Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop activities and result student learning outcomes inMechanical Engineering Basic using Cooperative Learning Model Type Jigsaw II on XTP1 students atSMKN 6 Bandung. Research method used is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists ofthree cycles. The study conducted by learning begins with pretest and posttest each cycle. Average yieldfor the specialist group activity each cycle as follows: Cycle I 44.16% (being), increase in cycle II to56.83% (being), cycle III to 86% (very high). Then the average home group activity for each cycle asfollows: cycle I 37.5%, increase in cycle II to 69.79% (high). Increased again the third cycle to 93.83%(very High). From the activity affect students’ learning result in each cycle of learning, especially pretestresult and posttest scores : pretest cycle I 48.91 and posttest 63.78 (up 14.84). 61.89 cycle II pretest andposttest 78.78 (up 16.89), 72.56 cycle III pretest and posttest 86.89 (up 14.33). Based on Analysis ofresearch data obtained in the field I nt can be concluded that the application of Cooperation LearningModel Type Jigsaw II can be increase the activity learning and learning result outcomes in subjectMechanical Engineering Basic of XTP1 at SMKN 6 Bandung.

Abstract

Cooperative Learning Model in Fashion Analysis Study and it’s Role in Increasing Student’sMotivation and Study Result, was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach,going through four cycle in order to solve problem and until the problem is solved. The key incooperative learning is learning to collaborate in a cooperative group. When students study in group, anopen study atmosphere will be created in terms of partnership, because at that very exact moment acollaborative learning process will be born in a symbiotic personal relationship. And at that moment also,peer group and cooperative learning pattern will be developed. To experience happiness and sadness,failure and success together. Having responsible for everyone else in the group, besides the responsibilityfor themselves, in learning faced material. This situation will increase student’s motivation in FashionModel Analysis, particularly fashion pattern scattering.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability and attitude of students in solving problems after the applicationof learning models inkuiri on paraktikum courses. Research method used is Classroom Action Reasearch (CAR) isdone in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Fromthe research results obtained that the model implemented in the learning lab inkuiri electric base, in general anincrease in the learning process and results of each cycle. Cognitive test results through the pre test and post test onthe cycle I in terms of percentage of students who reach the value of 0% 6 is increased to 94.875%, in cycle IIincreased from 6.25% to 93.375%, and the third cycle of 3.125% increase to 100%. The results of the task undertakenby the students increased each cycle. Then for the activity sheets teachers viewed from the observation activitycategory shows an increase of the cycle is the cycle I and II into either category III cycle. For student activity showsmost categories of cycle I and cycle II rose to the category in general the third cycle. Impressions and attitudes ofstudents through filling the questionnaire stated that by applying the learning model inkuiri conditions become moreactive class, students become able to appear in her opinions.

Abstract

In an effort to equip students with skills and skills in accordance with the needs of theautomotive world of work, school principals must have a good strategic plan related to student learning,teacher performance, materials of teaching materials, relationships with business / industry. In thatcontext, this research is conducted. With qualitative and descriptive survey method kuantitatf, researchresults show that school leadership has a high managerial skills proved to increase cooperation withindustry and graduates in the world of work absorption.

Abstract

Between development aim a curriculum relevance enhanced, that is existence the relevance between matter that developed with the user need. This watchfulness aim was to produce subject matter development plan of vocational practice at JPTM FPTK UPI that can increase relevance with vocational practice teachercompetence need at SMK in mechanical engineering field. Watchfulness uses method descriptive. Data is gathered to pass documentation study and observation. Data source shaped from SMK curriculum document in mechanical engineering field and curriculum of JPTM FPTK UPI on Design and Production skill area group. Watchfulness result shows; (1) found 19 practice competence kinds productive at SMK in mechanical engineering. Competences can be grouped in 4 groups, that is drawing, practice base, machinery conventional manual, and machinery conventional CNC. (2) Produced development and pattern plan of vocational practice subject matter that is composed based on sequence matter contents. Mapping of vocational practice subject matter that designed: picture competence presents in semester 1,2 and 5, practice competences base present in semester 2,4 and 5, competences machinery conventional manual present in semester 3 and 4, competences machinery conventional CNC present in semester 6 and 7.

Abstract

The implementation of vocational school curriculum was noticed a difference learning from complexand abstract concepts become more simple, concrete, and easy to understand. One solution to handle thatproblem is a multimedia learning with CAI. This study aims to obtain a real condition of increasing students'mastery learning of the material also compared the differences between student learning using multimedia CAIwith conventional learning. Research method used was quasi-experimental methods are conducted to 30 studentas an experiment samples and the control group with the number of samples of 30 people. The results showedthat students who use multimedia CAI can learn to fully implement the concept and the concept of independentlearning and competency based. Learning by using multimedia CAI can improve student’s mastery learning andhelp to deliver student to achieve a complete mastery of competency and inprove the students mastery of thematerial with a significant difference compared with students who are not using the multimedia CAI.

Abstract

This research aim to re-build labours capacity on concept and knowledge about housing throughconstruction workshop in endure building from earthquake. The result from this research found thatknowledge of participant had been increase to 41% (fourty one percents) through the workshop.
