Abstract

The decline in morals as a result of the development of the times and technology which is so rapid has an impact on changes in the morals of students. In higher education, students often commit plagiarism and copy the answers of their peers in taking exams. This condition certainly affects the Akhlakul Karimah of students, especially in their academic integrity. Basically, the formation of student morals can be corrected early on and controlled permanently through assessment activities carried out in learning activities. Permanent control can be carried out through the Automated Short Essay Scoring (ASES) assessment model. The ASES assessment model is an assessment model by automatically scoring essays by making assessments based on the similarity of students' answers so they cannot plagiarize and copy other people's answers. Given the importance of the ASES study model for the formation of the Akhlakul Karimah of students,  the purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of the Automated Short Essay Scoring (ASES) assessment model in the formation of Akhlakul Karimah students in the Business Ethics in Islam course. This research is a Class Action Research  (CAR) used model John Elliot and is carried out in 3 cycles, where each cycle consists of  stages, namely: planning, action, observating, and reflection. The research instruments used in this study were lecturer and student observation sheets and student test sheets. The results showed that Automated Short Essay Scoring contributed to the formation of Akhlakul Karimah students in the Business Ethics in Islam course which can be seen from the average grades of cycles 1, 2 and 3 of 68.15, 77.85, and 83.90.Keywords: Assessment Model, Automated Short Essay Scoring (ASES), Akhlakul Karimah

Abstract

This research aims to know the School Strategy to Increase ExcellenceGraduates Enter Higher Education at SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan.in Thisresearch is a researcher using a qualitative approach to the type ofapproach analysis qualitative. Collected data that is by using observationtechniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Milesand Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, anddrawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data by extendingobservations, triangulation, and using references. From the results of thisstudy obtained that school strategy in m Increasing the excellence ofgraduates starting from the school's commitment to improving quality,then followed by an increase in resources / Professionalism teachers andeducation personnel, improvement of infrastructure, improvement ofstrong principal management. Strategy in improving the quality of thesegraduates requires the involvement of all elements of the organization,starting from the principal, teachers, staff school,student.Apart from that,parties related externals such as parents/guardians of students, government,community, and existing stakeholders.Keywords: Strategy, Excellence, Graduate

Abstract

Human resources have an important role in an organization, without human resources the organization will not run. Because human resources can control capital, technology and money. Studying the science of human resources cannot be separated from other management activities or processes such as strategic planning, management balancing, and organizational development. The relationship between these aspects of management is so close that it is difficult to separate one from the other. The potential of human resources needs to be developed through the process of human resource development in order to realize human resources that have the ability and skills or quality human resources in accordance with the nature and objectives of national development in Indonesia. This can be done through training and development. Human resource development is very necessary because it has an important aspect in increasing the productivity of human resources and also has certain objectives. The purpose of this study is to describe the problematics of empowerment and human resource development in public junior high school 11 South Jakarta. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are teachers, principals and deputy heads of student affairs. Data collection techniques are interviews and observations. Furthermore, it is used as material in carrying out focus group discussions (FGD). Data analysis is done through three steps, namely: data reduction; data display; and conclusion drawing/verifying. The results showed that the school's problems in empowering human resources in this case teachers at SMPN 11 showed that the lack of motivation, lack of discipline, and lack of ownership of the teachers concerned. School problems in empowering TAS (School Administrative Personnel) at SMPN 11 are: the position of head of school administration personnel at SMPN 11 South Jakarta has not been filled.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness ofimplementing 21st century literacy-based character education at MTsNegeri 2 Labuhanbatu.This research is a qualitative research in the form ofa case study. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 2 Labuhanbatu.The respondents of this study were school principals, vice principals,teachers and students. Data collection techniques by observation,interviews and documents. The results of this study are that MTs Negeri 2Labuhanbatu has implemented character education based on literacy aswell as culture and citizenship well by making careful learning plans.Where madrasas have developed planning and learning systems throughliteracy programs that can explore the intelligence and noble character ofstudents, MTs Negeri 2 Labuhanbatu has implemented quite wellprograms implementing literacy-based character education based onliteracy literacy as well as culture and citizenship and trying to improveprograms so that it can be more easily implemented by teachers andstudents. Character education based on literacy as well as culture andcitizenship is implemented by habituating students at MTs Negeri 2Labuhanbatu. so that students are directly able to obtain and applycharacter education to themselves so as to create output of students whohave good character, are noble, and have a sense of love for culture and thehomeland. The implementation of the literacy program at MTs Negeri 2Labuhanbatu for literacy literacy in schools includes providing readingcorner facilities in each classroom, reading garden facilities, and a library.As for cultural literacy and citizenship, there are extracurricular cultures,scouts and nationalities.Keywords: er Education, 21st Century Literacy, and Literacy in Literacy, and Culturaland Citizenship Literacy

