Abstract

The results showed that 1) The aspect of attraction, the strategy of one village onedestination carried out by the Office of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports,Ponorogo Regency and the Actor of Attraction Management are good enough inpresenting the attractiveness of objects tourist in Ngebel Lake. this program cansupport the tourism potential of an area in accordance with the advantages of thearea. The attraction offered is considered to be able to attract the attention ofvisitors or tourists. 2) Accessible aspects, the strategy carried out by thegovernment, namely: improving the quality of public transportation from 2017 -2021, increasing the quantity of tourist buses in 2019 and 2021, developingtelecommunications infrastructure, namely developing optical fiber networks anddeveloping micro networks using lower cable networks sea during 2017 - 2021.These activities have shown that progress is quite good, it takes time to berealized to the maximum, we need to support what the government has done andwill do in the future in terms of easily achieved aspects. 3) Facility Aspects(Amenitties), the strategy carried out by the government in the aspect of Facilities,namely the Special Economic Zones (KEK) has been running well, although ittakes time to achieve its objectives in order to obtain optimal results.

Abstract

The problem of decreasing absenteeism towards the performance of the State CivilApparatus (ASN) caused by declining intrinsic motivation originating from himself andorganizational justice is still an interesting thing to study. This study aims to determinethe Model of Improvement of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Based on IntrinsicMotivation and Organizational Justice in the Population and Civil Registration Office ofPonorogo Regency. This research was conducted at the Population and Civil RegistryOffice of Ponorogo Regency and the data obtained through a questionnaire along with aninterview guide distributed to 42 respondents and analyzed using Path Analysis. Basedon the results of the study, it can be concluded that the increase in OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior can be done by increasing Intrinsic Motivation and OrganizationalJustice by being mediated by Affective Commitments. Intrinsic motivation and goodorganizational justice will encourage increased affective commitment which willultimately improve employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Employees who always have high intrinsic motivation will have high performance. Themore employees feel they get organizational justice in an organization that is able toabsorb, understand and implement it, the higher the employee's performance. Thelimitation of this study raises suggestions for future research, namely the need forappropriate moderation variables to encourage the strengthening of the influence ofvariables on performance.

Abstract

Based on the results of research and discussion, a conclusion can be drawn thatcommunication, namely reviewing the Permendikbud and juxtaposing with theRegent's Regulation regarding the establishment of the Ponorogo SKT UPT(Perbup No. 51/2008 concerning the formation, organizational structure andworking procedures of the Technical Implementation Unit within the EducationOffice of Ponorogo Regency ). Ponorogo SKB Resources have completed theirorganizational structure based on the Director General of Early ChildhoodPendidian and Community Education Ministry of Education and Culture No.1453 Year 2016. Disposition, All Steak Holders in the government are expected tounderstand the operational guidelines and technical guidelines for implementingthe Package C equality program so that in its implementation not experiencesignificant obstacles. If this is not done then the marginal people who have beenorganized and who have learned will experience a second failure. Consideringthat the average citizen learning that has been accommodated in the C Packageequality program are those who have failed in taking formal education, due toconstraints on costs, time and conditions. Organizational Structure, HR availableat SKB Ponorogo in addition to having educational qualifications relevant to thefield of study in which they are expected to master a variety of skills competenciesfor example computer competence, delivery, catering, fashion and bridal makeup.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style andorganizational culture simultaneously on the performance of TP-PKK cadres inPonorogo Regency. The study population was all cadres of the TP-PKK PonorogoRegency. This is a descriptive quantitative study using primary data, obtainedfrom respondents directly using a questionnaire to cadres of TP-PKK PonorogoRegency. The population and number of samples were 49 people. Data collectiontechniques using validity and reliability testing. Analysis techniques throughmultiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and R2. The results of the analysis areobtained: (1) Leadership (X1) is significant on Performance (Y) in TP-PKKCadres in Ponorogo Regency, this indicates that the better leadership style givento PKK cadres in Ponorogo Regency. (2) Organizational Culture (X2) has apositive and significant effect on performance (Y) of TP-PKK cadres in PonorogoRegency, this is a form of positive things that must be developed, because with theexistence of organizational culture that can spur cadres so that they compete tocontribute to the related services to the maximum and is certainly expected tomake it a habit for the cadres themselves to be loyal to all cadres in PonorogoRegency.

