Abstract

Process of implementation of the high building construction usually takes a long time and complex so it can cause uncertainty and various risks. The purpose of the research are analysis of the significant risks and determine the response to significant risks.The research process is performed by survey. Data questionnaire analysis begins with risk identification through the study of literature, after it carried out a risk analysis conducted by distributing questionnaires to a number of respondents. Respondents are site manager, site engineer, logistics mechanics, team leader, supervising consultants. The risk analysis is done by estimating the likelihood that the biggest risk will occur and the resulting impact on costs and step time ast conduct risk response by way of interviews with selected respondents. Assessment of the risk by Severity Index and Probability Impact Grid. Based on the analysis found that the variable is a significant risk with respect to time, there are six kinds of risks as well as the response variable. While variable significant risks to cost, there are five kinds as well as its.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to provide an overview of the using of Analytical Geographical Information System (GIS) to determine Environmental Carrying Capacity and Capability in Tanah Laut Regency Province of South Kalimantan. The combination methode of Pairwise Comparation and The spatial capacity offered by GIS is directly applicable to understanding the spatial variation by environmental factors. The result of this study shows that carrying capacity and capability can reflect a potential and availability of natural resources in the area of Tanah Laut Regency so that it can be known in which areas have the greatest potential and availability of indicators where the percentage distribution of the extent of the environmental carrying capacity of each ecosistem service potential and the most dominant availability are in the District of Jorong, which is 60% for the High category including 6 Ecosistem Services and 40% for the very high category for 4 Ecosistem Services. 30% Kintap Subdistrict for very high category for 3 Ecosistem Services and 20% for High category includes 2 Ecosistem Services.

Abstract

Height of oprit on  Sei Tuak Bridge reaches 3,5 m. Oprit made by  new system, modular wall. Advantages of modular system are : construcability, has a positive aspect of the schedule, the number of field workers and office project are few, aspect of quality dan productivity, testing. Modular walls is choosed  to increase aesthetics value. Modular wall are used on sand. However, in Sei Tuak Bridge modular wall built on clay. The purpose of analysis are analyzed stability oprit on the Sei Tuak Bridge. The result of analysis shows : soil active pressure at the first segment is 0.193 ton detained by deadmen is 0.235 ton, at the second segment is 0.2895 ton detained by deadmen is 1.873 ton, at the third segment is 0.2895 ton detained by deadmen is 2.474 ton, at the fourth segment is 0.355 ton detained by deadmen  is 3.075 ton, and the fifth segment is 0.732 ton detained by deadmen is 3.675 ton. Deadmen is located at a distance 3.5 m. Its longer than failure area at 2.103 m. Safety factor of  tierod at the first segment is 22.854, at the second segment 15.236, at the third 15.236, at the fourth segment is 12.425, and at the fifth segment is 6.026. Safety factor of bearing capacity is 1.122. And safety factor of this modular wall  stability is 2.724.

Abstract

Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor – Banjarmasin merupakan salah satu bandar udara yang dikelola PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura I dan memiliki permintaan angkutan udara untuk penumpang dan kargo yang cukup potensial. Bandara Syamsudin Noor memiliki panjang landas pacu sebesar 2.500 x 45 m dengan arah azimuth 10 – 28.Metode perencanaan perkerasan struktural pada landas pacu bandar udara yang umum digunakan adalah metode CBR, metode FAA, metode LCN dari Inggris, metode Asphalt Institute dan metode Canadian Departement Of Transportation. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk  merencanakan tebal perkerasan lentur pada landas pacu Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor – Banjarmasin sepanjang 2500 m untuk pesawat rencana B 737-900ER dengan menggunakan metode CBR (US. Army Corps Of Engineers Design Method), metode FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) dan metode LCN (Load Classification Number), serta menganalisa kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing metode yang digunakan.Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan dari metode-metode perencanaan struktur perkerasan lentur yang digunakan diperoleh bahwa metode CBR (US. Army Corps Of Engineers Design Method) dan FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) memiliki tebal yang sama besar, yaitu sebesar 27 inchi atau 69cm, sedangkan untuk metode LCN (Load Classification Number) memiliki tebal paling besar, yaitu sebesar 38 inchi atau 97 cm. Hasil perencanaan tebal perkerasan dengan menggunakan metode CBR dan FAA sama dengan hasil perencanaan PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura I dengan jenis lapis keras lentur (flexible pavement) sebesar 690 mm atau sama dengan 69 cm. Adapun material yang digunakan dalam perencanaan perkerasan lentur runway tersebut adalah : untuk lapisan surface digunakan Asphalt Concrete (AC), untuk base course digunakan material batu pecah, dan untuk subbase course digunakan material agregat alam.

