Abstract

Indonesia is rich geological resources consisting of rocks, minerals and minerals. Talking about the geology is very closely related to prehistoric times because of not finding written evidence from prehistoric times, the information concerning this age obtained through fields like paleontology, astronomy, biology, geology, anthropology, and archeology importance of preserving and maintaining prehistoric relics. So will foster a sense of responsibility to it. This is in line with the duties of the Directorate General of Culture Ministry of Education and Indonesian culture in its performance report which suggested that the remains of important historical remains preserved as a living lesson for the next generation. The research objective construct a conceptual foundation design of the design of the Museum of Geology and prehistory with high-tech architecture approach, applying double facade system, Ligth Pipe and photovoltaic systems in buildings, applying intelligent systems in utility buildings. This report is the result of designing buildings and prehistoric geological museum in Makassar with high-tech architecture approach.

Abstract

Watampone Bone is downtown district which has a variety of cultural heritage, in the form of goods, objects, and areas that have historical value. This happens because the district Bone is one of the great kingdom in the archipelago in the past, characterized by the statue of Whitewater Palakka established in 1991. Based on the existing historical, this place became the center of a tourist destination, relax and socialize. However, the condition of the area is currently experiencing a setback, there is physical damage to the region, the region that does not change the function as intended, so it does not fully meet the needs of the community. To answer the needs of the surrounding community, then the revitalization of the historic district as a cultural heritage in the City Watampone. Revitalization of this area use the theme Arung Palakka Butta region. This theme is based on the history of the area. On this theme determined the form in which all the physical design refers to the form. Forms, namely: umbrellas, Spear, Sokko Racca and Balla Soba (Sauroja). This form has a special meaning for Whitewater Palakka and regions. This is done to create an area that has the image of the region.

Abstract

Development of the value of art and culture in Makassar fading , while the higher the education that is expected to help develop arts and cultural preservation . The number of art enthusiasts are having trouble finding a good college and adequate facilities in Makassar divert them out of the area for study. The main purpose of this paper in order to plan and merancangan Art Institute building located in Makassar, which can accommodate the needs of artists to distribute and develop creativity, the result of design art institute building is located in the subdistrict Tamalanrea location is adjusted with the direction of the located area Spatial education, it is expected that the center will be able to accommodate students in distributing and developing creativity and the provision of facilities that can accommodate the development and preservation of local culture and art according to user requirements in accordance with the planning and design standards that apply.

Abstract

The main problems that exist in urban areas that lack public space that can be utilized by the community as a place to socialize or interact with each other. Town hall is supposed to be public space is often used as residential land up with a business area such as malls etc. Shopping center in this case the mall, will never be considered as a public space because it is only accessible by people with a certain economic class. Sinjai in itself, the existence of public spaces in this case the city park, is still very alarming, the condition of the city park in Sinjai was not maintained so that people tend not to use the public space to the maximum in this case as a forum to interact with each other. As a solution to permalasahan, lack of public space in the city of Sinjai hence, the need for a city park that can be used to maximum people of the city and can be beneficial in terms of social, economic and environmental.

Abstract

Football is a sport that uses a ball which is played by two teams, each team consists of 11 (eleven) persons. School football serves as a container or a place of education and training young players in which summarizes various educational activities, among others, the basic tools and techniques that supports football training program in this container. The soccer school students get grinding their talents. South Sulawesi as one of the national football business recognizable enough. Makassar city has a lot of young players with the potential to be developed in order to be able to become a professional player. Moreover Makassar city since Ramang era until modern era none who do not know the figure of the young talents of Makassar, both Indonesian National team in various competitions Internasional. Therefore, we need a way to increase the achievements in Makassar city, one of them is withsetting up a football school. With the football schools, each individuals can be nurtured from an early age so that talented young players can hone his talents by providing good guidance between theory and its application in the field.

Abstract

Pare- Pare as a city that deserves to have a facility of science and technology that is intended for younger generations in Pare - Pare in this case the facilities of science and technology relates to astronomy namely the College of Astronomy (Science Astrology) in Pare- pare the theme of Architecture Metaphor. In the field of astronomy there are various kinds of fantastic shapes that can be used as the epitome of form in architecture such as the shape of constellations, planets orbit trajectory shapes and forms of other celestial bodies, as well as the forms of the phenomenon produces. The realization of these forms as a symbol on the style of the building, both buildings form, function and arrangement of space in it, it is hoped the perpetrators of activity in the building feel the intention and expression of the building.

Abstract

These planning and designing are aimed to the creative literary fiction community building in Makassar with Cubism architecture approach, this design is limited to a few problems such as the problem of architectural, location and footprint, the prospect physical design of the building, the need for space (layout), structure, materials, and equipment building so that, it can indicate the identity of what its contain, while the methods are literature studies, comparative studies, (Form obtained by comparing studies on similar projects or who have in common with creative literary fiction community building). The results of the design is creation of infrastructures to facilitate the public to channel their talents and interests in the field of literature, especially literary function and also facilitates and encourages reading by providing the quality of reading source which are cheap and reachable by all people.

Abstract

Tourism is one potential source of foreign exchange and have a larger share in building an economy that has a sale value into an object that is beneficial to the progress of Makassar. Tourist destinations that exist only in Makassar creates curiosity of visitors to visit. Visitors who come to invest accommodation all over the local tourism activities with local entrepreneurs. Domestic and foreign visitors are also a source of income for the people who live around the attraction. This report aims to restructure the physical elements areas such as land use, shape and mass of buildings, pedestrian paths, circulation and parking signage or markers, as well as support facilities into a regional botanical gardens botanical needed to achieve comfort for the users of land and WTP implement the system in the form of design which is sustainable (sustainable) and non architectural another goal to formulate natural plant engineering activities so that the botanical garden botany can be an alternative education center, grouping plants according to the climate and site conditions botanical garden botany, to determining system WTP work in botany botanical garden that can meet the needs of plants. The results of this report in the form of a botanical garden design botanical arrangement with WTP system (water Treatment Plan) in Makassar.

Abstract

Makassar as a center of growth and development in Eastern Indonesia with the majority religion of Islam, need a container that can be used as a distribution of artistic talent, especially Islamic art, which aims to raise Girah (spirit) Muslims to develop art that Islam breath, preserve, introduced and educate the public with art. Islamic Art in Kampung Makassar that can accommodate the needs of artists to distribute and develop their creativity. Ability like that are expected to produce qualified human resources and have the integrity in the work produced. So it can be recognized by both local and international. The approach used in the building of Islamic Art Village is Islamic architecture geometry. Geometry is a branch of mathematics that studies of point, line, plane and space objects along with their properties, the measurements, and the relationship between each other. Islamic architectural design more use patterns in the form of lines, circles and other geometric patterns arranged to form a unity which implies spiritual and aesthetic value or beauty of a high level. Islamic art looks association complex geometry, between forms, ornaments, and façade.

Abstract

Schools nature is a form of alternative education that uses nature as the main media as her students learning by using active or action learning where children learn through experience firsthand experience. The use of nature as a medium of learning is expected that in the future children or students more aware of the environment and know the application of knowledge learned, not only limited to theory. The design of this nature school also strengthened in view of Islam because it relates to science. In Islam has always emphasized learning activities and obligatory. Prompts Prophet, for every Muslim to seek knowledge should support the progressive development of human life, but within the limits of the pleasure of  by Allah SWT. In addition, the most important thing of the study is how science is practiced for the good. digunskan concept in this design, combined with the study of literature and the state directly in the field and planned in the model concept and led to the idea of designing and developing desainnya. The results of the design adapted to local conditions acceptable to the environment and a recommendation for its development.
