Abstract

Abstract Today, the exchange of information can be made not only by text or by voice but also by video. This is a video conference. Polrestabes Palembang is an institution that is affected by the covid-19 and has not yet been computerized in video conferences and in managing video conference schedules. The purpose of the study is to build information management systems for video conference schedules using the framework codeigniter and the software development method of the waterfall method. The waterfall method has five procedures, such as requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, support and maintenance. The result of research is that the information system was successfully built using the framework codeigniter, which has three models: model, view, controller. The information system can manage the data for the video conference schedule that will be done and can do a video conference itinerary recaption as needed. Result of testing, all the menus on this information system can be used as desired.

Abstract

The payment system at the Smartindo Tutoring Institute. Although it has used a web-based system that is integrated with the academic system, the existing system has not been able to run properly. So, it is forced to make adjustments in the business processes of payment section. System changes are carried out using the BPR (Business Process Reengineering) method so that the system change process can be in accordance with the needs and is able to transform conventional systems into digital systems by reducing unnecessary steps. The aim of this research is to produce a new payment system based on process optimization using the BPR method. There are 4 stages of BPR that will be carried out in this research including identify processes, review update analyze as-is, design to-be, test & implement to-be. The results of these system changes resulted in a new system that showed a better level of throughput efficiency. The old system has been identified only has a throughput efficiency value of 48.39%. After analyzing and making changes to the process, the new system produces a better level of efficiency, reaching 100%. The results of better efficiency cannot be separated from the success in reducing the stages that are considered no longer needed in the workflow of the new payment system.

Abstract

The development of digital image-based learning media for rock/soil geography learning is a tool for learning activities so that students can understand more easily, not watch, so that they are expected to be more innovative in packaging interesting subject matter with digital technology. The aims of this researcher are: (1) to create innovative learning media with digital imagery technology (2) to know the classification of various types of rock/soil with a system for detecting rock types using digital imagery, (3) to find out the level of feasibility of developing geography-based learning media Digital Image, (4) Knowing the effectiveness of using Digital Image geography learning media. The development model used in this research is Research and Development. To produce this learning media, the researcher developed it using the dhelpi programming language and in the contrast stretching process which can process data: save, update material, delete and load images in the form of images in BITMAP form so that they are stored in the testing data base. While the research subjects were lecturers and students of geography education at the University of PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. The target of this research is to produce: 1) a learning model along with its curriculum that is able to adapt digital image processing; 2) increasing lecturer innovation in modifying learning media; 3) scientific articles. Lecturer competence will increase by creating media applications based on digital image processing, and at the same time changing the mindset of lecturers and students.

Abstract

Entering the industrial era 4.0, companies are required to be able to survive with all kinds of risks faced. PT. Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Group is one of the plantation companies and palm oil mills in Central Kalimantan. PT. BGA Group has a representative office located in Sampit City. In managing inventory of goods at the Representative Office at PT. BGA Group has been computerized but has not been well integrated. For data collection of requests for goods from the farm, vendor data collection, incoming and outgoing goods, and shipping goods must still be recorded one by one into Microsoft Excel. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that can make it easier for employees to make requests, record and even search for the data needed so that the ERP inventory module can be a solution. For the system development method use the Agile method with testing black box. Based on the test results, the existence of an inventory system can make work easier and can shorten the time in the process of managing company data.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the sentiments of the Indonesian people about the presidential candidates who are likely to advance in the 2024 presidential election from tweets on the Twitter application. Tweets on Twitter are written, typed and published by Indonesian netizens about the candidates who are likely to advance in the 2024 presidential election. In this study, researchers used tools, namely RapidMiner Studio to collect tweet data from Indonesian netizens about the candidates. Furthermore, the researcher uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm to determine whether a statement or sentiment has a positive or negative value which is carried out using Rapid Miner tools as well. Of the four candidates that the researchers examined, Anies got 74% positive sentiment 26% negative sentiment, then followed by Sandi, namely 57% positive sentiment 43% negative sentiment, Ganjar received 53% positive sentiment 47% negative sentiment and Prabowo received 32% positive sentiment. 68% negative sentiment. The conclusion of this research is to find out which candidates are liked or favored by the Indonesian people from the results of sentiment analysis using the Naïve Bayes algorithm and the tools used, namely Rapid Miner.

