Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on teacher performance at SMPN5 Pelepat Ilir Muaro Bungo. Respondents in this study amounted to 13 employees. Methods of data collection using literature study techniques, observation and questionnaires and measured with a likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study uses an analytical tool, namely SPSS Version 25. The result of this study indicated that (1) partially training has a significant positive effect on teacher performance (2) partially work motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance (3) Simultaneously training and motivation teacher work has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN5 Pelepat Ilir Muaro Bungo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the implementation of employee training at CV. Mata Air Motor Jambi as well as to analyze the implementation of employee training at CV. Jambi Motor Springs. The method used in this study is to use survey methods, namely to measure attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group of social phenomena. The variables to be measured are translated into research variable indicators. Then these indicators are used as a starting point for compiling instrument items which can be in the form of statements or questions. The method is to give the value of each question given in a list of questions or questionnaires and then get the results of the training variables high employees, then the aspect with the highest need for training and the aspect with the lowest aspect is the selection of trainees. From the results described above, the focus that needs to be improved is the aspect of selecting employee training participants in order to get training participants who meet the requirements set by the company concerned.

Abstract

The research objective was to describe and analyze the occupational health and safety program at Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The description of the occupational health and safety program, namely in the human aspect, provides guidance to employees, imposes sanctions for those who violate it and determines working hours. on the aspect of equipment and supplies pay attention to the working tools used, pay attention to the placement of materials and provide equipment as personal protective equipment. On the facility aspect, the company registers social security for all employees, provides fire prevention and control infrastructure, and the company provides backup electricity. on the aspect of the work environment the company pays attention to good lighting, temperature control and cleanliness in the workplace. The implementation of the occupational health and safety program has been going well except for the aspect of equipment and supplies. Suggestions for Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital, namely, that companies should pay attention to aspects of equipment and equipment, namely the condition of K3 equipment and equipment is not good which makes work less comfortable. and comfortable at work.

Abstract

This writing discusses the main problem, namely Work Motivation and Performance which is implemented in Jambi Province Library Board employees. This thesis aims to see and analyze the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at the Jambi Provincial Library. The research methodology used in this study is descriptive analysis, and in collecting data through literature, interviews and questionnaires. Based on this research, it is recommended that meeting the needs of maintenance motivation factors and the motivation factors given by the Jambi Provincial Library to its employees must be maintained and further improved. With the background of facts and reality, it can be concluded that employee motivation and employee performance are interconnected at the Jambi Provincial Library Board. It needs attention from the leadership of the Jambi Province Library Board in order to be able to provide motivation or encouragement to employees so they can work as expected by the organization in order to create a conducive work climate and progress in employee performance.

Abstract

The development of the times requires every sector in life to always change to keep pace with developments, including the field of information technology which always innovates all the time. Companies compete with each other to be the best and try to make their products a top brand in the eyes of consumers. Consumer satisfaction is a top priority for every company, and is one indicator of the success of a business. One attempt to see which attributes are important to consumers and to what extent the performance of these attributes is through Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). And to determine the level of consumer satisfaction, namely by calculating the consumer satisfaction index or Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The object of this research is Axioo Laptop Products (Axioo International Pte Ltd). The data used in the analysis were obtained through filling out questionnaires by consumers as respondents who had bought and used an Axioo Laptop. From the results of this study, a value of 0.7639 or a percentage of 76.39% was obtained, meaning that this number indicated that consumers were satisfied with the performance of the Axioo Laptop.

Abstract

The objective of this research are : Firstly : To knowing and analyzing work characteristic picture and intrinsic motivation of Elria Buana FM Jambi Radio announcer. Secondly : To analyzing work charecteristic Relationship significance as announce to intrinsic motivation of Elria Buana Jambi announcer . Thirdly :To analyzing which is more dominant among work characteristic to interinsik motivation of Elria buana Jambi Announcer. Method of survey which is used in this research that is deskriptif with correlation pearson product moment to know the relationship and significance value between work characteristic and intrinsic motivation of elria buana Jambi announcer. Result of from this research is found that work characteristic there is relationship of positive and significance between work characteristic and intrinsic motivation of elria buana fm jambi announcer. Assumed by this matter happened because five work characteristic factor according to Oldham and hackman there is one able to and if each other integrated as good will support intrinsic motivation of elria buana jambi announcer . Recomandation able to be passed to this research that is radio shall can balance between intrinsic motivation which owned by announcer with eksterinsic motivation from radio , so that broadcaster motivational level as a whole can increase ,what later ,then will influence the quality of the announcer’s ferformance and in the end will have an effect on also at quality of radio alone.

