Kebutuhan untuk sistem informasi merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting untuk menjalankan proses bisnis. Sebagai perkembangan teknologi sangat diperlukan ketika teknologi informasi benar-benar mendukung sistem informasi formulir yang diperlukan. Metode Kano dapat digunakan untuk menentukan kebutuhan sistem informasi pasien. Dengan proses metode Kano digunakan didasarkan pada kebutuhan untuk sistem informasi. karena metode ini bertujuan untuk mengatagorikan kano perlu atribut sistem informasi. ketidaktahuan atribut layanan dapat menyebabkan negatif untuk layanan perusahaan. Advances in information technology provides much convenience for human life, but even this progress simultaneously cause a variety of problems that are not easy to find a way out. One of the problems arising from the development of information technology, namely the birth of crimes that refers to activities undertaken in the virtual world using a computer or computer network technology, known as cybercrime (cybercrime). Crime cybercrime common daily life such Decency, Gambling, humiliation or defamation, extortion or threatening, Spreading false news, Abuse, Hacker, Cracker, falsification of data, due to internet users, or lack of awareness about the Law Number 11 Year 2008 Information and Electronic Transaction applicable. Therefore, this study aims to develop an expert system using programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database-based web using a forward chaining method to make it easier, knowing, and assist in taking an answer or conclusion of cases and sanctions crime cyberspace (cybercrime) based on Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions applicable.

Penulisan ini menjelaskan tentang pembuatan aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit demensia,dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Micrososft Visual Basic Studio 2008, serta database yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Sistem pakar ini dapat mengidentifikasi permasalahan user seputar permasalahan penyakit demensia. Penggunaannya mirip dengan konsultasi. Untuk memperoleh kesimpulan digunakan pelacakan dengan metoda forward chaining (pelacakan maju).Kesimpulan didapat dari jawaban atas berbagai pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada user. Selain itu user juga dapat memperoleh solusi serta tips seputar penyakit demensia, tips pemeliharaan kesehatan otak. Hal ini user ketahui saat user mengoperasikan sistem ini. Dengan menggunakan sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit demensia ini, diharapkan user dapat mengatasi sendiri permasalahan penyakit pada dirinya, tanpa menunggu seorang pakar atau Dokter sungguhan untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahannya. Riau Islands Mall under the management of PT Citra Buana Initiative is one of the shopping centers in Batam. Riau Islands Mall covers a total area of 65,000 square meters of retail space, and consists of 4 floors, Riau Islands Mall also provides a shop around the area and a kiosk inside the free rent. Currently Kepri Mall also offers / kiosk that can be used for business products and services. However, Riau Islands Mall are still having difficulties in determining the location of the kiosk best for tenants due to the determination / selection kiosk location still rely on manual way so that they are less accurate, because the stall tenant who often move the location of the kiosk business premises due to feel the position of the location of the kiosk is not suitable / suited to the type of business. The problems that arise in this world sometimes often has no definite answer, fuzzy logic is one method to analyze the system is uncertain. This thesis discusses the application of fuzzy logic on solving the problem of determining the best location in kepri mall kiosk using Sugeno method. The problem is solved by determining the best kiosk location by using three variables as input data, ie: price = 180, position = 7.5, and the size = 14. And the results output from the manual count of 0.85 results in defuzzification obtain and use apps matlab obtained results of 0.86, the results do show the location of the best stall Exactly.Keyword : Determining the best kiosk location , Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Sugeno

The complicated to determine total of product will be production with stock, make the process of decision be slowly. The purpose of this research for implementated fuzzy logic Mamdani method for determine the total of production basis on the total of stock and the total of request at OSI Electronics Batam, Corp and description of accuracy level. The first process analyze the corporation data with total 12 data start from January – December 2015. The data will be processed using MATLAB application with first step is fuzzyfication defene the membership function. There are 2 information as fuzzy input request and stock and will be processed using triangle and trapezoid membership function. Next step is implicated all rules and this research using 26 rules, rule compositions and the last step is defuzzyfication using bisector method. The accuracy using fuzzy logic that was built were 91,67% and error 9,37%.

Abstract The paper is based on research results on Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia where its scope in Payakumbuh city of West Sumatra Province. A survey conducted in 2014 until early 2015 in some units of small and medium enterprises in the city Pakumbuh include traditional food business; crackers, Sanjai and rendang. The business is still run by the traditional and still do not have an integrated information system that is adequate and do not have a database that is useless for mapping potential areas of culinary tourism, business development to the continued efforts of government assistance. The system will be built to collect all data about them in the Enterprise Information System Crackers, Sanjai and Rendang (Siwanpekerja). Data were analyzed with a system of SDLC (System Development Life cicle) that encapsulates the actors involved in this project. The Actors are ; User system from a cottage industry entrepreneurs, Sellers, Buyers and Governments are summarized in an integrated information system that Payakumbuh has the most complete database in the development of culinary tourism in Indonesia. The results obtained in this study is in the form of an information system "Siwanpekerja" to accommodate the actors to belong in a database so Payakumbuh government and the Small and Medium businesses benefit greatl. Pemeliharaan peralatan dan mesin kantor merupakan kegiatan rutin Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tanah Datar dalam usaha meningkatkan kemampuan kerja dan memperpanjang usia pakai peralatan dan mesin. Administrasi pencatatan data keadaan, pembiayaan, dan pelaporan masih dilakukan secara manual. Munculnya teknologi Sistem Informasi telah merubah manajemen pelayanan pemeliharaan. Banyak informasi pemeliharaan Peralatan dan Mesin Kantor yang tersedia pada Sistem Informasi ini diantarnya: riwayat pememeliharaan, rekam biaya pemeliharaan danpelacakan informasi yang relevan seperti penyebab masalah hal ini semua membantu manajemen menjadi efisien. Sistem Informasi Pemeliharaan dibangun denganVisual C Sharp dan menggunakan database MySQL. Pegawai yang terlatih mengoperasikan Sistem Informasi ini tentu dapat menggunakan semua fitur yang ada dengan demikian ketersediaan akan informasi pemeliharaan Peralatan dan Mesin Kantor dapat tersimpan dengan lengkap diantaranyariwayat pemeliharaan tentang: tanggal kejadian, kerusakan, spare spart yang diganti, lama waktu perawatan dan biaya yang ditimbulkan. Selain itu Sistem juga memberikan informasi frekuensi pemeliharaan peralatan dan mesin kantor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat media pembelajaran mpada mata kuliah rangkaian listrik dan digital menggunakan macromedia flash 8.0. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan produk. Hasil pengembangan produk direncanakan menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini diambil dari masiswa PTIK Semseter II. Hal ini dikarenakan, seluruh subjek penelitian terlibat langsung dalam pembelajaran yang berlangsung.Media Pembelajaran ini dibuat berdasarkan dari hasil evaluasi pembelajaran semester II Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 prodi PTIK pada akhir pembelajaran ditemukan nilai yang kurang memusakan. Dikhawatirkan akan terjadi kembali pada semester II Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 pada prodi PTIK Unived Bengkulu. Hal ini dikarenakan Masih ada minat belajar mahasiswa yang rendah dan minat dalam memahamami materi yang kurang cepat atau lambat. Langkah-langkah yang dilaakukan dalam pembuatan media ini adalah: menyiapkan software yang dibutuhkan, merancang atau mendesain tampilan yang akan dibuat, menyiapkan data dan bahan ajar, melakukan penerapan pada macromedia flash 8.0. dan melakukan uji coba.