Abstract

SMKN 5 Palembang is a school that has begun to utilize information technology in its teaching and learning process, this can be seen from the implementation of e-learning as a supporting medium in teaching and learning activities. Apart from the e-learning, in the process of evaluation or school exams, several teachers have implemented an information technology-based exam system, namely the application thatQuiz which can be accessed via the internet either with a PC or mobile device. To measure the quality of a system or website whether it can be said to be good or not can be seen from the level of user satisfaction with the system. The webqual method is one of the most appropriate methods and is widely used in measuring the quality of a system. The way the method works is seen based on the processed results of the questionnaire data which is the opinion of the users which is compiled based on 4 important variables, namely the aspects of use, the quality of the information, the quality of system and user interaction and the general quality of the system. The purpose of this research is to get the results from the analysis of user satisfaction using the ThatQuiz application using the Webqual method. The results obtained later are the answers to the temporary hypotheses that the authors produce. The result is that the information variable has a significant positive effect on satisfaction, although the effect is small, the interactive variable has a significant positive effect on satisfaction, with a moderate effect according to the F test.

Abstract

Musi Rawas University is one of the private tertiary institutions in the LLDIKTI Region II Sumbagsel area which is based in Lubuklinggau City, South Sumatra. Based on PDDIKTI data for the 2021/2022 academic year, Musi Rawas University has 11 Study Programs with a total of 1,706 students. Since the implementation of SIAKAD, Unmura has never evaluated both the quality aspect of its use and the performance of the system. This is of course important to do, because this SIAKAD will not only be applied in the present but will continue to be sustainable every year. In addition, the intended evaluation will have important value for management as an inside for the development and improvement of SIAKAD so that it can be better in the future. Performance evaluation of SIAKAD at Musi Rawas University. To do this, one of the analytical methods known as Webqual 4.0 and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) will be applied. The results obtained from this study are the usability indicator of the correspondent's answer getting a satisfied response with a value of 75.4%, and the informant quality indicator of the correspondent's answer getting a satisfied response with a value of 77.4% and the interaction quality indicator of the correspondent's answer getting a satisfied response with a value of 63.4%.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities at MI (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) As – Shodiq are only used for activities outside normal school hours to fill out report cards, but problems arise. in the competition is not optimal. With the existing problems, it is expected that the information system built using the website combined with the k-means clustering method can solve the existing problems. By referring to the values ​​in the report cards and daily values, they become parameters for the k-means clustering method. In this study using the waterfall methodology, in the waterfall methodology there are various stages, such as requirements analysis, design, development and testing. This research aims to classify students in extracurricular classes which will then be fostered to maximize extracurricular activities. So, based on the results of research conducted in the development of an information system in the form of a website combined with the k-means clustering method, it has been able to classify students into classes of subjects in extracurricular, so that teachers can foster students in each class long ago. to prepare for the competition. However, in the information system there are still some obstacles such as the time of calculating k-means and features that can be added for further research.

Abstract

Technological advances in the field of mobile applications for online purchases, especially those involving food and beverages, have grown significantly in the current era of globalization. To overcome this problem, the reviewer uses QR code scanning technology. This QR code technology was chosen because it can offer a very fast, simple, precise and mechanical data collection method. The purpose of designing this application is to make it easier to order food and drinks using QR-codes. In this study using the Linear Search Algorithm method as a search for food and beverage data. Linear Search works on unordered or ascending text sequences. he looks for data by comparing one by one the elements of a set, write them in a table or array, by starting the search on the first element in the sequence of a set. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be seen that the earlier the position of the food and beverage menu data that is being searched for, the longer the program will take to find the intended data, the faster it will be. Meanwhile, the later the data menu position you are looking for, the longer the program execution time will be. Here proves that the index position of the data you are looking for is very influential on the speed of searching for the data. So that the average value is obtained as follows, the data is in the initial position 0.25 seconds, the middle position is 0.27 seconds, the final position is 0.29 seconds. While the use of memory that is used both eat the same memory storage, which is 523kb.