Abstract

Suatu struktur yang terdiri dari balok yang menggunakan profil baja, pada saat pembebanan dikerjakan, sebelum mencapai momen leleh pada bagian tertentu dari profil baja tersebut sudah mengalami leleh terlebih dahulu atau yang dinamakan daerah inelastis. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena profil baja sebelum beban dikerjakan sudah terdapat tegangan sebagai sisa dari proses fabrikasi yang menggunakan sistem hot rolled. Analisis dilakukan dengan memperhitungkan perilaku elastoplastis penampang yang dilakukan dengan memodelkan proses palstifikasi yang terjadi pada penampang akibat lentur dan adanya tegangan sisa tersebut.

Abstract

Parking area is one of the important problem in our daily life.  This park problem increases as much as growth of resident.  As the increasing of amont of people and vehicle. Those wildings are no longer enable to provide the parking area, beside that buldings with many space parking area. The purpose of this research is describing the need of two and four wheel vehicle for the parking area in the comerse building inBanjarmasin. In this case, providing of parking area is counting based on the maximum accumulation of two and four wheel vehicle to the width of building, amount of employees.The method used is analysis of linier and multy linier regresi.  As the result of analysis, the best regresi model for four wheel motor vehicle parking is linier with equition of  Y1 = 4,63 + 0,0083  X1  With  R2 = 0,981, and for two wheel motor vehicle is linier with equition of  Y2 = 2,84 + 0,0167 with R2 = 0,982.  The minimum standart widw of parking need four for the four wheel motor vehicle is one check park 101 m2 of comerce building, and for the two wheel motor vehicle is one check park  57 m2 of comerce building.

Abstract

One of the added values of the sea salt is to make it refined salt. The recent manufacture of refined salt , done with a lengthy process . It was started with evaporating of sea water, and then washing to remove impurities. Furthermore, the washed salt was dried again before refining process on the crusher and iodizing.  This study aimed to obtain an effective alternative technologies with a relatively low cost , so as to increase the added value for the local salt products.In this study will be designed and manufactured of an ultrasonic spray dryer prototype by integrate spray dryers technology with ultrasonic technology to product fined salt. Dimensions and capacity of each component is calculated to obtain a production capacity of 5 g/h . Salt product measured by a microscope and compared with conventional salt .As a result, heating air  flow of 12.235 m3 / h , air heater power of 320 watts , atomizer capacity of 250 ml / h and drying tube dimensions Ø400mm x 400mm at the top and cone with a height of 400mm at the bottom of the tube . Performance test results fined salt with 20μm to 25μm size . Keywords : Salt, ultrasonic, spray dryers, fineness.

Abstract

Flood in Banjar’s Regency was caused by high frequency rainfall. Rainfall is the most important input component in the hydrologic process. This aim of this study is to give the hydrologic analysis at the Riam Kanan Sub catchment. Specific Model needed in study of stream characteristic with the approach to existing system complexity in a catchment, hence compatible model used is such as Even Model and Continuous Model. Based of both study, even in high flow analysis or low flow analysis there was a similar cause the flood at the Riam Kanan Sub catchment, landuse changed. The result of this study indicated that the hydrologic analysis of Banjar’s Regency flood been caused by effect of land use changed, by reduction of forest area become the area of settlement and opened mining.

Abstract

South Kalimantan is not spared by the flood. One of the rivers that floods are the river Riam Kiwa. The area being flooded each year is the District Astambul. This research will discuss about the capacity of the river Riam Kiwa Astambul Ruas assisted by HEC-RAS software 4.1.0.The method used is a field research conducted along the river Riam Kiwa Astambul segment, so we get the river Riam Kiwa geometry data were reviewed. The data is then combined with hydrological data so it can do the analysis of hydrology and hydraulics.The research results obtained are flood discharge river Riam Kiwa plans vary for different periods of time. Flood discharge plan increased from 2 years return period flood discharge plan to return period of 100 years. River Riam Kiwa Astambul Ruas could not accommodate due to the capacity of the river is not comparable with the incoming flood discharge. One of the flood control efforts on the river Riam Kiwa Segment Astambul is to build dikes. Embankment required varies for each variation of the flood discharge with return period with a maximum height of 11.0 m embankment. High embankment increases with increasing flood discharge plan.
