Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of Prestige External Perception on Deviant Behavior with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable in PT. Indonesian Telecommunications Communication Branch Banda Aceh. The type of research used in this study is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Banda Aceh Branch. The sample was taken as many as 127 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling analysis with the help of Spss 20.0 for Windows. The test results show that Prestige External Perception has a negative effect on Deviant Behavior in PT employees. Telkom Indonesia Banda Aceh Branch. Prestige External Perception has a negative effect on Employee Welfare. Job Satisfaction is positively related to Deviant Behavior. Job Satisfaction mediates partially (partial mediation) Prestige External Perception of Deviant Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to find the accuracy of stocks, target price and bias recommendation by analyzing RHB sekuritas indonesia. The data were collected from primary and secondary. Population of this study were all LQ 45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that have been received recommendation from  RHB Sekuritas Indonesia for the period of august 2018- january 2019. The hypothesis testing used in this study by using binomial test, the results show that: 1) Accuracy rate of analysis recommendation is 71%. 2) Target price of analysis securities companies doesn't reached.3) Analysis recommendation of pt rhb shown bias negatively.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the influence of expectations, perceived quality, perceived value and destination image on tourist satisfaction at Weh Island of Sabang. The sample used in this study is tourist visiting Weh Island of Sabang totaling 100 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling. Multiple regression analysis was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the result analysis, indicating that expectation and destination image have an effect on tourist satisfaction. Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of free cash flow, profitability, leverage, growth rates and company size on dividend payout ratios on non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Sampling in this study used a puposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate free cash flow, and company size has a positive and significant effect on dividend payout ratio. Profitability, leverage, and growth rates have a negative and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Simultaneously free cash flow, profitability, leverage, growth rate, and company size show a significant effect on dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

 This study aimed to determine the effect of e-service quality, e-recovery service quality on loyalty through perceived value as mediating variable in Shopee customers in Padang. This research is explanatory with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling for customers who had shopped at Shopee sites at least three times, with a sample of 150 respondents. This study uses Partial Least Square with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that e-service quality, e-recovery service quality had an effect on perceived value. Perceived value influences loyalty. E-service quality does not affect the loyalty, while e-recovery service quality effect on loyalty. E-service quality does not affect loyalty through perceived value as a mediating variable. Furthermore perceived value mediated relationship between e-recovery service quality and loyalty through. The implication of this research is to increase consumer loyalty to the marketplace site by increasing the quality of electronic services, the quality of electronic service recovery, and the perception of customer value. In general, the quality of services provided by Shopee is good, but there are several indicators that need to be considered and improved.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the Psychosocial Effects of Driving risks mediated by fatigue of mini bus drivers in Banda Aceh - Langsa. The sample used in this study was a mini bus driver in Banda Aceh - Langsa numbered 110 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. Sampling technique used in this research is convenience sampling. Regression method hierarchical linear models (HLM) are used as an analysis method for know the effect of all the variables involved. Based on analysis results, indicate that psychosocial influence on risk Driving, Psychological influence on Fatigue, Risk of Driving effect on Fatigue, Psychosocial influence on Risk Driving mediated by fatigue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh corporate governance dalam memprediksi likuiditas saham pada perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitia ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2011-2017. Menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs-situs resmi pasar modal sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 56 observasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil regresi ditemukan bahwa corporate governance berpengaruh positif terhadap likuiditas saham.

Abstract

In this paper we study the effect of a ESG/SRI label on profitability, corporate governance, and firm market value, evidence from Indonesia’s top listed firms. Recent evidence indicates that listed firms with ESG/SRI label has better RoE, value, governance, and capacity for growth. The samples used in this study are companies that are included in the SRI-KEHATI Index members and outside the SRI-KEHATI index, which amount to 38 companies in the 2014-2018 period, total observations of 190. We used Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV) and Multivariate analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. We find significant effect of ESG/SRI label from profitability, corporate governance, and firm value. We show that SRI label adds about 8.9 percentage points of RoE, however NON-SRI label adds about 18,6 percentage  points of firm’s value and more effective 10.2 percentage point of governance quality. Finally, we find that Effective Corporate Governance will increase profitability (ROE) and firm’s value (Tobin’s Q).

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of corporate governance, dispersion ownership, cost ownership on financial performance. Corporate governance measured by CGPI (Corporate Governance Perception Index) based on the rating that has been prepared by IICG (Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance), dispersion ownership measured  by adding up the shares owned by the public and the number of shares outstanding. Cost ownership is measured by dividends per share and earnings per share. As well as the financial performance measured by the value of Return On Equity and Tobin’s Q .Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques for banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2012-2017. It was found that corporate governance has a negative and significant effect on the bank financial performance (Return On Equity, Tobin’s q). Dispersion ownership has a negatif and significant effect on the bank financial performance. Cost ownership has  a negatif and significant effect on the bank financial performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT:  This study aims to measure the effect of Protean Career Orientation to Well-Being employee’s non PNS Pemko Banda Aceh with Psychological Capital as mediating variable. The sample used in this study were active employee’s totaling 306 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the result of the HLM analysis indicated that Protean Career Orientation positively influence Well-Being, Protean Career Orientation positively influence Psychological Capital, Psychological Capital influence Well-Being and Psychological mediate the relationship between Protean Career Orientation and Well-Being.
