<![CDATA[Panti Werdha in Banjarbaru is a community service institution managed by the private sector with the aim of promoting the tranquility of the elderly in their old age. The lack of availability of supporting facilities in Banjarbaru has led to a decrease in peer attention to the elderly in Banjarbaru. The hope is that the design of the Nursing Home in Banjarbaru will be able to improve the quality of life for the elderly in Banjarbaru. The problem that the author raises in the design of social services for the elderly is, How is the design of the elderly housing in Banjarbaru that can facilitate comfortable and safe activities for the elderly? The method that the author applies in solving this problem is the Person Centered Map, using the concept of Behavioral Architecture.]]>

<![CDATA[English Course Center Banjarbaru aims to make the place a gathering center for activities to introduce or show the importance of speaking English in life for the general public, where there is a lot of potential that requires foreign language skills, especially English. Even so, Banjarbaru as an education city still does not have it, due to the lack of public interest in English. Therefore, the Banjarbaru English Course Center was designed, using the concept of character and the metaphorical method, which is expected to create an English course center that represents the identity of the country of origin and is translated into architectural visuals. The character concept, which takes the English variable and uses a landmark metaphorical approach in England, was chosen because it is able to represent the English Course Center.]]>

<![CDATA[Pusat Edukasi Sungai Karang Mumus Samarinda merupakan tempat pembelajaran rehabilitasi sungai yang dilaksanakan oleh Komunitas Gerakan Memungut Sehelai Sampah (GMSS SKM). Tujuan GMSS adalah mengadakan fasilitas untuk mengedukasi masyarakat agar memulihkan kondisi, fungsi, kemanfaatan Sungai Karang Mumus bagi lingkungan hidup yang baik dan sehat serta kesejahteraan masyarakat, binatang, dan ruang hidup alami. Program yang dilakukan dari sosialisasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang akan mendorong masyarakat, akademisi, dan pendatang kota peduli pada lingkungan sungai. Melalui pendekatan arsitektur ekologis yang diharapkan agar masyarakat dapat menangkap dari tujuan GMSS dari melihat, memahami, meningkatan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, dan memiliki tindakan aktif dalam memelihara sungai.]]>

<![CDATA[The Down syndrome Children's Therapy Center in Banjarmasin is designed to help Down syndrome children get facilities in the process of growth and development. In addition, this design can also be used to introduce Down syndrome to the general public. This design provides facilities in the form of basic therapy and training for down syndrome children, the therapeutic facilities provided consist of motor therapy, sensory therapy, and cognitive therapy. In solving the problems in this design, the Human-Centered design method is used so as to produce concepts that help design. The concept of educational games with the nuances of a zoo is also used as a reference to be able to provide good facilities and in accordance with the needs of Down syndrome children.]]>

The existence of this goal is based on the problem of the archery room that can threaten the environment. <![CDATA[Banjarbaru has become a thriving city with various existing communities, from art, food, clothing, conventional sports, and electronic sports, which can invite people from outside the city to come. The electronic sports in Banjarbaru has the potential to be developed as an opportunity to show the local children's potential and have quality players who are no less competitive. Along with the rapid development of E-Sports, and the increasing number of enthusiasts who are highly expected in Banjarbaru, a Guidance and Development are needed to accommodate E-Sport enthusiasts themselves to practice and obtain adequate facilities. The Eco-Futuristic Architecture theme is applied to the design because E-Sport is closely related to technology that has developed until today.]]>

<![CDATA[Culinary is one of the attractions of the community which has experienced a lot of development to the phenomenon of hanging out culture which is currently a trend in Banjarbaru City. However, due to the absence of a place to accommodate this, a place was created in the form of a Food Court. The design of the Food Court in Banjarbaru City is the answer to this problem with the Third Place Method as a method of solving it which aims as a forum for visitors to carry out certain activities or relax while enjoying culinary delights. The concept applied is Communal Dining Place, which means a space that accommodates social activities and is used for the whole community or community. This concept is based on the actors in this design by considering the settings that are influenced by three elements, namely humans as the subject of actors, activities and human thoughts with different needs.]]>

<![CDATA[Martapura is called the city of Mecca because it is known as a religious city. In 2019, the Banjar Regency government plans to create a place that houses the Yellow Book which will be located in Murung Kenanga Village, Martapura. The Yellow Book is the source of classical Islamic readings. The place that housed this was later called The Yellow Book Gallery. The purpose of this design is to learn and inform the general public, also as a center for the study and development of the Yellow Book to preserve it. The design method used is the method of Islamic architecture with the principle of habluminallah, habluminannas and hambluminal'alam. The design concept is a communicative and educative concept which is the result of linking the ta'dib program concept (ilm’, ta'lim, and tarbiyah) with the method of Islamic architecture.]]>

<![CDATA[Geographically, Indonesia is an agricultural country with a very wide area and many have abundant natural resources, one of which is the beach which is often used by the government as a tourism industry sector. When viewed from the flow of tourist visitor growth in South Kalimantan, it has surged every year. In order for the development of the tourism sector of Batakan Baru Beach to increase, facilities and accommodations are needed that can accommodate all tourist activities. The right choice of accommodation facilities is a resort with a coast to coast glamping resort concept with a biomorphic architecture analogy design method. The choice of this concept is able to solve design problems that are disaster responsive and environmentally friendly and able to shape the behavior of visitors to participate in protecting the environment.]]>
