Abstract

Pada konstruksi yang kondisi tanah lunak dengan ketebalan yang cukup dalam seperti di Banjarmasin, secara teknis mempunyai sifat – sifat geoteknik yang tidak menguntungkan.   Seiring tuntutan kebutuhan,  tingkat  kepadatan  lalu  lintas  yang  semakin  tinggi  terutama  permasalahan  kemacetan  yang panjang pada persimpangan jalan Gatot Subroto Banjarmasin memastikan perlu adanya konstruksi jembatan Flyover  yang dibangun  di tengah kota. Konstruksi  pondasi boredpile  dengan diameter  besar memerlukan perhatian khusus bagi inspektur geoteknik dalam pengawasan konstruksi jembatan khususnya pada Flyover. Penggunaan  Boredpile  dengan  diameter  2000  mm  merupakan  konstruksi  pondasi  pertama  kali  yang dilaksanakan di Banjarmasin,  dengan kedalaman instalasi mencapai 60 meter rencana memerlukan metode pelaksanaan dalam piling record sesuai dengan code/ standar yang berlaku termasuk didalamnya adalah pengujian – pengujian yang dilakukan pada Boredpile dalam rangka mencapai quality assurance yang diperlukan.

Abstract

Any material intended for automotive use, especially in the body panels must have the criteria able to form (formable), weldability (weldable), coatable (resistant to corrosion) and able to be repaired (repairable). One group of materials that meet all the above requirements are dual phase steel. To form a dual phase steel can be done through a process of heat treatment.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of heat treatment temperature on the formation of a dual phase of the material hardness properties and flexural strength steel.The method used is a variation of the process of heat treatment at temperature 7300C, 7500C, 7700C, 8000C, 8500C, 9000C.The results of the study include the establishment of dual phase steel can improve the hardness of AISI 1005 steel with a carbon content of 0.033% C, the highest value of flexural strength is obtained at a temperature of 770 ° C treatment that is 1.98 kg / mm2 with 223.08 HV hardness values. The hardness and flexural lowest strength obtained at the treatment temperature of 900 ° C is 197.14 HV and 1.15 kg / mm2 and dual phase steel with optimum mechanical properties obtained at a temperature of 770 ° C. Key word : heat treatment, dual phase, hardness, flexure strength

Abstract

Crhome plated processing has excellency rather than to others type of plating. Its excellence is : the resistance from worn out, crhome plated resists to gas interference and the temperature under 500 0C.Reseach methodology which is being done is experiment, in which is being tested as the sample of steel ST 37 product that is being plated with hard chrome. The testing is being done, invelop the test of hardness and thickness of chrome on steel ST 37.Hard chrome plated increases the thickness and hardness also reduce the friction coefficient and change the performance /surface of the object being plated, the hardness of hard chrome plated is also interferred by use of tight current and interferred by the processing time, at the liquid concentration 200 gr/lt Cr03 and 2,0 gr/lt H2SO4, and the thickness of hard chrome plated is interferred by tight current and also is interferred by the processing time, in the liquid concentration 200 gr/lt Cr03 and 2,0 gr/lt H2SO4.

Abstract

The release of Amendment 1 Technical Specs Revised Regulations of 2010 which about the use of Fillers in a mixture of cement Lataston Hot Rolled Sheet - Wearing Coarse (HRS - WC) is limited the range of a minimum of 1% of the aggregate weight (maximum upper limit not limited) and the quantity of anti-stripping additive usage in the range of 0.2% - 0.4% by weight of the asphalt. The positive impact is at the time of manufacture Mix Design Formula (DMF) and the Job Mix Formula (JMF) provides the free to use Fillers Cement in unlimited maximum limit and no limit on the quantity of the addition of the use of anti-stripping additive initially 0, 3% to 0.4%, so with the use of Fillers Cement unlimited or above 2% and increase the quantity of use of anti-stripping additive to 0.4% the possibility that the Asphalt Mixture Performance will be better. Negative impact to the user while the specification is the difficulty in determining the percentage of ideal Fillers Cement for the Asphalt Mixture Performance results achieved is the maximum result.This study in the laboratory to determine the results of Asphalt Mixture Performance, by raising the value of anti-stripping additives and uses Source Quary Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu South Kalimantan Province whether the results are in the Technical Specifications.Research results generated is Mixed Performance Value Lataston HRS - WC Marshall Stability value that is equal to 1084.52 kg, the Air Cavity Value In A mixture of 5.30%, 3.70 mm kelelehan, Marshall coefficient 293.11 Kg / mm and Optimum Asphalt Content 6,80%. It can be concluded that the use of filler Cement Additives 2.0% and 0.35% Mixed Performance Lataston HRS - WC also Technical Specifications and Materials Use Quary Tanah Bumbu can be used as a construction material Pavement. Abstract

