Abstract

Radio is an auditory medium or media that can only be heard, and can be brought cheap populist or heard anywhere. Radio as a medium has the greatest power of imagination because the media is blind to  visualize  the  voice  announcer  or  factual  information  through  the  listeners  ear.  Broadcasting program is very important for the implementation ofa radio broadcast. In this research the authors are  using  theory  by  Rhenald  Kasali  (1999),  to  be  able  to  know  the  stage  of  broadcast  program conducted by Ria FM radio. The broadcasting programcomponents include segmentation, targeting, formatting, programming. This research uses descriptive qualitative method,  to determine the broadcast program conducted by Ria FM radio with audience segmentation family and women. The  research  showed  that  the  presence  of  the  broadcast  media  for  women  ,  does  not  remove  the listener from the men who are included in the family . as well as broadcasting programs that support to families , ranging from children to the elderly can all join in a program broadcast on Ria FM radio. The fourth component into the program broadcast on FM radio Ria include stages of segmentation, targeting , formatting , programming . Segmentationis determined through the marketing process , the needs of listeners , and the productive age group that can be heard by anyone . Targeting the show is determined by the content can also be determined through such interactive pathways , sms , facebook , twitter , and through the quiz . Formatting has been determined from the beginning Ria FM joined the production team of Sonora and Ria FM live only running it alone . Programming , ranging from the type of program , program schedules, and its relationship with advertisers all done with the idea of the producer and the other production team .

Abstract

The objective of the research is to determine the radio management that applied for manage  the  young  listener  segmentation  in  soloradio.  This  research  belong  to  qualitative descriptive  study  that  emphasize  how  to  understanding  the   phenomenon  of  the  experience with describe it into speech. The  results  of  this  research  is  broadcasting  management  of  soloradio  of  soloradio using  4  stages  it  is  ,  planning,  organizing,  actuating  and  controlling.  In  the  management, planning is good enough with the weekly meeting, monthly and yearly for planning programs that’s compatible for young segmentation. Organizing is neatly supported by adequate human resources and the selection of the target youth broadcaster to be broadcast by both the sound according to the type of young people . Actuating done by providing guidance , motivation and  good relations  with the  present  approach to doing  good broadcasting program  and  in accordance  with  the  young  listeners  by  joining  in  every  event  organized  .  As  for  the controlling is done by a general manager who is directly and indirectly. But for the head of the  division  as  program  director  to  supervise  directly  due  oversees  announcer  during  the broadcast to keep it out of the path of a young.

Abstract

Soap opera is one of the the most popular products of mass media (television). ”Si Doel Anak Sekolahan”  is  one  of  the  most  famous  Indonesia  soap opera.  Meanwhile,  one  of  the  mass media  function  is  socialization/  transmission  of  social  values  function,  in  which  the  mass media display the values held by certain people in  it’s program, which later, audiences will adopt them into their daily lives. Romantic relationship is one the relationship that is created from the process of interpersonal communication between people. On the other hand, soap opera consists of many values of the romantic relationship. This study findings are: there are 4  values  of  romantic  relationship  which  is  shown  in this  soap  opera,  which  is  love, commitment, passion constructive, and intimacy. Those values tend to embodied in non verbal language,  and  the  trend  is  still  within  in  the  limits  based  on  east  culture  of  Indonesia. Meanwhile, from three main characters involved in alove triangle story, a character who is described tends to apply romantic relationship values is Zaenab.
