Abstract

Abstrak. A research on the use of models Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC)-assisted learning media bulletin on hydrocarbon material. This study aims to improve teacher activity, student activity, learning outcomes (cognitive), and the students' response to the use of media-aided model of CIRC bulletin on learning hydrocarbon material. This study used a research design class action (PTK) with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and evaluation, as well as analysis and reflection. The subjects were students of class X-6 SMAN 8 Banjarmasin the number of 33 people. Research data was collected using the observation sheet activity, achievement test, and questionnaire responses. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that the application of the model-aided media bulletin CIRC can increase the activity score of 53 teachers from the first cycle to a score of 71.34 in the second cycle with the criteria very well. Student activity also increased from a score of 31.17 in the first cycle to a score of 43.33 in the second cycle with the criteria very well. Mastery of cognitive learning outcomes of students also increased, from 72.70% in the first cycle, and 96.97% in the second cycle. X-6 grade students of SMA Negeri 8 Banjarmasin responded positively to the learning by using a model-aided media bulletin Circ.Keywords : Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC), bulletin, cognitive learning outcomes, hydrocarbon.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of PBL model of metacognition activity based in learning solubility equilibria and the solubility product in class XI SMAN 2 Banjarmasin. This research method is a quasi- experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The population was a student of class XI IPA SMAN 2 Banjarmasin. Samples were taken by purposive sampling, and class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and XI IPA 3 as the control class. Data collection techniques using problem-solving test, observation and inventory sheets. Based on the ANAVA test showed that there were significance effect of PBL model of metacognition activity based in learning solubility equilibria and the solubility product in class XI SMAN 2 Banjarmasin.Keywords: PBL, problem solving, and solubility equilibria and the solubility product.

Abstract

Abstract. This study concerning the effect of the use of the model-assisted learning Team Assisted Individualization media concept map. This study aims (1) to determine differences in cognitive achievement between students who use learning model Team Assisted Individualization media aided concept maps with students using the learning model without assisted Team Assisted Individualization media concept map on the material hydrolysis of salt (2) determine students' response to learning model using Team Assisted Individualization media aided concept maps. This research method is a quasi-experiment. Samples were students of class XI-Sains 1 and XI-Sains 2 in MAN 1 Banjarmasin numbered 74 people. The research design used was the nonequivalent control group design. Collecting data using achievement test and questionnaire responses. The data were analyzed using t-test with a significance level of 5%. Techniques used for the analysis of the percentage of responses. Calculation of the t-test showed that tcount> ttable therefore concluded that there are significant differences in learning outcomes between experimental and control classes. As for the response of the students as much as 75.08% gave a positive response in the experimental.keywords: model team assisted individualization of learning, concept maps, learning outcomes, hydrolysis of salt.

Abstract

Abstract. A research on the application of Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning models in the hydrolysis of the salt material in class XI science 2 SMA PGRI 6 Banjarmasin. This study aims to determine: (1) improving the quality of teacher learning, (2) improvement of student learning activities, (3) student’s critical thinking skills, (4) improving student learning outcomes. This study uses classroom action research design with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and evaluation, as well as analysis and reflection. The subject were student of class XI Science SMA PGRI 6 Banjarmasin with the number 28. The data include observation of teacher activity and student activity. Outcomes data of critical thinking skills collected using essay tests at the end of each lesson and learning outcomes data were collected using the test results to learn at the end of each cycle. Results of the study showed that the application of AIR learning models can improve teacher learning with good criteria in the first cycle to be very good in the second cycle. Student activity increased with good criteria in the first cycle to be very good in the second cycle. Student’s critical thinking skills increased each indicator by category quite well in the first cycle to be good on the second cycle. Application of AIR learning models can improve student’s mastery of learning outcomes of the average 69.35 % in the first cycle to be 89.30% in the second cycle or an increase of 19.95%.Keywords : auditory, intellectually, repetition (air) learning model, critical thinking skills, learning outcomes,hydrolysis of salts

Abstract

Abstract. It has been done research about the use type cooperative of Team Assisted Individualization of material solubility and result multiplication of solubility in class XI IPA-1 SMAN 6 Banjarmasin 2013/2014. The research was intended to improve, (1) activity of teacher, (2) a student activity and (3) result of learning. This research uses design of class act research has been done in two cycle. The cycle one has been implemented in three meetings. Every cycle has phase of planning, implementation of the action, observation and evaluation, analysts and reflection. Subject of research are students in the class XI IPA-1 in SMAN 6 Banjarmasin with total the students are 35 people. The research instrument is written test instrument. The objective type questions are is questions, and non instrument test like a observation the data was analyzed using a presentation instrument. The result showed that the repair for several learning phase of cycle one to cycle two used model of learning cooperative with Team Assisted Individualization type can (1) to improve the activity of teachers with very good criteria by 76, (2) to improve activity of student with very good criteria by 43,66, (3) to improve a succesfully of students by 14,02% from cycle one by 80,01% to cycle two by 94,62%.Keywords : result of learning, model of Team Assisted Individualization, solubility and results multiplication of solubility.