In the application of welding "GTAW" has several advantages such as welding results do not need to be cleaned from slag or corrosion residue. Due to the above-mentioned advantages, the precise determination of weld parameters and offset by the welding skills of welded characteristics will be affected. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristic of GTAW welding on low carbon steel, by observing the shape of weld bead and supported by the result of macro photo of welding result from various variations of currents and variations of the angle geometry of tungsten electrode. The method used in this study is an experimental method, with treatment of parameters of parameters of current and parameters of angle geometry variation of tapering of tunsten electrode. Analyze method is done to welding result and macro photo of T connection weld result. From the analysis of GTAW weld metal form with type T connection through variation of electrode geometry angle and strong welding current in this research, can be drawn some conclusions, among others, from some variation of weld geometry angle which gives good shape of welding characteristic and deep penetration is angle 300 of ampere 90 A.

Forging is workmanship of steel or metal become form which good for by using compressor or hammer. Intention of this research to analyse the quality of from steel result of process forge in the bearing of with storey;level hardness of him. Besides to know the quality of cooler media able to be used so that can improve;repair the nature of physical and nature of is mechanical the than steel result of forging. From examination of hardness which can know that at process treatment of heat with different cooler media (air, water, and salt water), highest hardness is cooler media irrigate salt. But for the making of crosscut knife (parang) is water. Because the hardness storey;level of high enough and the him of compared to lower of salt.

Abstract

Tanning industry wastewater includingliquid wasterequires special carebecausethe rest of the ingredients Tanning  perishable sand the amount of metal ions that can cause pollution and danger toliving things. Electrocoagulation process has be enevaluated as an alternative technology to reduce the concentration of chromium from Tanning  effluent. Elektrokoagulator electrocoagulation performed in a batchstirred by using a pair of metal electrodes with dimensions of technical 100-25-0.5mm. By variation of the length of time from 15 minutes to astirring 75 min, the variation speed of 120 rpm stirring to 600 rpm, and the variation of the degree of acidity of 4-8.  The results showed that the concentration of chromiumin the waste water can be reduced by using electrocoagulation of 2435.714 mg/Lup to2.84 mg/L.

Abstract

Utilization of waste rice husk, especially in South Kalimantan, is not very efficient. Therefore, it needs more maximal utilization, for example it is used to manufacture alternative fuels in the form of charcoal briquettes. The effort to maximizing utilize waste rice husk as charcoal briquettes, we need to know the combustion characteristics. The study, we used a variation of the ratio between siam rice husk charcoal in the peat region areas and pandak is located in the tidal areas with adhesives of 5%, 10% and 15% respectively. Characteristics of testing follows SNI 01-6235-2000. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the charcoal waste of rice husk waste with a percentage of 5% adhesive has a good value compared to the addition of other adhesives, where siam rice husk has a water content of 4.9% and pandak has a higher moisture content of 5.0%, whereas for husk heating values Pandak rice is larger with a value of 5063.6 cal / gram, compared to siam rice husk with a value of 4894.5 cal / gram.

Abstract

Kinerja yang baik umumnya sulit dicapai oleh perusahaan-perusahaan kontraktor di Kabupaten Kapuas, terutama pada proyek kualifikasi menengah keatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan memberikan penilaian dalam memilih perusahaan kontraktor yang lebih baik dari segi penyediaan sumber daya terhadap kinerja proyek yang telah dilaksanakan. Untuk ini digunakan analisis faktor untuk untuk mengetahui variable yang berpengaruh besar dalam setiap faktor sumber daya terhadap kinerja kontraktor. Kemudian dilakukan pengelompokan berdasarkan ketersediaan sumber daya yang dimiliki dengan menggunakan analisis kelompok (cluster analysis), dan selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian dan penentuan terhadap kontraktor yang lebih baik dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Procees (AHP).Dari penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis faktor dihasilkan faktor sumber daya manusia / tenaga kerja memiliki nilai variance terbesar dalam memberikan pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja perusahaan kontraktor yaitu sebesar 53,29% diwakili oleh variable lingkungan kerja dan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil dari analisis kelompok/Cluster Analysis diperoleh perusahaan kontraktor dengan kinerja yang lebih baik (kelompok 1), yaitu: PT,Cahaya Baru Indah Persada, PT.Agratama Karya Mulia dan PT.Berkat Restu Ibu Konstruski. Sedangkan hasil dari Analytical Hierarchy Procees (AHP) diperoleh kontraktor dengan kinerja yang lebih baih baik yang memiliki bobot prioritas terbesar yaitu 52,13% atau leih dari 50% proyek yang dikerjakan dapat memenuhi standar penyelesaian dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kapuas.
