Abstract

The core point of human relations has been hospility, respect, emphaty and honesty. Human relations may be implemented as a wide range of human interactions including business, government, school and other social institutions. Human relation has been a way by which a manager encourage staffs to work together with such productive maneuvers to produce a symbiotic complementary. This approach is necessary for a manager in an attempt to orient staffs in achieving corporate goals. This will certeaintly lead to overall success of both individuals and corporate.

Abstract

Beberapa penelitian kriminalitas remaja menyebutkan bahwa pelaku kejahatan kekerasan yang masih berusia anak-anak  banyak yang berasal dari rumah yang tidak harmonis, anak-anak dari latar belakang sosial-ekonomi rendah, anak-anak dengan akses senjata tanpa pengawasan yang cukup, anak-anak yang pernah mengalami kekerasan dan pengabaian, serta anak yang menggunakan atau menyalahgunakan zat adiksi terlarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dinamika psikologis narapidana anak pelaku pembunuhan. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2 anak laki-laki narapidana pelaku pembunuhan, pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Karakterstik informan sebagai berikut : a) Seorang narapidana anak, b) laki-laki, c) Berusia antara 8-18 tahun, d) Belum menikah, e) Berada dalam pembinaan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Anak di Kutoarjo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek psikologis yang mempengaruhi anak di bawah umur melakukan pembunuhan di antaranya kecemasan, kecenderungan gangguan patologis, frustasi, tertekan, konflik dan balas dendam. Adapun faktor eskternal yang mempengaruhi anak di bawah umur melakukan pembunuhan adalah kondisi keluarga yang tidak harmonis, pengaruh teman sebaya, dan diperberat oleh alkohol serta teradiksi judi online. Aspek psikologis dan faktor eksternal yang melatarbelakangi anak melakukan pembunuhan memiliki hubungan korelasional.

Abstract

Compatibility Metarhizium anisopliae (Metschn.) Sorokin with entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema sp. Metarhizium anisopliae (Metschn.) Sorokin and entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema sp. can be used as biological control of insect pests. The objective of this research was to identify compatibility between fungus M. anisopliae with entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema sp. This research was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and repeated 5 times. The treatment used was M. anisopliae isolates Jombang 1 with Steinernema sp. (M1), M. anisopliae Jombang 2 with Steinernema sp. (M2), M. anisopliae isolates Kediri with Steinernema sp. (M3), M. anisopliae isolates Bondowoso with Steinernema sp. (M4), and M. anisopliae isolates Banyuwangi with Steinernema sp. (M5). Based on this research result, compatibility between the fungus M. anisopliae with entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema sp. was antagonistic. This occurs due to the symbiotic bacteria Xenorhabdus sp. that produced compounds antimycotic and capable to inhibit the growth of fungus M. anisopliae.

Abstract

Hajj is one of the most complex worship services. Not only does it requirepsychic and physical strengths, but it also requires comprehensive and consistentunderstanding and experience. Many changes in self occur in the congregationwhen the pilgrimage. This is the purpose of this research, which is to find out thetransformation of the hajj pilgrims’ self-concept before and after the Hajj. Byusing a qualitative method of the phenomenological perspective, the results ofthis research indicate that there are several self-concepts of pilgrims, including:prospective hajj pilgrims are not good at reciting, hajj candidates are less closeto the Khaliq, and hajj candidates have less concern for others. In addition,there is a self-concept of pilgrims after Hajj. There is a transformation of self-image with a “new status” as a hajj mabrur as a way to make oneself deserve tobe called Hajj with frequent prayers in congregation in the mosque and caringfor others