Abstract

Abstract. A research on the application of blended learning in the material solubility and solubility product. This study aims to determine (1) the formation of students' mental models after using blended learning, (2) the difference between the results of student learning through the implementation of blended learning and conventional learning material is applied to the solubility and solubility product of high school students of class XI Science PGRI 4 Banjarmasin, (3) students' response to the application of blended learning and conventional learning material that is applied to the solubility and solubility product of high school students of class XI Science PGRI 4 Banjarmasin. The research method used was a quasi experiment. Research sample are high school students of class XI Science PGRI 4 Banjarmasin which consists of class XI IPA 1 as the control class (n = 27) and class 2 as class XI Science experiments (n = 25). Data collection techniques and the value of using student response test and questionnaire techniques. Statistical analysis using ANOVA test path. The results showed that (1) the formation of students' mental models after using blended learning on material solubility and solubility product for the better, (2) learning outcomes between students who learn the material solubility and solubility product using high Lebing blended learning compared with students who learn the material solubility and solubility product using conventional learning, (3) blended learning received a positive response from the students of class XI Science 2 SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin on material solubility and solubility product.Keywords: blended learning, mental model, learning outcomes, solubility and solubility product.

Abstract

Abstract. Action research with two cycles. The main subject of this study was 34 students in XI IPA 2 Senior High School 7 Banjamasin. The instrument of study included learning test, ycreative-critical thinking style test, observation, and polling. The results of this study showed learning result rise from 70.59% on cycle I to 97.06% on cycle II and improved results to higher learning in students with creative thinking style. This rise also followed by teacher activity, students activity, and students responses in teaching process.Keywords: learning result, thinking styles, scientific problem solving.

Abstract

Abstract: A research on the application of TGT-assisted learning model question cards to improve students learning outcomes and activities of the hydrocarbon material in class X-5 SMAN 4 Banjarmasin. This study aims to determine (1) the teacher in managing classroom activities, (2) students during the learning activity, (3) Results of student learning, and (4) Response X-5 grade students of SMAN 4 Banjarmasin the TGT-assisted learning model cards matter in hydrocarbon material. The method of research is a class act. The subjects were students of SMAN 4 Banjarmasin class X-5 as many as 36 people. Data collection techniquesusing objective tests, observation sheets and questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of learning by using a card-assisted learning model TGT matter (1) Improving the quality of teacher activity at 55.28 at 60.25 first cycle to the second cycle with either category, (2) Improving the quality of student activityby 37 cycles I became 52.26 with either category, (3) Improving the quality of learning on cognitive learning outcomes in the first cycle of 61.11% to 88.89% in the second cycle, and the affective behavior characterized by an increase of 11.06 on the character quality 12.41 on the first cycle to the second cycle, the social skills of students in the first cycle of 14.74 has increased the quality of social be 14.36 in the second cycle with either category, (4) students gave a positive response.Keywords: TGT, question card, hydrocarbon

Abstract

Abstract. A research on the application of the Scientific approach to redox learning in the classroom X MS 5 SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin academic year 2013/2014. This research aimed to determine: (1) the activity of the teacher (2) increase the activity of students (3) increase students' science process skills (4) enhancement of cognitive and affective outcomes. This research method uses design of classroom action research (PTK) with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and evaluation, as well as analysis and reflection. The subjects were students of class X MS 5 SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin the number of 34 people. The research instrument is a test instrument type process skills worksheets, achievement test objective type questions totaling 15 questions and non-test. The results stated that (1) the implementation of the cycle I of teachers teaching process is fair increase to very good in the cycle II (2) increase the activity of students from cycle I to cycle II with a score of 9 (3) increase students' science process skills from the cycle I to cycle II with a score of 12,2 (4) increase students' mastery of cognitive learning outcomes of the cycle I to the cycle II of 12,5% and affective learning outcomes of character behavior and social skills of students cycle I was quite good at rising to the cycle II.Keywords: science process skills, scientific approaches, redox.

Abstract

Abstract. Has done research on learning Probing prompting the hydrocarbon material class X-1 SMA PGRI 6 Banjarmasin. This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of teacher learning, (2) student activities, (3) improving student learning outcomes, (4) student response. This study used a research design class action (PTK) with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and evaluation, as well as analysis and reflection. The subjects were students of class X-1 SMA PGRI 6 Banjarmasin the number of 26 people. The data include the observation of teacher activity, student activity and student response. Data were collected using the learning outcomes achievement test were collected using multiple choice questions each end of the cycle. The results showed that the learning model Probing prompting the teacher can increase the activity of both criteria in the first cycle and very good in the second cycle. Activity increased with the criteria students active in the first cycle became very active in the second cycle. Probing prompting learning model can improve student learning outcomes completeness of the average of 76.92% in the first cycle to 100% in the second cycle or an increase of 23.08%.
