Abstract

The aim of this study was analyzing the headmaster’s roles in increasing the quality of teaches performace in MTs in sub-district Rambah, Rokan Hulu regency. This study has been conducted on Desember 2014 to January 2015. The samples were 3 headmasters. The research instruments are using inquiry method and analyzing descriptively. Result showed 71.3% of the headmasters’ roles in increasing the quality of teachers’ performance in MTs especially in sub-district Rambah, Rokan Hulu regency. It can be concluded that the roles of headmasters in improving teachers performance quality at MTs in sub-district Rambah, Rokan Hulu regency was in good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of intestinal nematodes that infect the student Islamic Elementary School Darul Iksaniah Muara Musu, as well as the prevalence of worm infection on these students, who have been held in October to December 2015 by using the floating tool wear centrifuse by collecting samples from home to the students home and at school. The prevalence of fecal examination results of 49 students found intestinal nematode worm eggs was 28.6% (14 students) and are not found 71.4% (35 students). The eggs were found and the prevalence of attacks is, Ascaris lumbricoides 64.3% (9 students), hookworm eggs by 14.3% (2 students) and 21.4% (3 students) worm eggs Oxyuris/Enterobius vermicularis. Keywords: intestinal nematodes, infections, Islamic Elementary School

Abstract

Study about community and structure of Gastropods in Sipogas Lake Rokan Hulu Regency Riau Province has been conducted in August to December 2014 by using survey method and line transect techniques. Samples were collected by using by eckman dredge end hand collecting in line transect. Result showed 4 families, 6 species. Density values ranged from 0.1-9.4 individual /m2, diversity index value ranged from 0-1.21 can be concluded in low and moderate category, similarity index value ranged from 0-1 can be concluded in similar and non-similar deployment, dominance index value ranged 0.33-1.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Scramble learning model to the students. Study result of the creature variety at the seventh grade students. The type of this research is Experimental Quasi research. The design of this research is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The collecting data technique is the students study result which are got sheets on the objective test item. Based on the result of analysis of the research data thitung score is higher than ttabel (4.44>1.99). In the other hand, Ha is accepted, it means there is influence of Scramble learning model to the students study result of the creatures variety material at the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Satu Atap Kepenuhan Hulu year academic 2014/2015.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine learning outcomes of MP SMK N 1 Rambah students Class X by using inquiry learning model with quasi-experiment. Samples were the students in Class X. Result showed that studying biology in mushroom’s topic by using inquiry model learning was not effect significantly. But from the posttest, the experiment class was higher than control class with value 80,86 and the control class was 78,59. It can be concluded that there is no effect from inquiry model learning toward result of learning students in mushroom’s topic in Class X SMK N 1 Rambah in academic year of 2014/2015.

Abstract

Dragonflies (Anisoptera) are one group of Arthropods that have medium lage size and atraktive colors. This study aims to determine the types of dragonflies (Odonata: Anisoptera) which contained in Sei Dua Indah Subdistrict Rambah Hilir, Rokan Hulu Riau Province. This study was conducted from November to December 2015 using a survey method. Dragonfly that hen identified by describing the types of the dragonflies obtained. Results of the study found 2 the families, 10 a genera and species of 11 with a total of 32 individuals. As for the types of dragonflies obtained is Ictinogomphus rapax, Ictinogomphus decoratus, Branchythemis contaminata, Brachydiplax subrina, Cratilla lineata, Lathrecista asiatica, Neurothemis fulvia, Orthetrum sabina, Pantala flavescens, Potamarcha congener, and Rhyothemis phyllis.Keywords : Anisoptera, Dragonflies Species,

Abstract

Teacher performance is the level of success of a person or group in carrying out their duties and responsibilitiesas well as the ability to achieve goals and standars that have been set. This study aimed to analyze theperformance of teacher to their learning in subject biology in Madrasah Aliyah Kepenuhan. This research is adescriptive study. Population weres a biology teacher and all in class XI and XII Madrasah Aliyah KepenuhanRegency Rokan Hulu. Result showed the performance of the teachers were very good creteria with percentageof 74.39% and motivation of students get adequate criteria with percentage of 68.03%. This study showed theperformance of teachers was limited to students’ motivation. Because the teacher’s performance researchinstrument (IPKG 1) biology teacher did not use learning media.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine of birds species in the village Pasir Agung Sub District of Bangun Purba, Rokan Hulu, Riau Province. This study was conducted in September to October 2015, with a survey method. Samples are identified directly in the field. Determination of the research station using purposive random sampling. The research that has been done obtained three orders, 11 families, 14 species with 35 individuals. Bird species are: Columbidae (Sterptopelia chinensis and Geopelia striata), Alcedinidae (Halcyon smyrnensis), Pynonotidae (Pycnonotus cafer, Pycnonotus goiavier and Pycnonotus plumosus), Turdidae (Copsychus saularis), Oriolidae (Oriolus chinensis), Ploceidae (Passer montanus), Sylviidae (Prinia familiaris), Laniidae (Lanius schach), Chloropsidae (Chloropsis sonnerati), Paridae (Parus major) and sturnidae (Acridoptheres javanicus). The predominat species were Geopelia striata (Columbidae), Pycnonotus cafer (Pycnonotidae) and Passer montanus (Ploceidae).

Abstract

This student was almed to determine analiysis difficulty student learning at plant  class X of SMAN 1  Rambah Hilir for academic on years 2014/2015. The method of this study was descritive and purposive sampling techniques. Sample of this study is class of  X-3 which amounting to 32 student . Result showed that score of difficulty student learning with an average of 70,85% which concluded in enough category. The higher indicator was found in  parent of congeniality  with an average 82,90% which concluded in enough category. The lower indicator was found in  teacher method teaching with an average 59,37% which concluded in less category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model two stay two stray against student learning results biology class XI MIA SMA 1 Bangun Purba learning year 2014/2015. This type of research is a quasi-experiment. This study was conducted in November and December 2014. Data were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity and hypothesis testing. Experimental class averages 78.64 higher than the control class is 72.8. The results of this study can be concluded that by using the cooperative model of type two stay two stray can affect cognitive learning results of students in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Bangun Purba 2014/2015 school year.
