Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melihat dan menganalisan sistem yang sedang berjalan. Permasalahan yang timbul di dunia ini terkadang sering sekali memiliki jawaban yang tidak pasti, logika fuzzy merupakan salah satu metode untuk melakukan analisis sistem yang tidak pasti. penelitian  ini membahas penerapan logika fuzzy dalam menentukan tenaga medis yang berprestasi. Masalah yang diselesaikan adalah cara menentukan Keputusan berprestasi atau tidak berprestasi dalam menentukan tenaga medis berprestasi ada tiga variable yaitu tanggung jawab,pelayanan, dan kinerja dan memiliki output yaitu keputusan. Langkah pertama penyelesaian masalah ini  menggunakan metode Mamdani yaitu menentukan variabel input dan variabel output yang merupakan himpunan tegas, langkah kedua yaitu mengubah variabel input menjadi himpunan fuzzy dengan proses fuzzifikasi, selanjutnya langkah yang ketiga adalah pengolahan data himpunan fuzzy dengan metode minimum. Dan langkah terakhir atau keempat adalah mengubah output menjadi himpunan tegas dengan proses defuzzifikasi dengan metode centroid, sehingga akan diperoleh hasil yang diinginkan pada variabel output. Penyelesaian masalah produksi menggunakan metode Mamdani   menggunakan konstanta atau fungsi matematika dari variabel input, dan pada proses defuzzifikasinya mengunakan metode rata-rata terpusat.

Abstract

Family planning program is also one of duty and responsibility for a doctor or midwife provide the right solution for patient to get step or way in program of activity of family planning. If viewed from the rankings of the number of population density according to CIA World Factbook in 2004, Indonesia occupies the number of population most number 4 in the world with a population of 238,452,952 people. So look at the condition Family planning to aim to have two children enough is an Indonesian government program that has for years on the run. However, the most common obstacle is for the selection of steps to run the program such as Condoms, Birth Control Pills, KB Injections, IUD (Intrauterine Device) and so on. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masalah belum puasnya dalam belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika ITP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap seberapa besar kontribusi pemanfaatan aplikasi learning management system terhadap kepuasan belajar mahasiswa. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 146 orang dan sampel berjumlah 59 orang mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika ITP. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara teknik penarikan Nonprobability Sampling Design yaitu dengan teknik sampling insidental. Sampling incidental adalah teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel bila dipandang orang yang kebetulan ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data. Sedangkan data pemanfaatan aplikasi learning management system, dan kepuasan belajar dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebar kepada mahasiswa dengan menggunakan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa  pemanfaatan aplikasi learning management system berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika ITP sebesar 17,13%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Learning Management System  Berkontribusi terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika ITP.

Abstract

Problems Low activity and creativity of students in learning, a major issue that emerged in subjects Restaurant Service that affect the result of the practice of students.By implementing learning strategies Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) by discussing the type of jigsaw these problems can be solved. Pembelajarn contextual (Contextual Teaching and Learning) is the concept of learning that help teachers link between the material taught with real-world situations students and encourage students to make connections between the knowledge possessed by the application in their lives daily, involving seven major components effective learning, namely: constructivism (constructivism), ask (Questioning), find (Enquiry), learning community (learning community), modeling (modeling), and assessment (Authwntic assessment). Through discussion jigsaw type of problems low ability students to answer questions orally, revealing answers to oral questions, communicate in practice can be overcome. The main advantages jigsaw models for their opportunity to practice in a discussion group that provides a role as experts then explain the information to friends group members. Abstract

Batam is one of the most advanced industrial cities in the western part of Indonesia. The industry in Batam City is divided into heavy industry and light industry. Heavy industry is dominated by shipyard industry, metal industry, steel industry and so on. While the light industry includes the electronics industry, garment industry, plastic industry and so on. Industrial locations in Batam City are scattered in several places that are tailored to the type and yield of the company. One of the health factors that occurred in the city of Batam, namely there are still many children who experience malnutrition. Malnutrition is a body or body that experiences malnutrition for a long time and generally occurs in children, malnutrition in children is caused by a lack of balanced nutritious food intake, besides that it can also be caused by certain diseases that cause disruption of the process digestion of food or disruption of absorption of important nutrients needed by the body. In the world of Bad Nutrition health is called Heavy Protein Energy Malnutrition (MEP), the solution to this problem is using fuzzy logic with the Sugeno method. This method uses constants or mathematical functions from input variables, and in the defuzzification process uses a centralized average method. The output value of malnutrition status is 83.85 which means it is not included in malnutrition status.

