A great leader must be able to understand or be able to observe the behavior of his employees in an effort to encourage the performance and productivity of the employee even to make the employee a reliable person and become a leader. This study aims to identify how to recognize great leaders in a company or organization and how leaders deal with uncertain situations in the future. This research data collection technique is mainly for primary data, namely using the interview method. The object of research is the manager of Ma Ecot Restaurant, Mr. Asep Fahmi. The manager of the Ma Ecot Restaurant has proven that the value of effectuation in his leadership is in this Asep Fahmi man. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan prima terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan terdiri dari: kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian dan tindakan dan tanggung jawab. Pelaku usaha harus mencari strategi bisnis yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam menarik perhatian pelanggan dengan memberikan kualitas pelayanan prima yang lebih baik dari pada usaha pesaing. Metodelogi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengukur skala sikap 50 pelanggan moksa coffee. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini melalui tahapan analisis regresi berganda (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel pelayanan prima secara simultan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, di mana variabel tanggung jawab mempunyai hubungan paling mempengaruhi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel yang mempunyai hubungan kurang mempengaruhi dengan kepuasan pelanggan adalah variabel kemampuan.Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Pelayanan Prima, Kepuasan Pelanggan, UMKM

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peneliti peran faktor demografi terhadap relasi antara perilaku keuangan dengan financial sustainability. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden dari kelompok rumah tangga di kota Bandung kemudian dioleh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi. Perilaku keuangan terdiri dari membandingkan harga saat bertransaksi, membayar tagihan tepat waktu, mencatat penerimaan dan pengeluaran, mengalokasikan dana darurat dan menabung secara rutin. Financial sustainability meliputi kemampuan mendapatkan penghasilan, kemampuan memenuhi kewajiban dan kemampuan untuk memenuhi pengeluaran. Adapun faktor demografi yang diteliti meliputi usia, pendidikan dan pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan memoderasi perilaku keuangan dan financial sustainabily, sedangkan faktor demografi lainnya tidak memberikan efek moderasi.

Kepemimpian adalah sebuah kemampuan dalam proses atau fungsi guna mempengaruhi orang lain untuk melakukan sesuatu supaya mencapai sasaran tertentu. Kecakapan kepemimpianan sangat penting untuk sebuah perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuannya dan menghadapi tantangan yang ada. Tujuan pada penelitian kali ini guna mengetahui pengaruh dari kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor PT Daikin Indonesia cabang Kota Bekasi. Penelitian kali ini berjenis kuantitatif data didapatkan secara langsung atau data primer. Pengumpulannya dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner terhadap para karyawan yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2022. Penelitian juga mengunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari studi leteatur pada buku dan jurnal online. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan alat regresi linear berganda. Pada uji t signifikasi variabel kinerja terhadap variabel kepemimpinan sebesar 0,170 lebih dari alpha 0,05 maka tidak ada pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia. Uji t pada variabel kinerja terhadap variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 0,003 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05 maka terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara parsial pada kantor PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia cabang Kota Bekasi. Sementara motivasi kerja mempengaruhi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor PT Daikin Indonesia cabang Kota Bekasi.

AbstractTikTok's social media makes every business person able to use this technology as the most effective and efficient form of marketing. Another supporting factor is utilizing a celebrity who has the advantage or expertise to promote a beauty product Scarlett Whitening so that a sense of buying interest arises in consumers. This study aims to determine whether social media marketing and celebrity endorsers have a simultaneous and partial effect on consumer buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products on the TikTok application.The method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires via google form to 100 respondents. The technique used in sampling is a non-probability sampling technique and uses a purposive sampling method. The data analysis test technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a statistical model consisting of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, F Test and t Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous and partial influence of Social Media Marketing and Celebrity Endorser on consumer buying interest. Keywords: Buying Interest; Celebrity Endorser; Social Media Marketing AbstrakSosial media TikTok menjadikan setiap pelaku bisnis mampu memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut sebagai bentuk pemasaran paling efektif dan efisien. Faktor pendukung lain yaitu memanfaatkan seorang celebrity yang memiliki kelebihan ataupun keahlian untuk mempromosikan sebuah produk kecantikan Scarlett Whitening agar timbul rasa minat beli dalam diri konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sosial media marketing dan celebrity endorser berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat beli konsumen produk Scarlett Whitening pada aplikasi TikTok.Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form kepada 100 responden. Teknik yang dipakai dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik non probability sampling dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik alat uji analisis data yang dipakai adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model statistic yang terdiri dari Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Sosial Media Marketing dan Celebrity Endorser secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kata Kunci: Celebrity Endorser; Minat Beli; Sosial Media Marketing.

