Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the empowerment and performance assessment of Sukarame Baru urban village employees in improving community services during the covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted directly in the Sukarame Baru urban village using observation and interview methods. Based on the results of the research conducted, there are conclusions that: (1) To carry out online community services during the covid 19 pandemic, it is necessary to be supported by adequate human resources, facilities and infrastructure and office facilities. (2) There are employees who are always ready to provide services to the community. (3) There are still delays in completing work (4) There are still employees who lack discipline when entering and leaving the office.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Employee Competency Development in the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Lampung Regency, which aims to find out and analyze employee competency development and what factors hinder the development of employee competencies in the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Lampung Regency. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique. The main instrument is a researcher who is supported by the results of interviews. The research informants consisted of 10 employees of the Regional Secretariat of South Lampung Regency and the Secretary of the Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency of South Lampung Regency. The results showed that the implementation of employee competency development through formal education and training was not optimal due to a lack of budget and limited opportunities for employee competency development. Based on the results of the study, the researchers provide implications for the South Lampung Regency Government that there is a need for education and training to improve employee competence in the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Lampung Regency by providing study assignments and including employees in structural training and technical training. Then, additional budgets and quotas for attending education and training must be added so that there are more opportunities for employees in the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Lampung Regency to develop competencies.

Abstract

The formulation of the problems in this study are: (1) How is the quality of slaughter services service quality in West Lampung Regency Slaughterhouse (RPH), (2) What are the aspects thataspects that hinder the implementation of the Quality of Slaughterhouse Services in West Lampung Regency West Lampung Regency. The research method used in this research is to use qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the Quality of Slaughterhouse Services in West Lampung Regency Slaughterhouse (RPH), through aspects, (1) Reliability, (2) Responsiveness, (3) Certainty, (4) Empathy, (5) Tangible, has been implemented by the apparatus, and carry out according to tupoksi. Aspects that hinder the quality of slaughterhouse services in West Lampung Regency, namely (1) Not yet fully created Publik awareness; (2) Lack of animal transport vehicle facilities; (3) Lack of socialization by the government, so that people who are busy with work do not know the benefits and procedures for using the West Lampung Regency Slaughterhouse (RPHKUALITAS PELAYANAN PEMOTONGAN HEWAN PADA RUMAH POTONG HEWAN KABUPATEN LAMPUNG BARAT

Abstract

Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Pada Klinik Global Medika Kota Metro. (2) Hal-hal apa yang mendukung dan menghambat kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pada Klinik Global Medika Kota Metro. (3) Upaya apa yang harus dilakukan oleh Klinik Global Medika dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penggunaan metode ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Kualitas Pelayanan Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Pasien Pada Klinik Global Medika Kota Metro, mengkaji secara kualitatif, bagaimana Seluruh data diperoleh langsung dari informan dilapangan dengan menggunakan wawancara dan Studi dokumen.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Layanan Kesehatan Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Pasien Pada Klinik Global Medika, sudah berjalan dengan baik, Pihak Klinik Global Medika sudah menerapkan peraturan yang ada dengan memberi pelayanan sesuai jenis penyakit kepada masyarakat yang berobat ke Klinik Global Medika. (2) Aspek-aspek yang menghambat mendukung, pada aspek penghambat yaitu dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik pada Klinik Global Medika yaitu: Kurangnya petugas baik dalam loket pendaftaran maupun yang melayani obat yang mengakibatkan tertumpunya pasien yang akan berobat. Sedangkan aspek pendukung yaitu, Tersedianya dokter dan obat yang relatif cukup untuk menangani pasien yang berobat pada Klinik Global Medika, sehingga pasien merasa puas dengan pelayanan tersebut. (3) Upaya yang telah dilakukan, yaitu, memberikan kesempatan kepada pada pegawai untuk melanjutkan pendidikan baik pendidikan formal maupun pelatihan, seperti misalnya memberikan ijin kepada pegawai untuk melanjutkan pendidikan S1, bagi pegawai yang masih tamat SMA dan memberikan kesempatan kepada para perawat yang masih mempunyai pendidikan D3 untuk lanjut kependidikan kedokteran ataupun jurusan sarjana kesehatan masyaraka

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Socialization of Protocol in the Implementation of Duties, Principles and Functions of Employees in the Protocol section of Lampung Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research is a study whose main purpose is to describe or explain a situation and conditions that actually occur. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The sources and types of data used in this research are primary data, which are obtained directly from the field, and secondary data obtained from books, journal articles, and the internet. The results of the research Socialisation in the Implementation of Main Duties and Functions in the Protocol Section of Lampung Province are still not going well, the socialitator has not projected itself to the recipient of socialisation, the message conveyed has been conveyed well, the media used is quite adequate, as the recipient of socialization is sometimes not optimal, the effect or impact of this socialization flow is less clear. What aspects hinder Socialisation in the Implementation of Main Duties and Functions in the Lampung Province Protocol Section, namely between superiors and subordinates, can cause obstacles at any time. This is because leaders and staff are still unable to absorb what is each's responsibility.

Abstract

Aim of research is to examine (1) effect of motivation on employee performance in R&D agency in Bandung, (2) effect of work discipline on employee performance in R&D agency in Bandung, and (3) combined effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance in R&D agency in Bandung. Quantitative methods are used in this research. The subjects of this study were 50 employees of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of the Regency of Bandung. Data was collected by means of questionnaires and analysis was done by means of different linear techniques. The results of this study are (1) if calculation result of t count 7.745> t table value 2.012, Ha is accepted, (2) if calculation result of t count 8.050> t table value 2.2012, Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that work discipline affects the performance of employees and (3) from the hypothesis test where Sig F is obtained at 0.000 <0.05 with F count (65.895) > F table (3.196), then Ha is accepted. To conclude, motivation and work discipline together affect employee performance in Bandung Regency

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) Is there an influence of discipline on service quality at the Regional Secretariat of Majalengka Regency, (2) Is there an influence of work skills on service quality at the Regional Secretariat of Majalengka Regency, (3) Is there an influence of discipline and work skills on service quality at the Regional Secretariat of Majalengka Regency. The research method used in this research is the survey method. Through the census, it is intended that all populations are also sampled because the population is limited and allows researchers to examine all populations using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. explore factors that cannot be revealed in the questionnaire. As a result, discipline and work skills have a significant influence on quality, while attendance has a significant influence, and work skills have a significant influence. Then, based on the results of the study, it shows that the discipline variable has a greater influence on service quality at the Regional Secretariat of Majalengka Regency than the work ability variable. Thus, both discipline and work skills have an influence on service quality at the Regional Secretariat of Majalengka Regency
