Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation on consumer purchasing decisions in All craftssupply Creative Enterprises in the city of Jambi. The population in this study were consumers of All Crafts Supply Creative Enterprises with 75 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this study is the instrument test which consists of validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination test. The entire analysis was calculated using the SPSS ver 22 program. The results of this study indicate that product innovation has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on All craftssupply Creative Enterprises in Jambi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the promotion strategy and analyze the right promotion strategy in increasing sales volume at the Nur Jaya Mobilindo Jambi showroom. Informants in this study amounted to 7 people. Data collection was carried out by interviews using interview guidelines and direct observation of the research object. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative methods. This study uses a SWOT analysis technique. The results of the study show that strategies that can be implemented by the Promotional Strategy in Increasing Sales Volume at the Nur Jaya Mobilindo Showroom include conducting continuous advertising, providing low DP, providing excellent service, participating in exhibition events, conducting periodic control of billboards, expanding advertising reach, shortening administrative processes, responding to complaining consumers quickly and increasing advertising attractiveness, shortening administrative time and always improving the company's image

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on the success of brick-making entrepreneurs in Tangkit Village, Sungai Gelam District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The population in this research is the brick entrepreneur in Tangkit Village. The sampling method in this study was using the census technique as many as 41 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence between the characteristics of entrepreneurship on the success of bricks entrepreneurship both simultaneously and partially. Entrepreneurial characteristics have an effect of 50.3%, the remaining 49.7% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant positive influence between entrepreneurial characteristics (self-confidence, risk taking and leadership) on the success of the brick business in Tangkit Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product and service quality on customer satisfaction and to determine which product and service quality has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction. The research method uses multiple linear regression with the F test, t test and determination test. The results of the study concluded that based on the F test (simultaneous) used to determine the significance of the effect of the independent variables (product quality and service quality) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction) simultaneously. The results can be concluded, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Nikimi Mart customer satisfaction. Based on the results of individual (partial) tests, it can be seen that the variable that most influences consumer satisfaction at Nikimi Mart is the variable service quality (X2). H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, in other words, product quality partially has no significant effect on Nikimi Mart customer satisfaction and on the service quality variable (X2), H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, in other words, service quality partially has a significant effect on Nikimi Mart customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Store Atmosphere and price on purchasing decisions at Warunk Upnormal Jambi both simultaneously and partially and to analyze the dominant factors on purchasing decisions at Warunk Upnoral Jambi. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using the SPSS analysis tool to test multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that Store atmosphere had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (case study on Warunk Upnormal Jambi), prices had a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions (case study on Warunk Upnormal Jambi) and Store Atmosphere and Price had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions (case Keywords: study at Warunk Upnormal Jambi).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social and economic characteristics and analyze the factors that affect the income of food and beverage traders. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used is primary data and the sample used is 64 respondents with a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that social characteristics were seen from group age, gender and education level while economic characteristics were seen from, working capital, working hours, number of goods sold, length of business and income. The results of data processing show that the variables of working capital, working hours, the number of goods sold and the length of business together have a significant effect on the income of traders and partially the variables that have a significant and positive effect on income are the variables of working capital, working hours and the number of goods sold . While the length of business variable has no significant effect on income.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Knowing and analyzing the characteristics of the business community around the Athaya Garden Dusun Senamat, 2) Knowing and analyzing people's income before and after the Athaya Garden tourism object in Senamat Hamlet, and 3) Knowing and analyzing the effect of age, education level, length of working hours, and operating capital on the income of business actors around the Athaya Garden Dusun Senamat tourist attraction. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with primary data obtained through interviews with 30 business people around the Athaya Garden tourist attraction. Based on the results of the different test with the Wilcoxon Signed t-test, it shows that there is an increase in the income of business actors after the Athaya Garden tourist attraction in Dusun Senamat. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, simultaneously age, education level, length of working hours, and operating capital have a significant effect on the income of business actors. Partially, operational capital affects the income of business actors, for the age variable that negatively and partially affects the income of business actors. Meanwhile, the variables of education level and length of working hours partially have no effect on the income of business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to and analyze if influence of employee engangement on employee performance trought organizational justice as a moderation. This study used the quantitative method, data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equtions Model (SEM) technique with the  smartPLS 3.3.9 program. The results of the study show that : 1) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect of employee performance, 2) employee engagement has a positive and significant efffect on organizational justice, 3) organizational justice has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance, 4) organizational justice is not able to moderate the influence of employee engagement on employee performace.

Abstract

This study aims to: determine the description of work ability, work motivation and employee performance of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch. As well as to determine the effect of work ability and work motivation of employees on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi Branch. Based on the results of the study that: 1) Description of the work ability of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch with an average score of 106.5 is included in the very high category. The description of the average work motivation score of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi Branch, which is 92.2, is included in the high category. Description of employee performance of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi Branch with an average score of 99.1 is in the high category. 2) Based on the results of multiple linear regression testing that the variables of work ability and work motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch. Meanwhile, the variables of ability and work motivation also have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch.

Abstract

Employees or human resources (HR) are vital assets in almost all types of organizations which are the main pillars as well as the driving force of the organization in an effort to realize its vision and mission. The research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi City. Data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed to 65 people using a Liker scale. The research was conducted using a data analysis tool, namely SPSS version 23. The data testing technique used in this study included validity testing with factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach's Alpha. T test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance.