Private equity is an alternative source of funding in the form of not-listed equity. The increase in private equity deals value comes with unavoidable exit strategy plans in times of divestment cycle. This study aimed to examine the factors that can help private equity firms choose a suitable exit strategy. By observing 217 private equity companies that exited from investment in the Southeast Asia region for the period 2004-2021, it was discovered that mergers constituted the majority of the chosen exit strategy. Based on the results of the analysis using multinomial logistic regression, total funding, funding duration, and investment stage have a positive and significant impact on the exit strategy chosen by private equity firms.

The purpose of this study is to locate the cause of the bankruptcy of a company by using the Sariwangi tea company as an object and to provide solutions and insights using goal setting theory so that other companies do not take the same path. Data were taken from book literature, existing data, previous research and the internet. The method used is using the vosviewer application to find research gaps, especially keywords that have not been used and using the literature study/literature study method to explain them. The results and conclusions show that PT Sariwangi is too focused on its goal to expand the company to a larger size without paying attention to the clarity of goals, challenges to be faced, commitment to a product, feedback or criticism from consumers, and the complexity of the tasks carried, besides that PT Sariwangi does not fully implement goal setting theory or goal setting, this has an impact on two factors that cause bankruptcy. This study is useful to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Petrojaya Boral Plasterboard Gresik. This type of research is a quantitative research with primary and secondary data and uses a questionnaire technique using a sample of 32 respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The workload analysis obtained path coefficients of -0.170112 (Zα = 0.05) which means significant (negative). Meanwhile, the path coefficients in the work environment are 0.749612 (Zα = 0.05), which means it is significant (positive). So that the workload has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, while the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Workload; Work environment; Employee performance.

Companies in the modern era are required to carry out all strategies to maintain their products with the aim of meeting consumer needs. Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is an industry that moves to meet daily needs ranging from the food, beverage, household needs and body care sectors. The food sector, especially confectionery, generates sales of around US$ 10 Billion annually. One company that has succeeded in exporting its products to foreign countries is PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk with Kopiko which is in demand in various countries. Kopiko in 2021 advertised its products in the Korean drama Vincenzo with Song Joong-ki as the main character. This study aims to determine the effect of product placement and celebrity endorser on purchase intention with brand attitude as a mediator. The method used is quantitative associative explanation. The study was conducted on 130 Surabaya residents who watched the drama Vincenzo with a sample size guideline according to Hair et al. (2017). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and data analysis Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) with the analysis tool SmartPLS 3.2.9 full version. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorsers have no significant effect on purchase intention and need mediation from brand attitudes to have a significant effect; product placement has a significant effect on purchase intention with and without brand attitude as a mediator; and brand attitudes have a significant effect on audience purchase intention.

Abstract – The purpose of this research is to determine the differences of financial performance and market performance before, as at, and after direct election for local government executive on 2015. This research picks 30 Surabaya based listed companies as samples based on purposive sampling method with several criteria during 2014-2016. Method of hypothesis testing uses multivariate analysis of variance (manova) and analysis of variance (anova) test with three groups of periods, which are before, as at, and after the direct election for local government executive on 2015. The results show that there is no significant financial performance of local based company in Surabaya caused by direct local government election on 2015 measured by current ratio, working capital turnover ratio, debt to equity ratio and return to equity ratio. The market performance test also shows that there is no significant market performance of local based company in Surabaya caused by direct local government election on 2015 measured by abnormal return. Investors are advised to be more focus on the company’s financial performance.
