Abstract

Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) adalah kompensasi yang diberikan pemerintah kepada keluarga fakir miskin agar mereka dapat meningkatkan taraf kesejahteraan sosialnya guna mengurangi beban ekonomi yang semakin menekan kehidupan mereka, sebagai akibat naiknya harga BBM yang membawa dampak naiknya harga kebutuhan pokok. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya kasus yang menyatakan bahwa penyaluran BLT tidak tepat sasaran, ada BLT yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat tidak mampu secara ekonomi namun terkadang masih ada masyarakat kaya yang juga menerimanya khususnya di Desa Bulang, Kecamatan Prambon, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hal tersebut menyulitkan pihak penyeleksi dalam mengadakan penyeleksian calon penerima dana BLT. Untuk itu dibuat sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan penerima BLT dengan menggunakan metode WEIGHTED PRODUCT MODEL (WPM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan usulan untuk prioritas penerima BLT agar tepat sasaran dan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode WPM, maka dapat dihasilkan suatu alternatif pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan penerima BLT yang efektif yang dapat menyaring 40% masyarakat yang seharusnya tidak mendapatkan BLT.

Abstract

Aplikasi pemesanan fasilitas rumah sakit merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan para pasien untuk proses pemesanan fasilitas yang disediakan oleh pihak rumah sakit. Dalam aplikasi terdapat beberapa fitur yang dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mendapatkan kemudahan tanpa harus mendatangi pihak rumah sakit dalam proses pemesanan. Proses perancangan web administrator dan Aplikasi menggunakan Mekanisme MVC yang merupakan system pengembangan aplikasi yang terpisah, Komponen utama berbasis itu yang membangun aplikasi seperti manipulasi data (Model), user interface (View), dan bagian kontrol (Controller) dalam aplikasi web. Implementasi MVC (Model View Controller) dengan CodeIgniter Framework, membuat system pada aplikasi menjadi lebih mudah untuk dikembangkan oleh pengembang berikutnya. Pembuatan Aplikasi pada smartphone dibuat dengan menggunakan Ionic Framework dengan dasar PHP, JavaScript Framework AngularJS, dan Node.js. Setelah melalui proses pengujian yang telah dilakukan, aplikasi yang dibuat menampilkan informasi berupa jadwal poliklinik serta nama dokter, melakukan pemesanan pada poliklinik yang disediakan pihak rumah sakit, pemesanan kamar untuk rawat inap, serta mengetahui jumlah tagihan yang harus dibayarkan, hingga fitur komunikasi dengan pihak rumah sakit untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada pengguna aplikasi menunjukkan kepuasan sebesar 80,13 %.

Abstract

Hard disk is a popular storage media used by users because its characteristics are durable and easy to use. Even though it has come out of a new storage device such as Solid-State Drive (SSD), hard drives are still more popular in usability because of their ergonomic factors. Like other devices, hard disks are also vulnerable to damage caused by various factors. Proper handling of the damage must be based on valid knowledge and can be accessed easily. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system of repair tutors specifically dealing with damage, especially hard disk devices as a user decision-making tool in the process of repairing these devices utilizing artificial intelligence. The decision-making strategy used uses the certainty factor method based on certainty. After going through the equivalence partitioning testing process, in general this system produces a total percentage of 100% on the success of the system item test in the testing process of the 25 items tested. Thus, the system is running according to the design of the prototype.

Abstract

The children have been introduced to English during they were in kindergarten. There are several ways that teachers can do with the students such as singing, drawing using media and doing some questions and answer. Language is the main tool for communicating in human life, both individually and social collectively. Student's language in the 4-6 years old is still not maximal, so parents and teachers play an important role in helping students to interact. Kindergarten students have started to be introduced to basic English, according to EPI (English Proficiency Index,) Indonesia is still ranked 51st out of 88 countries in the world in 2018. And it included in the low skill group. The way of learning is still using props as learning media. Therefore, technology is needed to help kindergarten students in learning basic English using 3D objects for their material. Based on the analysis of observations to kindergarten students was obtained an increase of 32.74%. In the analysis of the black box test results, it was found that all functions in the application can run smoothly according to the expected of the results. Furthermore, as the results of the analysis of interviews with kindergarten teacher stated that the game for the introduction of basic English is very helpful for the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Clinic Charisma Skin Care provides consultation and treatment services where treatment is obtained after conducting a consultation process. The Charisma Skin Care Clinic provides free and public consultation services so that many people are interested in taking treatment. The existence of this free consultation causes treatment time to decrease due to the large number of queues. For this reason, we need a system that can speed up the consultation process. Expert System for determining the type of facial treatment based on skin type is built to help the Charisma Skin Care Clinic in conducting effective and efficient consultations. This system uses the Forward Chaining method which is a data search method that starts with the premises and produces a final conclusion. This system begins by selecting risk factors and types of symptoms and then produces skin type, skin abnormalities, treatment and serum. To build this expert system application in the design process using Ms Visio, the PHP programming language uses Notepad ++ as a text editor and uses the MySQL database with Xampp software. The results of this study are the application of expert systems to determine the type of facial skin care based on this type of skin produces the final results in the form of recommendations for treatment and serum. The advantage of this Expert System Application is that it makes it easier for patients to determine the type of treatment and serum, and can speed up the consultation process and patients can find out how much it costs to do the type of treatment and serum.

