Abstract

This study aims to explain the analysis of consumer perceptions of the quality of PO travel services. Kerinci Mulya Jambi and to analyze consumer perceptions of the quality of PO travel services. Kerinci Mulya Jambi. The research method uses an average score. The results of the study concluded that based on the results of the average score obtained from each of the five dimensions of the variable, it indicated that PO travel customers. Kerinci Mulya Jambi in this study was satisfied with the quality of service provided by the travel PO. Kerinci Mulya. Of the five service dimensions measured, the reliability dimension, the responsiveness dimension, and the assurance dimension, the delivery of which is in line with the customer's perceived expectations of the services provided by the travel PO. Kerinci Mulya Jambi has not been optimally felt by these customers. It can be seen that the average consumer perception score is 4.18. It can be concluded that the level of quality of PO travel services. Kerinci Mulya Jambi is satisfying. On the Responsiveness service dimension related to responsiveness in more detail regarding the ability of employees to provide information, in this case the ability of bus crews to provide information and speed in serving goods delivery, customer expectations related to the ability of travel drivers to know more in-depth passenger pick-up routes again as well as the information needed by the recipient of the shipment of goods if the shipment has arrived it is expected as soon as possible to get information from the travel party to the customer having the lowest level of satisfaction among the five service dimensions measured.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the performance of employees at the sub-district office of Limun District, Sarolangun Regency through 5 main factors. The performance of the five factors is used, namely: Quality, Quantity of Cooperation, Accuracy, and Creativity where Quality: is the degree to which the results of implementing activities are close to perfection or close to the goal what is expected by the company Quantity: is the achievement of work targets in their fields that produce the amount of rupiah, the number of units, the number of activity cycles completed. Collaboration: is the degree to which an employee can carry out a job function with the abilities of the employee so that they can establish good relationships between fellow employees and their superiors. Accuracy: is the degree to which an activity is completed at the desired time by showing the coordination of the output of other people and the time available for other activities or in other words, determination is the effectiveness and efficiency of work on employees. And Creativity: is the degree to which the use of human resources or the ability of employees to create many innovations or new things in completing a job. The analysis used in the performance improvement strategy is qualitative analysis. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection procedures were carried out by means of questionnaires, observations and interviews.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of the Green Marketing strategy on the purchasing decision of Tupperware products and to analyze the effect of the Green Marketing strategy on the purchasing decision of Tupperware products. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive method and a quantitative method using the SPSS tool to test multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that simultaneously showing that the green marketing strategy with the attributes of green input, green process, green output, and green value has an influence on purchasing decisions by 31.369%. Thus Tupperware products are considered capable of explaining to consumers in deciding to purchase Tupperware products. In partial testing: shows that Green Input has no influence on purchasing decisions. There is no significant effect of green input on purchasing decisions, this is because green input is still considered to have little influence on purchasing decisions, but green input is still in the good category by consumers in deciding to purchase Tupperware products in Jambi City. In partial testing: shows that green process, green output, and green value have an influence on purchasing decisions for Tupperware products. There is a significant influence of green process, green output, and green value on purchasing decisions because green process, green output, and green value with the indicators presented are considered influential to consumers so that they can influence purchasing decisions for Tupperware products.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of Services at the Archives and Documentation Library Office of Sarolangun Regency" which aims to see an overview of the services provided by the Archives and Documentation Library Office of Sarolangun Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a survey research method with 100 respondents, namely visitors to the Archives and Documentation Library Office in Sarolangun Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire anchored using a 5-point Likert scale. To analyze the data using a range of scales. The results of this study obtained an overview of services at the Archives and Documentation Library Office of Sarolangun Regency, the service procedure factor obtained an illustration that the service was very good, the service transparency factor obtained a good service description, the service efficiency factor obtained a very good service description, the service accuracy factor obtained a good service description and factors justice gets service obtained a picture of very good service. The main implication that can be recommended from this study is that the service transparency and accuracy factors are in the good service category, for this reason these two factors must receive attention from the Sarolangun Regency Archives and Documentation Library Office.