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the need for the development of flipped classroom-based e-modules in elementary schools. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were grade IV teachers and 31 grade IV students for the 2023/2024 school year, UPTD SDN Keleyan 1, Socah District, Bangkalan Regency, East Java, consisting of 16 men and 15 women. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis used is Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on observations and interviews, it can be seen that teachers only use teaching materials in the form of Curriculum Merdeka textbooks provided by the school. In addition, the results of the student needs questionnaire stated that out of 31 students, 25 students (80.64%) were happy if they could learn using teaching materials other than the Curriculum Merdeka textbook, then out of 31 students, 25 students (80.65%) had never learned to use electronic modules. Furthermore, out of 31 students, 31 students (100%) said they were happy if they could study and do assignments with their friends in class. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop flipped classroom-based e-module teaching materials, with flipped classroom-based e-modules can make students independent, active, think critically, and collaboratively in learning.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan salah satu kunci kedudukan dalam pendidikan. Kurikulum merupakan pedoman dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari semua mata pelajaran dan jenjang pendidikan. Dalam kuruikulum terdapat empat komponen yaitu tujuan, materi/isi, proses belajar mengajar, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : penerapan kurikulum 2013 di pondok pesantren dan komponen kurikulum 2013 pada pondok pesantren muhammadiyah at-tanwir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan rancangan studi khusus. Adapun lokasi penelitian ini adalah Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro setingkat SMP. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara, mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan prosudur : mengumpulkan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) kurikulum yang digunakan merupakan kombinasi dari kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum kepondokan, (2) perencanaan kurikulum diwujudkan dalam penentuan tujuan, isi kurikulum dan penguatan struktur dan muatan pembelajaran, (3) pengimplementasian kurikulum di pondok pesantren, (4) evaluasi pada pondok pesantren belum teratur dilaknakan karena baru berdirinya Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership, organizational culture, and infrastructure on the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. This research is ex-post facto research using quantitative methods. The population was 150 people and the sample was 109 people. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing analysis that has been carried out, the significance value (Sig) of the principal's leadership variable (X1) is the result of the calculation, namely a = 3.478 and b = 0857. So a simple linear regression equation is obtained for hypothesis 1, namely: Ŷ = 3.478 + 0.857X1 . Based on data, the regression coefficient value for school principal leadership is 0.857. Second hypothesis. The calculation results obtained are a = 36,964 and b = 1,618. By entering the prices a and b into the regression equation, a simple linear regression equation is obtained for hypothesis 1, namely: Ŷ = 36,964 + 1,618 X2. Based on data, the organizational culture regression coefficient value is 1,618. The third hypothesis resulting from the calculation is a = 5,780 and b = 1,194. By entering the prices a and b into the regression equation, a simple linear regression equation is obtained for hypothesis 1, namely: Ŷ = 5,780 + 1,194 X2. Based on data, the regression coefficient value for infrastructure is 1,194. The fourth hypothesis calculation results are a = 44.398, b = 0.325, c = 1.192, and d = 0.248. By entering the prices a, b, c, and d into the regression equation, we obtain a multiple linear regression equation for hypothesis 4, namely: Ŷ = 44,398+ 0. 325X1 + 1,192X2 + 0. 248 X3. Based on data, the regression coefficient value for principal leadership is 0.325, organizational culture is 1.192.Keywords:Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture, Infrastructure, Teacher Professional Competence.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the leadership applied by the school principal to improve the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Sipispis so that they work more effectively and efficiently. The method used in the research is a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis, namely by using data collection techniques in the field through the process of interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Sipispis with strategies, namely: Teacher task distribution meetings, directing teachers to create lesson plans, increasing teacher capacity through the MGMP program, monitoring and evaluating teacher performance. It is hoped that the participant leadership pattern implemented by the school principal will be able to improve teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Sipispis. Obstacles in improving teacher performance include the short term of principalship, the lack of discipline of some teachers due to the long distance from home to school, and the small income or honorarium received by teachers.Keywords:Principal Leadership, Teacher Performance