Abstract

AbstrakSekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) PGRI Sumatera Barat memiliki 14 program studi S1. Salah satunya adalah Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Setiap tahun jumlah mahasiswa yang lulus mencapai angka ratusan bahkan mencapai ribuan. Maka dari itu Prodi Pendidikan Matematika STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat butuh media mengevaluasi untuk akademik dari mahasiswa lulusan yang dibutuhkan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk menentukan mahasiswa yang lulus tepat waktu. Bertujuan untuk membantu pihak Prodi Pendidikan Matematika Sumatera Barat untuk mengetahui  jumlah kelulusan mahasiswa tepat waktu setiap tahun. Data yang diolah adalah data akademik mahasiswa yang dilihat dari IPK dan Total SKS,  kemudian untuk mengetahui jumlah kelulusan mahasiwa tepat waktu menggunakan metode Data Mining Association Rule dengan algoritma FP-Growth dan juga menggunakan aplikasi WEKA (Weikato Environment Knowledge and Analiysis). Hasil didapatkan bahwa rule terbaik dijadikan patokan untuk mengetahui mahasiswa lulus tepat waktu dengan support 14,8 % dan confidance 93,7 % . hasil support dan confidance terendah diprediksi mahasiswa tidak lulus tepat waktu.Kata Kunci : Tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa; Association Rule; Algoritma FP-Growth ABSTRACTThe College of Teacher Training and Education (STKIP) PGRI West Sumatra has 14 S1 courses. One of them is Mathematics Education Studies Program STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. Every year the number of graduating students reaches hundreds even thousands. Therefore, the Mathematics Education Study Program of STKIP PGRI West Sumatra needs the media to evaluate for the academic of the graduate students needed for consideration to determine the students who pass on time. Aims to help the Mathematics Education Study Program of West Sumatra to find out the number of graduation students on time each year. Processed data is academic data of students viewed from the GPA and Total SKS, then to know the number of students pass on time using Data Mining Association Rule method with FP-Growth algorithm and also using WEKA (Weikato Environment Knowledge and Analiysis) application. The results obtained that the best rule used as a benchmark to know the students graduated on time with support 14.8% and confidence of 93.7%. The lowest support and confidance results predicted that students do not pass on time.Keywords: The Graduation rate of students; Association Rule; FP-Growth Algorithm

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan populasi muslim terbanyak di dunia. Salah satu rukun Islam yang paling penting adalah shalat karena merupakan tiang agama dan  mempunyai pengaruh yang baik bagi kondisi akhlaq manusia. Mengerjakan shalat lebih diutamakan dilaksanakan secara berjama’ah, untuk melaksanakan sholat berjemaah dibutuhkan seorang imam. Pada penelitian ini dibangun sebuah aplikasi yang menerapkan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk pemilihan imam masjid atau musala sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan dalam syariah Islam sehingga dapat mengurangi kekeliruan pengurus masjid/musala dalam perekrutan imam shalat..

Abstract

With e-commerce companies can establish business relationships with business partners or their cuctomers more efficiently, it is because of all the components involved in business processes such as customer service, product or service available, promotion and payment method applied by e-commerce. This encourages the development of internet entrepreneurs to market their products on the internet, as well as Computer Yhel-vie engaged in the sale of computer equipment, the development of product that they have, the more also problems to be addressed, such as stock management, product management, report generation and the slow process of the transaction. Abstract

Mandeh tourism was inaugurated in June 2015 due to its natural beauty and scenery, but there is still a lack of availability of directions and location plans about the attractions of the Mandeh region. The absence of Mapping in the Mandeh area is in print media, often confusing visitors to the Mandeh area due to lack of guidance. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) The model used is the waterfall model. SDLC waterfall model waterfall model, provides sequential software flow sequentially. Based on this, a digital mapping system needs to be made that is easy to use by users and does not require much time in processing its use. Digital mapping system that will be created using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 12.0.0.580 and Xampp 3.2.2.0. In accordance with the title made, which will later produce a mapping system that is effective and efficient and optimizes managers in generating learning.

Abstract

Auryn Computer Store is an effort to sell computers, accessories and office stationery located in Muara Labuh, South Solok Regency, the process of processing data during this time is done manually by employees. System design uses a modeling language using information system analysis (ASI). While the programming language used is Micrososft Visual Studio 2010 by using the Microsoft Access database. Information systems designed using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. Goods data management is built an inventory information system at Auryn Computer store in South Solok Regency with the aim to facilitate the management of goods sales data, goods purchase reports, inventory calculation and inventory reports, all data has been stored in the database properly, so that inventory information systems this is very effective and efficient for providing information.
