Abstract

One of the tourist attractions in South Kalimantan Province is the existence of a variety of typical cakes or often referred to as Wadai Banjar. Wadai Banjar has various types and usually, visitors will have culinary delights, so through an application called AR-WadaiBanjar based on Augmented Reality (AR) technology that has been built, it is recommended to introduce various types of Wadai Banjar such as names, prices, seller shop recommendations, along with the recipe for making the Wadai Banjar. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the user experience of the AR-WadaiBanjar application that has been used by users. The method used is UX Honeycomb, which has seven aspects to assess the user experience of an application. A total of 100 users who were respondents were presented to assess the user experience of the application. The results showed that the AR-WadaiBanjar application had an average Honeycomb UX value of 4.49 with the predicate Agree. This means that the AR-WadaiBanjar application has met the user experience aspect in the Good category. However, some improvements are needed for the shortcomings of the application by improving the type of text in the user interface, the need for a map to indicate the location of the cake shop, improving the user experience, and other smart capabilities.

Abstract

The standardization of IT implementation in modern companies, including hotels is the impact of the deployment of IT sustainability. This study aims to analyze the maturity level of IT service management or ITSM at Hotel Santika Premiere Palembang using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V.3 framework. The population in this study were all employees and the samples are 29 respondents obtained from RACI mapping. Gap analysis is used to determine the value of the gap between actual conditions and ideal conditions in 28 sub domains of the ITIL V3 process. Based on the overall analysis and assessment process, the maturity level of IT service management is 2.79. Overall IT service management maturity level is at level 3 (defined), i.e. each process in the ITIL V.3 sub domain has been defined but in its application there are still many shortcomings such as lack of documentation and reporting, no clear measurement of the quality of IT service management, and no IT service strategies that are aligned with the company's business objectives. Recommendations are compiled based on the subdomain with the highest gap value so that improvements can be made immediately to reduce the gap and meet the expected condition.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 8 Sampit is a school located on Jalan Jendral Sudirman Km.6.5, Pasir Putih Village, Mentawa Baru District, Ketapang. One of the benefits of technology used by the school is as a medium for school promotion and in the New Student Admission (PPDB) process. Currently, media promotion at SMP Negeri 8 Sampit is still being carried out through written media such as brochures, banners or bulletin boards. Dissemination of information conventionally has limited reach and time in disseminating information. While the PPDB process is carried out by recording the data of prospective students on paper and then the data is processed using Microsoft Excel. This has an impact on data processing for the announcement of the acceptance of the selection results which takes a long time. In addition, the accumulation of physical files is prone to damage. In this study, a school website was created using the User Centered Design (UCD) method and evaluated by blackbox. The existence of this website has answered the research objectives, namely making it easier for schools to disseminate information to the wider community and making it easier for the committee to manage PPDB files quickly and efficiently. System evaluation carried out using blackbox resulted in website functions being appropriate and running well when used.

Abstract

All systems that run at Putri's salon are still done manually, so it takes a long time to process it and data writing errors often occur. Therefore, this salon really needs a computerized system in the transaction process so that it is recorded accurately and quickly in a computer program. The purpose of this research is to design an information system for calculating and reporting employee salaries and a system that can present financial reports in the form of accounting. This application development method used in data collection is observation, interviews, and literature study. The design method used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD), the programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. This system includes several menus, namely the main page, master data, transactions and reporting menus. From the test results concluded that the expected functions all work as desired. With the construction of the Salon Putri accounting information system, it will facilitate the performance of salon owners in managing activities and analyzing financial statements at Salon Putri better.

