Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview and analyze the influence of online advertising on purchase decisions (a survey of Instagram followers of Cottonink in Bandung). The study employed a descriptive and verificative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research consisted of 628,000 followers of Cottonink’s Instagram account, with a sample of 130 respondents selected using the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument tests included validity and reliability tests, while the data analysis technique applied was simple linear regression, assisted by IBM Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26.0 for Windows. The findings of this study indicate that both online advertising and purchase decisions are categorized as good. Furthermore, online advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) scores on the financial performance of non-financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The ESG scores used in this study are obtained from Morningstar Sustainalytics, which provides standardized assessments of ESG risks faced and managed by companies. Financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA) and Tobin’s Q to represent operational performance and market valuation, respectively. This research uses secondary data collected from annual financial reports and Morningstar for the period 2021–2024. The sample is selected through purposive sampling of non-financial companies that have ESG scores on Morningstar and are consistently listed on the IDX. Multiple linear regression analysis is employed to examine the relationship. The results are expected to reveal whether ESG scores significantly influence financial performance, providing insights for investors and management in promoting sustainable business practices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of herding behavior on investment decisions among followers of Indodax’s official Instagram account. Using a quantitative approach and survey method, data were collected from 400 respondents selected using Slovin’s formula. The analytical tool used was simple linear regression. The results show that herding behavior has a significant and positive influence on cryptocurrency investment decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.773, indicating that 77.3% of the variance in investment decisions can be explained by herding behavior. The findings reveal that in the context of Indonesia’s cryptocurrency market—characterized by high uncertainty and limited access to quality information—herding behavior becomes a rational and adaptive strategy for individual investors. The study supports behavioral finance theory and provides empirical evidence that herding behavior significantly influences investment behavior in digital asset markets. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh herding behavior terhadap keputusan investasi pada pengikut akun Instagram resmi Indodax. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 400 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa herding behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,773 mengindikasikan bahwa 77,3% variabel keputusan investasi dapat dijelaskan oleh herding behavior. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks pasar cryptocurrency di Indonesia yang penuh ketidakpastian dan keterbatasan informasi, herding behavior menjadi strategi rasional dan adaptif bagi investor ritel. Penelitian ini mendukung teori behavioral finance dan memberikan bukti empiris bahwa herding behavior secara signifikan memengaruhi perilaku investasi dalam aset digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan pengaruh dari Team Identification terhadap Attitude Towards Behavior dan dampaknya pada Online Purchase Decision terhadap Followers Instagram Team Esports Bigetron di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan ukuran sampel 349 responden. Data diolah secara statistik menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program AMOS for Windows versi 24. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gambaran Team Identification, Attitude Towards Behavior dan Online Purchase Decision berada pada kategori tinggi. Team Identification berpengaruh terhadap Attitude Towards Behavior, terdapat pengaruh antara attitude towards behavior terhadap Online Purchase Decision, serta terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung  antara Team Identification terhadap Online Purchase Decision. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh Team Identification terhadap Attitude Towards Behavior serta dampaknya pada Online Purchase Decision yang dilakukan melalui survei pada followers instagram team esports Bigetron di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti merekomendasikan agar dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan Online Purchase Decision melalui event-event esports yang melibatkan penggermar esports agar mampu meningkatkan keputusan pembelian terhadap Bigetron.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan Pengaruh Application Quality terhadap Online Repurchase Intention melalui Online Shopping Experience pada Pelanggan Aplikasi E-Grocery Lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 359 responden. Data diolah secara statistik menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program AMOS for Windows. Data diolah secara statistik menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gambaran application quality, online shopping experience, dan online repurchase intention berada pada kategori sedang. Application quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap online repurchase intention melalui online shopping experience. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung application quality memperoleh besaran pengaruh yang lebih rendah terhadap online repurchase intention, dibandingkan pengaruh langsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti merekomendasikan agar aplikasi e-grocery mempertahankan dan meningkatkan performa layanan application quality agar dapat meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan yang bertahan menggunakan e-grocery dalam melakukan pembelian produk segar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of omnichannel shopping experience on customer citizenship behavior through customer engagement in the local sportswear brand industry in Indonesia. The research background is based on the phenomenon of increasing competition in the sportswear industry driven by changes in consumer behavior, market globalization, and digital technology development. The omnichannel shopping experience is seen as a strategy that can provide a consistent shopping experience across various channels, while customer engagement is a key factor in shaping voluntary customer behaviors that benefit the company. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method targeting consumers of local sportswear brands such as 910, Specs, Mills, and Ortuseight. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results show that the omnichannel shopping experience has a significant positive effect on customer engagement, and both together positively influence the increase in customer citizenship behavior. These findings provide strategic implications for companies to optimize omnichannel-based marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement to build long-term brand loyalty and advocacy.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description and influence of e-service quality and e-trust on behavioral intention in e-wallet users who are members of the e-wallet community on Facebook. This research is a type of descriptive and verification research with a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is the simple random sampling method with a sample size of 200 respondents. The data is processed statistically using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the AMOS for Windows program. The results of this study found that the description of e-service quality, e-trust, and behavioral intention are in the high category. E-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant influence on behavioral intention. This finding shows that the implementation of e-service quality and e-trust carried out by e-wallet companies will encourage behavioral intention in e-wallet users who are members of the e-wallet community on Facebook

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial attitude and lifestyle on personal financial management among undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University in Bandung City. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method and a verification method with the unit of analysis being undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University in Bandung City with a population of 11,704 students and a sample of 352 respondents using purposive sampling with software IBM SPSS AMOS version 22 for Windows. The data was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the study indicate that financial attitude and lifestyle have a significant and positive effect on personal financial management both partially and simultaneously, this is indicated by the magnitude of the critical ratio which is greater than the minimum value. The implications of the study indicate that the better the financial attitude and the more positive the lifestyle of the undergraduate students, the better the ability in personal financial management among undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University in Bandung City. In addition, the results of this study can also be a basis for educational institutions and the financial industry to develop educational programs and services that support strengthening financial attitudes and a wiser lifestyle. By understanding these dynamics, undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University in Bandung City can develop appropriate strategies in managing their personal finances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of application quality and competitive price on online repurchase intention on NusaTrip application users. The type of research used is descriptive and verificative with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study amounted to 350 respondent. The data obtained were processed statistically using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study show that application quality and competitive price have a positive and significant influence on online repurchase intention. This is evidenced by the C.R. value being greater than 1,967 and the P value being less than 0,05. This statement can be assumed that the better the company pays attention to application quality and competitive price, the better the online repurchase intention that appears in consumers for the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aspek kognitif terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur. Aspek kognitif, seperti kemampuan mengingat, memahami, menerapkan, menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan mencipta, memiliki peran penting dalam pembelajaran dan pencapaian akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner mahasiswa semester 8. Analisis regresi linier sederhana digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh aspek kognitif terhadap prestasi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara aspek kognitif dan prestasi akademik, dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa aspek kognitif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik.
