Abstract

This research was written by Fera Anggraini under the guidance of Suswita Roza, SE, MM. This thesis is entitled "Analysis of Consumer Attitudes towards Pesirah Savings at Bank Sumsel-Babel Kcp Bayung Lincir". The purpose of this study is to determine consumer attitudes towards the Pesirah savings of Bank Sumsel-Babel KCP Bayung Lincir and to analyze consumer attitudes towards Pesirah savings of Bank Sumsel-Babel KCP Bayung Lincir. This study took a sample of 100 respondents using a cluster sampling sample, namely where the sample was taken randomly as much as needed. The method used in this study is to use the fishbein model to measure how much consumer attitudes are towards the Pesirah savings of Bank Sumsel-Babel KCP Bayung Lincir. To measure the level of evaluation and consumer confidence, the Likert scale technique is used. The results showed that the consumer's attitude towards the Pesirah savings of Bank Sumsel-Babel KCP Bayung Lincir was that consumers (customers) were quite good about the services provided by the Bank Sumsel-Babel KCP Bayung Lincir.

Abstract

The study is titled :” Analisisi Relationship Between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance Intruction Health Center 7/87 Payo Selincah Jambi “. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship Between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance in the Health Center 7/87 Payo Selincah Jambi. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method is the method of data analysis the compare the implementation of the organization with the rules – rules and based on existing the theories and practices of data displayed in the from of average. Presidential Health Center 7/87 Payo Selincah Jambi agile as a fungtional unit health care is center to the development of public health are engaged in health services. From the results of research and discussion of the study entitled “ Analysis of the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance Instructuction Health Center 7/87 Payo Selincah Jambi the conclusion that these three aspects of organizational commitmen had the strongest relationship to the employee health center performance Intruction 7/87 Payo Selincah Jambi is a Affective Commitmment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the factors of employee motivation at the Paal V Health Center, Kota Baru Jambi, and to analyze the factors of employee motivation at the Paal V Health Center, Kota Baru, Jambi. The research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative analysis and data collection was carried out through literature, interviews, and through questionnaires. Respondents in this study were employees of the Paal V Health Center, Kota Baru, Jambi. The results of this study indicate that: the overall average of the work motivation factors of the employees of the Paal V Health Center, Kota Baru Jambi, is that the employees are considered motivated. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the fulfillment of work motivation factors provided by the Paal V Health Center in Kota Baru Jambi to its employees must be maintained and further enhanced in terms of fulfilling physiological needs, safety and security needs, social needs, so that the work motivation of employees increases. get very motivated. There needs to be attention from the leadership to appreciate the results of the work of employees by giving praise or appreciation to employees whose work performance is good so that employees feel valued for the results of their work. Leaders must provide more opportunities for employees to develop their potential through education and training so that the abilities of employees will increase.

Abstract

This study entitled Analysis of Routine Capability in Tebo District Development Financing under the guidance of Drs. Adi Bhakti. SE., M.Sc. This study aims to determine Routine Capability is one of the basic capital of local government in financing regional expenditures, as measured by the Routine Capability Index ratio. The analysis technique used is through descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that with the growth of Local Own Revenue of 16.01% per year and the average growth rate of Regional Expenditure in Tebo Regency of 10.92% so that during the period 2008 - 2012 the ratio of ability index routine of 3.58% and this means that Regional Original Income (PAD) has a low ability to finance routine expenses.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the provision of compensation at PT. Agung Automall Jambi. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, the method of collecting data through literature, interviews and questionnaires and the analysis used is simple tabulation analysis, where the measurements are carried out by knowing employee responses based on each respondent's answer to the statement submitted and given a weighted value. After that, a rating scale range was used to determine the position of the respondent's response using the score for each aspect. From the results of the study it can be concluded that employee responses to the implementation of the award compensation for PT. Agung Automall employees as a whole for the four aspects of compensation, namely salary, wages, incentives and indirect compensation is very adequate. The compensation given to employees is in the form of basic salary, overtime pay, meal allowance, health allowance, social security, day Raya, social security, bonuses and awards. While the compensation payment system used is a time system. Based on this research, suggestions can be put forward to the company's management that the company must pay more attention to the compensation provided, especially in the aspect of wages for the future it must be improved again without putting aside other aspects and For the future LTO must also be considered to be even better by increasing the amount of compensation given to employees from year to year so that employees can stay working at the company, so that the number of employees who leave will certainly decrease.

