermore, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing resulted in a percentage of 81.5% from 10 respondents indicating the system received good responses from users.

Abstract

Smart Kids English is a mobile-based learning media application that aims to help teachers and parents accompany children in learning English with different experiences by utilizing technology. The use of learning software is considered more effective because basically children use gadgets more often in their daily activities. Using learning software on gadget devices can also minimize the use of gadgets for unimportant applications such as playing games. The System Development Life Cycle in this research uses the Waterfall method, this method is used by many software developers. This research produces the Smart Kids English application with several basic features such as: pronunciation which is equipped with attractive images. Smart Kids English is equipped with a writing feature to train children in writing English. Smart Kids English is equipped with an animal sounds feature to increase children's insight into recognizing animal sounds in the environment around us. Smart Kids English is also equipped with a practice menu, the aim of which is to sharpen children's memory in remembering the material they have studied.

Abstract

As technology continues to advance, some Puskesmas are leveraging online services to seize opportunities. In order To keep pace with these developments, the Cikampek Health Center has mandated changes to implement web-based treatment bookings. Puskesmas are community facilities that function as health services. In this research, we designed an online reservation system consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and implementation using UML-based identification methods, analysis, and system design. The use of UML modeling is very effective and helps the reader understand the overall picture of the system being created. The results obtained in the construction of this system aim to make it easier for the community to access Puskesmas services, and the authors believe that this website will help reduce waiting times and improve the processing of patient data. I hope it will be a tool for promotion.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Bangka Belitung region specifically observing what criteria could support and hinder the development of home industries. The home industry is a small-scale industry generally carried out in the family sphere and is driven by women. Home industries need to receive support from the provincial government to survive and increase the scale of production. To make support for home industries more targeted, this research summarizes several criteria related to the conditions of home industries and the businesses they run. In Bangka Belitung Province, several types of businesses are run on a home industry scale. Based on the condition of the home industry which has multiple criteria and multiple alternatives, this research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method and Expert Choice software as data processing aids. The data processing results show that industrial business is the highest alternative with a weight of 24.7% and the highest criterion is strategy at 23.7%. These results indicate that the largest portion of home industry business actors is engaged in the industrial sector and to encourage the progress of the home industry the most important factor is strategy, namely understanding the type of business they are involved in, labor-intensive industries, paying attention to production factors, electricity capacity, and business operations. The next stage is to design a user interface for a web-based system as a means of collecting home industry data.

Abstract

Risk management was an effort to identify, prioritize, analyze, and reduce potential risks that could occur to patients, visitors, staff, and organizational assets. With risk management, hospitals could implement more effective decision-making to prevent undesirable events from occurring in providing health services. Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Muslimat Jombang did not yet have an integrated risk management system. Risk recording was done manually, which raised various problems. Therefore, to facilitate data management, a system was needed that could make it easier for hospitals to manage risk management as a basis for decision-making. The aim of this research was to design a hospital risk management information system. The design was carried out using the waterfall method and with UML notation. The programming language used was PHP with the help of the Codeigniter framework, and the database used was MySQL. Testing of this system was carried out using blackbox testing. This information system produced 14 features in 19 menus, and the system could be accessed according to different access conditions. The result of this research was the management of hospital risk management using a hospital risk management information system. This system could be used by all hospitals because it was built based on applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the mobile application with a gamification approach for elementary school mathematics learning. The mobile application is designed as an interactive and enjoyable learning tool to help students understand mathematical concepts. The gamification approach is used to enhance student motivation in learning mathematics through engaging game elements. The development process of the mobile application involves various features, such as learning materials, games, educational videos, and guides. The application was tested using black box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The research results indicate that the mobile application received positive responses from both teachers and students. The application assists teachers in teaching mathematics and improves students' understanding of the subject. With a high n-gain value (0.76, in the high category) from the pretest to post test, the mobile application has proven to be effective in enhancing students' understanding of mathematics. These research findings confirm that the development of the mobile application with a gamification approach is a positive step towards improving the quality of mathematics education at the elementary school level. Thus, the mobile application can be a valuable tool in supporting more interactive and effective mathematics learning at the elementary school level.