Abstract

This study aims to create an application for ordering food and beverage menus on Android-based K&Y Coffee. Currently, K&Y Coffee is still using a simple manual method in the menu ordering process. Where the cafe and customers still use pen and paper as a medium for ordering. This method is still not efficient, where customers are still waiting and queuing for the ordering process and cafe owners are still having trouble monitoring orders, managing menus and viewing sales reports. Therefore, the use of information technology will be very helpful in the ordering process. In this study, the method used is the selection of data types, namely primary data obtained from observations, literature studies and interviews. While the method used in the construction of this system is the Extreme Programming method. The implementation of this research uses Android Studio with Java, Kotlin, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming languages. The databases used are My SQL (My Structured Query Language) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool for system design and testing of this system using BlackBoxTesting. The results of this study are a system that will make it easier for cafe owners to manage menus and view sales reports and make it easier for employees and customers in the menu ordering process.

Abstract

The government system in an area or city has regulations in regulating the activities of its residents, especially those related to driving on the highway. Traffic violations often occur on urban roads and highways, this can trigger accidents due to violating traffic regulations. This has prompted the government to take firm measures against motorists who violate regulations. Therefore we need a system that can help monitor traffic conditions. So, the aims this research is create a system that is able to detect car vehicles based on the brand and type with a high level of detection accuracy, so that it can make it easier to recognize car objects around. The detection system will be developed using the YOLO (You Only Look Once) Algorithm, because YOLO is one of the fastest and most accurate methods of object detection and is even capable of exceeding 2 times the capabilities of other algorithms. The YOLO (You Only Look Once) algorithm is an architecture of Deep Learning and an algorithm developed to detect an object in real-time. Detection is carried out on the image, and when accessing a laptop webcam, which contains a car object, uses a model from a dataset that has been trained using the Darknet framework. The detected car object will have a bounding box in the object area, and there will be a description of the car name and type and year of production in the bounding box area. Based on the classification performance test of the data that has been trained, it shows that the accuracy value reaches 92% so it can be concluded that the system can work well.

Abstract

E-learning is an online learning system that is electronic in nature using network and computer technology, thus making it easier for students to do distance learning. Many e-learning users, one of which is the PGRI palembang university, in e-learning students can see material from lecturers in the form of media, documents, or even a video, and vice versa lecturers can also provide materials and assignments to students. However, the process often has several obstacles where users, both students and lecturers, of course feel that they have their own difficulties when operating this e-learning. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of usability where usability has 5 variables, namely: (learning ability, efficiency, memory, error, satisfaction). The instrument used in this study is the System usability scale (SUS) method, which in this method has 10 statements that represent 5 variables from usability testing. The final result of this study obtained a final score of 70.29 which means that e-learning is said to be acceptable with grade c, so that e-learning at PGRI Palembang University can be said to be effective in its use.

Abstract

Information regarding online patient registration is urgently needed by the people of Palembang City. But in reality, there are still many registrations that have not done online registration at clinics and hospitals. So we need an application that makes it easier for people to register online. The author chose the Talang Kelapa Clinic as a place that needs to register online so that people can easily register at the Talang Kelapa Clinic. The implementation of the application uses the Multilevel Queue (MLQ) Method. This method is the basic idea of an algorithm based on a process priority system. So, each process can be grouped based on priority. The use of appropriate and varied applications in the online registration process can make it easier to register online and can reduce the attitude of users who have to register manually.

Abstract

Cconventional or paper ticket sales still have a higher percentage of sales. It is because passengers being able to directly meet with a travel agent and obtain information more easily, as well as avoiding errors in the destination listed on the ticket because the purchase is made directly. However, the security and efficiency of the paper ticket model can still be improved. Another problem are they lack information about the bus arrival time, the seating capacity on the bus (full or not), and the bus route. On the other hand, buses that have already started their journey must transport passengers at bus stops along the route if the bus seats have not yet been filled. This research will develop a new bus ticket payment system model using a smartphone medium called Ticket on the Road. This model will replace the paper ticket model carried by the bus conductor. By using a smartphone and a small printer, the bus conductor can print a complete payment receipt with the actual fare. This model is expected to increase transaction security and efficiency while reducing ticket printing costs.