Abstract

this study is to determine the Employee Satisfaction CV Arivia In Jambi by analyzing aspects of satisfaction according to EA Locke in Stephen P. Robbins (2003:108) work that is mentally challenged, just compensation, working conditions that support, coworker support. Research methodology used in this research is descriptive analysis using the method of data collection through literature, interviews and questionnaires distribution. Respondents in this study were employees CV Arivia Jambi. The results of this study indicate that overall employees in Edinburgh CV Arivia feel satisfied. The situation is shown by the average percentage of the four aspects, among others, work that is mentally challenged, just compensation, working conditions that support and co-worker support, which get a positive response from employees. From this research, it can be concluded that the employees CV Arivia Edinburgh satisfied in his job, it is seen from the responses of respondents on average were satisfied in the work. Based on this study it can be put forward several suggestions to the management of CV Arivia Jambi, Jambi Arivia CV management should have to pay attention to the factors of satisfaction in working to increase productivity, so it can issue appropriate policies. CV should Arivia Edinburgh in its implementation should always foster employees to work effectively and efficiently to reduce unexpected expenses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe job satisfaction at Raden Mattaher General Hospital Jambi. The method used in this study is a Quantitative Approach, namely data collected through a survey method with a structured list of questions. Based on the data collected in this way, it will be possible to explain the description of employee job satisfaction at Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi Province. The results of this study indicate that the seven indicators that affect employee satisfaction at the Raden Mattaher General Hospital in Jambi Province must be further improved so that good satisfaction is realized, because of the seven indicators of fair and proper remuneration, placement according to expertise, the severity of the work, the atmosphere and work environment, the equipment that supports the implementation of the work, the attitude of the leader in his leadership, the nature of the work is monotonous or not, only one thing that does not affect satisfaction is the lightness of the work indicator. The suggestion of this research is that the leadership of the Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi Province must be optimal in applying satisfaction factors to their employees so that they can work as they should and can increase work loyalty.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the human factor as a human resource is very important in an effort to achieve results in accordance with organizational goals. Therefore, to fulfill this goal, it is necessary to have good performance from each employee. To achieve this goal, a study was carried out to see the performance description of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Jambi Branch by using five performance factors which include Quality, Quantity, Cooperation, Accuracy and Creativity. The samples taken in this study amounted to 22 people consisting of four managers and fifteen supervisors. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection procedures were carried out by means of questionnaires, observations and interviews, while the analytical model used was descriptive. The results showed that the performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Jambi Branch is good. Of the five factors used, namely quality, quantity, cooperation, accuracy and creativity, it is known that the average of each factor is: the average quality factor is 4.37 indicating very good performance, the average quantity factor is 4, 13 indicates very good performance, the average cooperation factor is 4.31 indicating very good performance, the average accuracy factor is 3.92 indicating good performance, and the average creativity factor is 3.95 indicating good performance , this means that the five factors are in the very good and good range of scales.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Timber PT. Putra Sumber Utama Jambi with the thesis title "Analysis of Employee Occupational Health and Safety Programs for Production at PT. Putra Sumber Utama Timber Jambi”. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety program for production employees at PT. Sumber Utama Timber Jambi). The analysis used is descriptive analysis, which describes and describes and understands the implementation of health and occupational health programs. And based on the operational variables studied regarding the Occupational Health and Safety program for employees in production at PT. Sumber Utama Timber Jambi, namely regarding human aspects, aspects of equipment and equipment, aspects of K3 facilities and aspects of the work environment. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, that the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health program in terms of human aspects, aspects of equipment and supplies, aspects of K3 facilities and aspects of the work environment have been carried out very well, this is in accordance with the respondents' responses to the statements given from various aspects above. Suggestions that can be given are that it is hoped that companies will pay more attention to the application of working hours, machine conditions, availability of polyclinics and cleaning facilities that are given to employees who get good grades.