Abstract

Consumer Behavior of Kartu As Telkomsel, a case study on students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Jambi. The purpose of this study was to determine, test and analyze the influence of reference groups, family and personality on the consumer behavior of Kartu As Telkomsel. The method used to analyze the problem is to use multiple linear regression analysis and to do the F test and t test. The results of this study can be concluded that reference groups, family and personality have an influence on consumer behavior in using Telkomsel Ace cards. Simultaneously, the effect of these three factors is 9.6%. While partially, of the three factors, the reference group and personality factors provide the most dominant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of services provided by the Pelawan District Office to the community and to determine the level of community satisfaction for the services provided by the Pelawan District Office. The qualitative descriptive research design is a mixed qualitative and quantitative one to determine the community satisfaction index from services in Pelawan District, Sarolangun Regency. The results of the study concluded that there are still many dimensions and indicators of customer satisfaction in the unfavorable category so that it can be said that service quality in Pelawan District is also in the unfavorable category, there are 2 dimensions whose categories are not good, namely fairness in getting service and certainty of service costs. Overall, the performance value of IKM service units is categorized as unfavorable.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors of employee motivation and to analyze the factors of employee motivation at PT.Taspen Jambi Branch. The method used to analyze the data in this study is descriptive analysis and data collection methods through literature, interviews and questionnaires. This study used a sample of 19 respondents and the aspects studied were the five factors of human needs, namely physiological needs, security needs, social needs, recognition needs and self-actualization needs. The results of this study indicate the work motivation of employees at PT. based on the employee's response to the questionnaire. Based on the results of this study, what can be suggested is that leaders in related agencies must understand the difficulties faced by their employees, because good leadership will lead to good motivation towards his subordinates, and all the resulting positive achievements must be maintained. The result of this research is the analysis of employee motivation factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon behind the increase in Street Lighting Tax revenues, the growth of Street Lighting Tax revenues and contributions to local taxes and Local Own Revenue (PAD) has decreased. The results of the study concluded that the analysis of the target of Street Lighting Tax Contribution to Regional Original Income set by the Regional Wealth and Asset Management Revenue Service (DPPKAD) of Sarolangun Regency is not in accordance with the potential. This is because the contribution rate of street lighting tax to Local Own Revenue is low, with an average contribution of 0.36%. The results of measuring tax effort (Tax effort) show that the ability to pay taxes in Sarolangun Regency is already optimal, this increase in ability to pay taxes aims to increase tax revenues in the future, in this case especially Street Lighting Tax. The results of the calculation of the effectiveness of Street Lighting Tax show that tax collection in Sarolangun Regency has reached the target (effective), but the realization of Street Lighting Tax has not reached optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to get an overview of employee job satisfaction at PT.Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi and to analyze the factors of job satisfaction at PT.Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi. This study took a sample of 23 employees of PT Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi using the survey method. The method used to analyze the data generated from this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study show an overview of employee job satisfaction at PT. Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi, based on the results of the survey and analysis carried out it can be concluded that the average proportion of the factors that influence job satisfaction at PT. Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi is based on calculations Data processing starts from the work factor itself which has an unsatisfied rating scale, and on the personality suitability factor which has a dissatisfied rating scale. Overall, employee job satisfaction is not good. It can be seen that job satisfaction factors such as the work itself, salary, working conditions, co-workers, and personality satisfaction have not been met properly. For the progress and sustainability of PT. Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi, the author will later suggest that the factors of job satisfaction can be cultivated even better.