Abstract

Hoax or false information is a problem and one of the impacts of the unwise use of social media. The spread of hoaxes on social media can potentially break the unity and trigger religious conflict. In response to these problems, West Java Saber Hoaks was formed to suppress and prevent the spread of hoaxes on social media. The purpose of this study is to reveal: (1) Jabar Saber Hoaks' efforts in preventing hoaxes; and (2) literacy of social media da'wah by Jabar Saber Hoaks. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Based on the study results, the following findings were obtained: (1) There were four efforts made by West Java Saber Hoaks to prevent hoaxes, namely opening a complaint service and monitoring content that has the potential to be a hoax, clarifying information, and providing literacy. (2) Social media da'wah literacy by West Java Saber Hoaks is carried out using preventive measures and information verification. From the results of this study, there are significant and recommendations, namely: (1) There is a need for mainstreaming social media literacy. (2) There is a need for preventive da'wah efforts on social media to ward off hoax information.Hoaks atau false information merupakan problematika dan salah satu dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penggunaan media sosial yang kurang bijak. Penyebaran hoaks di media sosial dapat berpotensi memecah persatuan dan memicu konflik keagamaan. Menyikapi persmasalahan tersebut, Jabar Saber Hoaks dibentuk untuk menekan dan menangkal penyebaran hoaks di media sosial. Tujuan dari studi ini ialah untuk mengungkap: (1) Upaya Jabar Saber Hoaks dalam menangkal hoaks; dan (2) Literasi dakwah media sosial oleh Jabar Saber Hoaks. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil studi, didapatkan temuan berikut: (1) Ada empat upaya yang dilakukan Jabar Saber Hoaks dalam menangkal hoaks, yaitu membuka layanan aduan, memantau konten yang beprotensi hoaks, mengklarifikasi informasi dan memberikan literasi. (2) Literasi dakwah media sosial oleh Jabar Saber Hoaks dilakukan dengan cara upaya preventif dan verifikasi informasi. Dari hasil studi ini ada signifikasi dan rekomendasi, yaitu: (1) Perlu adanya mainstreaming literasi media sosial. (2) Perlu adanya uapaya dakwah preventif di media sosial untuk menangkal informasi hoaks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan tentang Strategi Membangun Citra Melalui Program Edu Wisata Batik, yang terdiri dari tiga rangkaian kegiatan yang menjadi strategi membangun citra perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Membangun Citra yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Batik Komar adalah melalui program Edu Wisata Batik yang terbagi menjadi tiga rangkaian kegiatan. Yang pertama, pengenalan identitas perusahaan, yang mana Public RelationsOfficer Rumah Batik Komar menjelaskan sejarah singkat, visi misi, struktur organisasi, sumber daya manusia, dan prestasi yang pernah diraih. Kegiatan pengenalan identitas perusahaan ini dapat dikategorikan menjadi pengenalan identitas fisik dan pengenalan identitas non-fisik. Kedua, kegiatan edukasi sebagai upaya dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai falsafah batik dan melatih kesabaran melalui pelatihan membatik. Ketiga, kegiatan wisata yang terdiri dari tour ke tempat produksi dan tour showroom Rumah Batik Komar. Strategi Membangun Citra Melalui Program Edu Wisata Batik ini dirasakan cukup efektif dalam mengenalkan perusahaan kepada masyarakat, sehingga cukup efektif dalam membangun citra Rumah Batik Komar. This research aims to find out and describe about strategy to build its image Through Edu Wisata Batik. This research uses a paradigm of Constructivism. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The methods used in this research is a case study method. This study raised the uniqueness of the program a different company with other companies. On the research of it only exposes the social symptoms of an existing course. The results of this research show that the strategy of building up the image of Batik Home performed by Komar is through Edu Wisata Batik is divided into three series of activities. First, the introduction of corporate identity, which is the Public Relations Officer of Rumah Batik Komar describes a brief history, vision and mission, organizational structure, human resources, and achievement ever earned. This corporate identity introduction activities can be categorized into the introduction of the identity of physical and non-physical identity recognition. Second, educational activities as an effort in instilling the values the philosophy of batik and batik training through patience to train. Third, the tourism activity consists of production to the place of the tour and tour the showroom Rumah Batik Komar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi marketing public relations (MPR) Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) Rumah Zakat (RZ). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. LAZ RZ Pusat yang berlokasi di Bandung merupakan representasi dari LAZ RZ di Indonesia yang dipilih sebagai tempat penelitan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa sasaran strategi marketing public relations kebanyakan berasal dari muslim kalangan middle class yang terbagi menjadi empat tipe: apathis, rationalist, conformist dan universalist. Adapun strategi marketing public relations LAZ RZ dalam menarik minat donatur terdiri atas kegiatan publikasi dan publisitas melalui media cetak, media internet, kegiatan layanan masyarakat, dan pengadaan acara khusus. The purpose of this study is to know the strategy of Marketing Public Relations (MPR) Zakat Management Agency (LAZ) Rumah Zakat (RZ). This research is a qualitative research with case study method. The Headquarter of LAZ RZ located in Bandung is a representation of LAZ RZ in Indonesia as a research place. The results explain that the target marketing public relations strategy mostly comes from middle class Muslims who are divided into four types: apathis, rationalist, conformist and universalist. The public relations marketing strategy LAZ RZ in attracting donors consists of publishing and publicity activities through print media, internet media, community service activities, and special events.