Abstract

The Implementation of Community-Based Settlement Environment Structuring ofthe City without Slums Program in Ponorogo Regency also cannot be separatedfrom good collaboration between the community, the government, the privatesector and other stakeholders. This slum handling cannot be handled if only doneby one or two parties, but requires the participation of various parties orstakeholders who collaborate collaboratively. This study aims to determine theprocess of Collaborative Governance in the Implementation of Community-BasedSettlement Environmental Structuring in the Slumless City Program in PonorogoRegency. The theory used includes the theory of good governance, the process ofcollaboration, environmental development and the concentration of City WithoutSlums. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and observingthe informants using the purporsive sampling method. The data analysistechnique is done by descriptive method. The conclusion of this research is thatthe collaborative governance process has been carried out well starting from thedynamics of Collaboration, Collaborative Actions, and the Temporary Impactsand Temporary Adaptations of the Collaboration Process. Most of it is done in theform of participation at all stages of development.

Abstract

The main function of the government, especially the Community and Village Empowerment Office, is to serve the community so that it is necessary to continuously work to improve the quality of services. One of the efforts that must be made in improving public services is to assessment performance. The measure of the success of service delivery is determined by the performance of the service itself as measured by various indicators including the level of satisfaction of service recipients. This study aims to measure the performance of the Community and Village Government Empowerment Office in the Karanganyar District Community and Village Empowerment Office. Method: The design of this study uses a quantitative descriptive study and uses a cross-sectional study approach. The location of this research was carried out at the Karanganyar Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. The sample in this study was the village apparatus totaling 62 people from 162 villages in Karanganyar Regency. The sampling technique used was the accidental sampling technique. The research instrument used interview guides and questionnaires. Quantitative data analysis uses frequency distribution based on aspect weights. Results: The performance of the Community and Village Empowerment Agency in Karanganyar Regency was in a sufficient category but with notes. it is better to improve the quality of public services by paying attention to good service standards by its aspects.

Abstract

The research purpose was analyzed the coordination undertaken by the Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengambangan Daerah (BP3D) of Boyolali Regency in preparation of Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD). Research method used descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman intractive models. Validity data testing used triangulation techniques. Based on research results it can be concluded 1) The actions unity have been able to run well; 2) Communication has been going well that was carried out in the form of deliberations, coordination meetings, and Focus Group Discussions; 3) The division of work is very clear and reflects the ability of BP3D Boyolali Regency to work in a structured and planned manner; and 4) Discipline has been going well, this can be seen from the ability to complete the stages of RKPD preparation in accordance with a predetermined time frame.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan prinsip collaborative governance dalam kegiatan alih fungsi lahan eks. Lokalisasi Kedung Banteng Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Ponorogo. Teori yang diterapkan mencapai tujuan penelitian ini adalah teori dari Rosyida, dkk. (2017) yang meliputi: partisipasi, akseptasi, komunikasi, kepercayaan dan prinsip berbagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interaktif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi data (sumber). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat berbagai bentuk collaborative governance dalam pembangunan destinasi agrowisata kedung banteng kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Ponorogo yaitu face to face, trust building dan comitment to process. Prinsip collaborative governance yang terdiri dari partisipasi, akseptasi, komunikasi, kepercayaan dan prinsip berbagi berjalan dengan cukup baik dan maksimal di semua tahapan program.

Abstract

The study purpose was described and analyzed the performance of coaching services to the Prisoners in Rumah Tahanan Kelas I Surakarta. The research type is qualitative descriptive. The data used primary and secondary data. The data collecting techniques were used interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique was used the Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. Data validity testing was used triangulation techniques. Based on the research results can be concluded that 1) 1) Productivity of Rumah Tahanan Kelas I Surakarta in the coacing service is good; 2) The service quality of Rumah Tahanan Kelas I Surakarta is quite good; 3) Responsiveness of Rumah Tahanan Kelas I Surakarta is good; 4) Responsibility of Rumah Tahanan Kelas I Surakarta is good; and 5) Accountability of Rumah Tahanan Kelas I Surakarta is good.

Abstract

This thesis is motivated by the need for construction workers in Ponorogo Regency who must have work competency certificates such as Work Skills Certificate. Based on data from the Public Works, Housing and Settlement Service (PUPKP) of Ponorogo Regency in the past three years there are around 700 construction workers, but there are more than 500 construction workers who are still in the process of obtaining Work Skills Certificate (SKT). This study aims to describe and to analyze the implementation of coaching and empowerment of construction services in the management of the construction workforce at the PUPKP Office of Ponorogo Regency. The theory used to analyze the implementation of development and empowerment of construction services in managing the workforce at the PUPKP Office of Ponorogo Regency uses a model of public policy implementation according to Van Metter and Van Horn. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Research informants using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data used source triangulation. The results of this study were obtained from six indicators of public policy implementation according to Van Metter and Van Horn, showing that it fulfills expectations, where the performance of the construction workers who are fostered can be more skilled, competent and can improve the quality of their work.