Abstract

One technique in computer graphics that handles irregular objects with small size and is very large in number is a particle system. Particle systems are not only used to create fantasy effects but are also used to carry out simulations such as explosion simulations. One function of a particle system is to create a flame effect. The main variables for creating fire effects include start-delay, lifetime, speed, size, rotation, max-particle, emission-rate, shape-style, shape-angle, and shape-radius. Creating a flame effect that is influenced by wind factors on a moving object can be done by changing two parameters on the particle system, namely size and speed.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country prone to natural disasters. Because Indonesia is a maritime country and its geographical area is Mount Merapi. In order to reduce victims of natural disasters or other disasters, we conducted research related to predictions of victims of natural disasters. The purpose of this study is to help the team or related parties in preparing themselves to deal with the victims of a growing natural disaster. The algorithm used in predicting victims of natural disasters is backpropagation. The data used in this study is the DIBI dataset taken from the Google dataset. The predicted impact was 5128 lines, 524 missing victims, 2653 injured, 941 lines dead. Each dataset with each category of disaster impacts, missing victims, injured victims, and death victims was made of 2 input variables. Input variables from each category are district code, and year and the output variable is the number of disaster victims. Neural network structure and architecture of this study, namely 2 input layer nodes, 2 hidden layer nodes, and 1 output layer node. From the architecture, training and testing were carried out, where the results of testing disaster impact data were 110 lines of MSE value of 0.0371, testing results of wounded victims data as much as 53 lines of MSE value of 0.0256, results of testing of missing victims as much as the 24 lines of the MSE value are 0.041, and the results of testing of the dead are 41 lines of the MSE value of 0.029.

Abstract

Kebiasaan ibu rumah tangga tangga untuk mengetahui citarasa masakannya adalah dengan mencicipinya baik makan baru dimasak ataupun makan yang telah lama lebih dari 1 hari mencoba dengan menggunakan lidah adalah cara tradisional dilakukan,menggunakan lidah atau dengan mencium makanan cara dilakukan selama ini untuk mengetahui kualitas makanan sangatlah penting mempengaruhi kondisi makanan apakah masih layak dikonsumsi atau tidak mengkonsumsi. Makanan yang sudah mengadung bakteri adalah makanan tidak memenuhi standar keamanan, mutu dan gizi akan memberi efek negatif pada tubuh. Oleh karena itu, perlu seleksi terhadap makanan sebelum dikonsumsi agar terhindar dari makanan yang membahayakan kesehatan. Pada dasarnya makanan tidak dapat disimpan lama, terutama yang mengandung kadar air tinggi, Banyak orang yang tidak menyadari makanan yang dikonsumsi sudah basi/tidak layak untuk dimakan. Derajat keasaman adalah suatu cara atau metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sifat asam atau basa suatu larutan dengan menggunakan pengukuran pH. pH atau derajat keasaman digunakan untuk menyatakan tingkat keasaman (atau kebasaan yang dimiliki oleh suatu larutan. Yang dimaksudkan “keasaman” di sini adalah konsentrasi ion hidrogen (H+) dalam pelarut air. Nilai pH berkisar dari 0 hingga 14. Suatu larutan dikatakan netral apabila memiliki nilai di atas ambang tidak wajar yang sudah ditentukan oleh BPPOM, mikrokontroler terobosan teknologi untuk membantu memecahkan masalah untuk menentukan kelayakan kadar asam/basi makan baik atau tidak layak.

Abstract

The current ease of internet access and convenience in developing website E-commerce is a great alternative for business through The internet. Online clothing stores are one type of E-commerce business that has sprung up in the internet world today. The application of E-commerce in this business can handle the trading process which consists of the order, purchase, payment, and shipping process. Order customization of ordered goods is also one of the added values ​​that can be offered to prospective customers. The existence of a module called the Custom Design Lab can be a solution to this condition. This module in its implementation will be integrated with the existing E-commerce system so that the existing trading process also applies to the preorder system. The development of this E-commerce website uses the PyroCMS framework as a basic application by configuring several modules. The main focus of this research is to produce an E-commerce site that has represented the online business process in general and also has a Custom Design Lab feature for product order customization.

Abstract

The selection of exemplary teachers is done every semester, which is done six months to determine who deserves to be an exemplary teacher. In this case the teacher's assessment is exemplary by the teachers and leaders. schools do not have methods that can deal with priority issues with work ethic criteria, objectives, scholarship, inclusive attitudes, communication is the benchmark in selecting model teachers. In addition, schools also often have difficulty in selecting exemplary teachers to be assessed. this becomes a flaw to determine whether or not the teacher is selected as an exemplary teacher. Therefore it is necessary to test the results of these methods to see the strength of the relationship of the results obtained with the ranking of decisions made. the stronger the relationship will certainly be better. This can be seen from the calculation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which is the Hierarchy Consistency Ratio (CRH) in the selection of model teachers in Ceger State Elementary School 02 in the morning of East Jakarta, obtained a value> 0.1 which is = 0.02553225 which means the calculation results can be declared correct .