Abstract

Background this study was the importance of the external Public is a major factor which is important, obviously, is progressing and the withdrawal of a company specified by the customer or the public. The pattern of partnerships in Forestry Department started since year 2001 based on the decision letter of the Board of Trustees Perhutani No. 136 of the year 2001 of a joint forest management community. The investor is the most important external public because investors became the biggest revenue or income for the Perhutani. The methods used in this research is qualitative research methods with the design of the study cases. Because the purpose of this research is to understand the object examined in depth, outlines, describe and interpret comprehensively about various aspects of individuals that represent a company are in the scope of the problems examined. The concept used in this study is Ekternal Relations and Investor Relations how the Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten in serving the interests of a wide range of External public groups especially in working together manage forest products or make use of the empty forest land. Therefore, public relations plays an important role in living a good relationship between the company with investors. This research aims to find out how to program Publicist in fostering good relations with the Public, especially in External relations well with investors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara praktisi Humas Polda Jabar dalam menentukan tema atau judul sosialisasi, cara mengemas informasi dan mengetahui keberhasilan kegiatan sosialisasi yang akan disampaikan kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan program “Corong Kita”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan sumber data yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil wawancara informan dan dokumentasi berupa foto. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori belajar konstruktivistik yang berhubungan dengan tahapan operasional humas. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa (1) kegiatan sosialisasi memerlukan pembuatan informasi yang sesuai dengan berdasarkan fakta dilapangan melalui kasus yang marak terjadi dan pengembangan kasus dengan menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat umum (2) Pengemasan informasi disusun berdasarkan situasi dan kondisi masyarakat juga menggunakan laporan dari divisi satuan kerja kepolisian Polda Jabar (3) keberhasilan kegiatan sosialisasi mengacu kepada nilai dari evaluasi kemudian respon masyarakat serta laporan polres dan diakhiri dengan ditujukannya laporan kepada Kapolda Jabar. Kata Kunci : Sosialisasi, Humas Pemerintah, Media Massa ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the West Java Regional Police Public Relations practitioner determines the theme or title of the socialization, how to package information and determine the success of the socialization activities that will be conveyed to the public through the "Funnel Kita" program. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using a qualitative approach and data sources used are based on the results of informant interviews and documentation in the form of photos. The theory used is a constructivist learning theory related to the operational stages of public relations. The results and discussion of this study explain that (1) socialization activities require the production of appropriate information based on facts in the field through cases that are occurring and developing cases using language that is easily understood by the general public (2) Information packaging is prepared based on the situation and condition of the community as well. using reports from the West Java Police work unit division (3) the success of socialization activities refers to the value of the evaluation then the public response and the police report and ends with the reporting of the West Java Police Chief.