Abstract

Kemudahan yang dialami mahasiswa dalam berbagai tugas yang dibantu oleh AI tersebut sangat berperan dalam menentukan kemajuan atau malah kemunduran mahasiswa. Bantuan artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam berbagai tugas belajar, terutama dengan kecepatan yang sangat tinggi, dapat memengaruhi kegigihan dan optimisme, selain itu, kemudahan yang diberikan oleh AI dalam belajar dapat mengurangi tingkat daya tahan (GRIT) mahasiswa.Optimisme berperan dalam menunjang mahasiswa dalam berbagai tugas, sikap optimisme tersebut mendukung grit untuk terus memiliki daya juang dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab dengan tepat waktu. Dukungan dosen juga diperlukan mahasiswa karena dorongan dari lingkungan sekitar dapat menumbuhkan kegigihan mahasiswa. Apakah mahasiswa saat ini mengalami kemajuan atau kemunduran dalam menghadapi era AI ini, dan bagaimana optimisme dan dukungan dosen terhadap GRIT memainkan peran dalam hal tersebut. Adapun kelompok subjek yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Prodi Ekonomi Syariah Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung yang berjumlah 310 mahasiswa. Dengan kriteria responden pada penelitian ini adalah: 1) Usia 20-24 tahun 2) Mahasiswa aktif dan 3) Mahasiswa Angkatan 2019 4) terbiasa menggunakan artificial intelligence. Metode dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan 3 skala yaitu grit, optimisme dan dukungan dosen. Peneliti menggunakan skala yang diadaptasi dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Fatah (2022) berdasarkan teori grit Duckworth (2007) dan Wahyu (2019) berdasarkan teori optimisme Seligman (2006) dan dukungan sosial berdasarkan alat ukur yang dikemukakan oleh Smet (2018) yang telah diadaptasi dari penelitian Maharani (2022) Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisa data menggunakan SPSS 22.0 for windows dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara optimisme dan dukungan dosen dengan grit pada mahasiswa dengan nilai koefisien korelasi R 0.723 dan nilai F 93.676 dengan taraf signifikan 0.001, dengan nilai 0.523 atau sebanyak 52,3% sedangkan 47,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi grit pada mahasiswa. Di era artificial intelligence akan menjadi sebuah kemajuan jika mahasiswa memiliki optimisme karena optimisme memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan Grit. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa optimisme memberikan 22% sumbangan efektif terhadap grit. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan oleh dukungan dosen sebesar 30% terhadap grit. mengapa penting mahasiswa mendapat dukungan dosen karena hal ini berkaitan dengan masalah etika dan privasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Peningkatan mutu merupakan tugas yang paling utama, dan menjadi prioritas utama bagi setiap lembaga, termasuk Ma'had Bukit Shafa. Standar pendidikan ditentukan oleh kualitas yang dihasilkan oleh fasilitas pendidikan. Hal ini dapat diketahui dengan menghitung jumlah santri yang berprestasi, baik akademik maupun ekstrakurikuler, serta lulusan yang sesuai dengan tujuan lembaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1)  Perencanaan efektivitas manajemen dalam mewujudkan mutu lembaga Ma’had Bukit Shafa Kecamatan Pintu Rime Gayo Kabupaten Bener Meriah menggunakan berbagai startegi diantaranya: startegi evaluasi diri, strategi komunikasi, strategi target mutu, dan startegi kerjasama. (2) Pelaksanaan efektivitas  manajemen dalam mewujudkan mutu lembaga Ma’had Bukit Shafa Kecamatan Pintu Rime Gayo Kabupaten Bener Meriah yang terdiri dari beberapa aspek diantaranya:  aspek kurikulum, aspek penerimaan santri,  pola penempatan guru, sarana dan prasarana, dan anggaran (3) Faktor pendukung efektivitas manajemen dalam mewujudkan mutu lembaga Ma’had Bukit Shafa yaitu: kepemimpian yang kuat, ustadz dan ustadzah, kemauan motivasi belajar santri yang kuat, lingkungan, kemandirian, kerjasama/teamwork, kepercayaan masyrakat, bantuan masyarakat dan pemerintah. Faktor penghambat efektivitas manajemen dalam mewujudkan mutu lembaga Ma’had Bukit Shafa yaitu: minimnya tenaga pengajar,  sarana prasarana, kurangnya sumber belajar, kurangnya kedisiplinan, anggaran belum mencukupi. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas Manajemen, Mutu Lembaga