Abstract

This study aims to simultaneously explain the influence of reference groups (friendship groups, shopping groups, work groups, virtual society groups, and consumer activist groups) on the decision to purchase Wardah cosmetics in the city of Jambi and to explain the variables from the reference groups that are most dominant in influencing the decision to purchase Wardah cosmetics in the city of Jambi. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that simultaneously and partially reference groups (friendship groups, shopping groups, work groups, virtual community groups, and consumer activist groups) have a significant effect on the decision to purchase Wardah cosmetics in the city of Jambi. This can be proven from the significance probability value which is less than <0.05. This means that simultaneously the five independent variables consisting of friendship groups, shopping groups, work groups, virtual community groups, and consumer activist groups, influence the decision to purchase Wardah cosmetics in the city of Jambi. Partially the independent variables consisting of friendship groups, shopping groups, work groups, virtual community groups, and consumer activist groups also influence the decision to purchase Wardah cosmetics in Jambi City.

Abstract

This study only focuses on what factors influence employee motivation in the Singkut District Office, Sarolangun Regency. The research method used is descriptive research using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The population in this study were employees of the Singkut District Office, Sarolangun Regency. The data collection procedure was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample of all employees of the Singkut District Office, Sarolangun Regency, totaling 34 employees. The results of this study indicate that the work motivation of the employees of the Singkut District Office, Sarolangun Regency, is not good, or less motivated. Of the five motivational factors used, namely physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. It is known that for each factor the average value is: Physiological Needs Factor with an average of 126 meaning work motivation, Safety Needs Factor with an average of 108.33 meaning less work motivation, Social Needs Factor with an average of 97 .66 means the work is less motivated, the Self-Esteem Needs Factor with an average of 115.66 means the work is less motivated, and the Self-Actualization Needs Factor with an average of 127.66 means the work is motivated. If seen as a whole, the average work motivation of the Singkut District Office, Sarolangun Regency is 115, which means that the work motivation is lacking.

Abstract

This researches aimed to clarify whether or not there is a relationship of Entrepreneurial Incubator mentoring Against Financial Performance on Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises Tenant Jambi (Case Studies Tenant on Business Incubator economic faculty of the university Jambi) and explain the dominant variables on financial performance). The sample in this study amounted to 50 people with a sampling technique is purposive sampling . In analyzing the research data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed simultaneous training and guidance variables significantly influence the financial performance, and in partial consultation does not have a significant influence on the financial performance, while the dominant affect financial performance is training. From these results escort team Business Incubator economic faculty of the university Jambi should create awareness among tenant to actively participate in the consultation.

Abstract

The title of this thesis is Analysis of the Proportion of Capital Expenditure to Total Regional Expenditure of Bungo Regency. Advisor Dra. Rahma Nurjanah, M.Sc. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the development of capital expenditure and regional spending in Bungo in 2006-2012, to know and analyze the proportion of capital expenditure in Bungo Regency in 2006-2012. The analytical method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that the development of capital spending in Bungo Regency during 2006-2012 was an average of 12.00% per year and the average development of regional spending during 2006-2012 was 13.11% per year. Then the proportion of capital expenditure to total regional expenditure in Bungo Regency in 2006-2012 averaged 26.60% per year.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and price on purchasing decisions of Pempek Masayu 212 in Jambi City. The population in this study were Pempek Masayu 212 consumers with 100 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The analytical tools used in this study are instrument tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The entire analysis was calculated using the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study indicate that product innovation and prices partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Pempek Masayu 212.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain consumer perceptions of Yamaha motorcycles with Blue Core technology in Jambi City and to analyze consumer perceptions of product attributes for Yamaha motorcycles with Blue Core technology in Jambi City. The method used in this research is research on product perceptions which is a descriptive study. The purpose of this research is to make Yamaha aware that the product attributes owned by Yamaha motorcycles with Blue Core technology which consist of product quality, product features, and product design as a whole have an important role in consumer perception. Therefore, the ideal combination of these attributes must be continuously developed in order to attract consumers to make purchases continuously. The fact was obtained that the overall average value was 4.06 from the perceptions given by consumers through questionnaires that the product attributes owned by Yamaha motorbikes with Blue Core technology in Jambi City actually received perceptions that were in the Good category (B). So it can be concluded that the attributes of Yamaha motorbikes with Blue Core technology are effective. Where Style (Style) has the highest average value of 4.31 with the very good category (SB). While Durability has the lowest value of 3.65 which means neutral or good enough.
