Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and perceived supervisor support to the turnover intention with the job embeddedness as a mediating variable. The sample used in this study are employees of Bank BRI in Banda Aceh. Methods This study uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. Sample simple random sampling. The method of analysis Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to determine the variables involved. The results of this study showed that perceived organizational support significant positive effect on turnover intentions. Perceived supervisor support significant negative effect on turnover intentions. Additionally result that the job embeddedness partially mediate, and perceived organizational support on turnover intentions and perceived supervisor support partially mediate, the influence of the perceived supervisor support to the desire to move.  Keywords: Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support,      Turnover Intention and Job Embeddedness

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Conflict Weekly Toward Fatigue With Sleep Quality As A Mediator At Student And Student STIE Nationality InBireuen. Samples taken in this research are students and students of STIE Kebangsaan in Bireun. And the respondents are taken is a student or student aged at least 18 years with part time work. This research method used questionnaires as research instruments, with the number of questionnaires successfully analyzed as many as 100 questionnaires. the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, this technique is used to determine the profoundness of elements in the population to be selected as unknown samples, and the type used is purposive, where the population has certain characteristics that can be used as respondents. data obtained from respondents through questionnaires, tabulated using Microsoft Office Excel for statistical analysis with computer tools IBM SPSS Program version 20 Windows. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the mediation variable and the dependent variable and the larger dependent variable on the mediation variable and the greater beta value in the second equation and the third equation.Keywords: Fatigue, Sleep Quality, Work-School Conflict.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to measure the influence of organizational values and demands-abilities pemediasi by job satisfaction needs-supplies (study of employee education and Training Science Hall Cruise Keumalahayati-Aceh). The sample used in this study are education and Science Hall employee Training Cruise Keumalahayati-Aceh totalling 150 respondents. Data collection tools used in this study was a detailed questionnaire. Sampling technique used is the Total sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to find out the effects of all the variables involved. The results showed: 1) the suitability of the value of organizational influence on employee job satisfaction and Training Science Education Hall Cruise Keumalahayati – Aceh. 2) claims the ability to employee job satisfaction and Training Science Education Hall Cruise Keumalahayati – Aceh. 3) suitability of the Value effect on Organizational Needs-Supplies employee education and Training Science Hall Cruise Keumalahayati – Aceh. 4) demands the ability to Needs-Supplies employee education and Training Science Hall Cruise Keumalahayati – Aceh. 5) Needs-Supplies effect on job satisfaction. 6) Needs-mediated influence of Kesesuian Supplies organizational values against employee job satisfaction and Training Science Education Hall Cruise Keumalahayati – Aceh. 7) mediate the influence of Supplies Needs-Demands-ability towards job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Values Congruence, Demand-abilities, Needs-Supplies and job satisfaction.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Location and Facilities on Consumer Satisfaction at low price housing in Hadrah Poperty. This research use probability sampling and the method used is proportional sampling. The respondend is consumer who has bought house at Hadrah Property. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument for this research method with the number of respondents as much as 120 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression is used to test and analyze hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that the variable price and facilities have a significant effect (sig 0.05) on customer satisfaction, while Location has no significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (sig 0,05).Key Word: Customer Satisfaction, Price, Location, Facility

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mentoring function to turnover intention with perceived organizational support as a mediating. The empirical study conducted at PT. Bank Aceh Syriah Kantor Pusat Operasional Banda Aceh staff used a questionnaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 120 people. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with Total Smpling. Methods HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling) is used as a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 20. These results indicate that the mentoring function significant impact on turnover intention, perceived organizational support significantly related to turnover intention, mentoring function significant impact on perceived organizational support and in addition showed that the perceived organizational support mediates the significantly effect of mentoring function to turnover intention.Keywords : Mentoring Function, Perceived Organizational Support, and Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth on corporate image and its impact on purchase intention. The sampling technique used is accidential sampling, with a sample of 100 respondentd. Analytical techniques in this study using path analysis and the sobel. The result showed that electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on corporate image and its impact on purchase intention.Keywords: Electronic Word of Mouth, Corporate Image And Buying Intention.

Abstract

This research aimed to measure the effect of training, compensation and work discipline to job performance of employee in PT. PLN Banda Aceh. The sample used in this research are employee in PT. PLN Banda Aceh which totaled 199 respondents. The methods of this study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. Proportional random sampling was used as sampling technique. As much of 132 questionnaires could be collected. Multiple regression analysis was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all variables involved in this research. The results are follows: 1) Training significantly effect to Job Performance of employee  in PT. PLN Banda Aceh. 2) Compensation significantly effect to Job Performance of employee in PT. PLN Banda Aceh. 3) Work Discipline significantly effect to Job  Performance of employee in PT. PLN Banda Aceh.Keywords: Training, Compensation, Work Discipline, Job Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to measure the influence of Organizational Socialization Tactics on Job Satisfaction and Job Engagement of New Lecturer at Syiah Kuala University and Ar-Raniry State Islamic University. The population and sample used in this research are new lecturers at Syiah Kuala University and Ar-Raniry State Islamic University in Banda Aceh who still have the status of Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) which entered in 2015 with total 99 respondents consist of 77 new lecturers At Syiah Kuala University and 22 new lecturers at Ar-Raniry State Islamic University. However, there were 9 respondents who were not on the spot at the time when the research was done because some respondents were taking leave, and some ohers were continuing study abroad, including 7 new lecturers at Syiah Kuala University and 2 New lecturers at Ar-Raniry State Islamic University. Thus, the total number of respondents used in this research were 90 people consist of 70 new lecturers at Syiah Kuala University and 20 new lecturers at Ar-Raniry State Islamic University. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. Simple linear regression analysis is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis found that organizational socialization tactics have a positive effect on job satisfaction and job engagement. In addition, the results also show that there is no difference in organizational socialization tactics towards job satisfaction and job engagement of new lecturer at Syiah Kuala University and Ar-Raniry State Islamic University.Keywords : Organizational Socialization Tactics, Job Satisfaction and Job Engagement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Taktik Sosialisasi Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Keterikatan Kerja Dosen Baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry di Banda Aceh yang masih berstatus Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) tahun masuk 2015 berjumlah keseluruhannya 99 responden di antaranya terdiri dari 77 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan 22 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry. Namun, ada 9 orang responden yang sedang tidak ditempat saat dilakukan penelitian dikarenakan ada beberapa responden sedang mengambil cuti, dan juga ada beberapa responden sedang melanjutkan studi di luar daerah hingga ke luar negeri, diantaranya terdiri dari 7 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan 2 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry. Jadi, jumlah keseluruhan responden yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah 90 orang yang terdiri dari 70 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan 20 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Analisis regresi linear sederhana digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana ditemukan taktik sosialisasi organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan kerja. Selain itu, hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan taktik sosialisasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan kerja dosen baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry.Kata Kunci:   Taktik Sosialisasi Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Keterikatan Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of profitability on leverage in the company, the effect the structure of the assets to leverage on the company, the effect of growth companies to leverage on the company, the size of the company to leverage on the company and to determine the effect of profitability, asset structure, the company's growth and size of the company to leverage on the company. This research was conducted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange  located at Jl. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta 12190. The object of this study is profitability, asset structure, growth, and size as the independent variable and leverage as the dependent variable of the companies belonging to the banking company's shares on the Indonesia Stock  Exchange. The research proves that the profitability variable values obtained tCountby 2,757 while tTable stand with 2,045, the result of this calculation indicates that tCounttTable with a significance level of 0.011, variable asset structure obtained the value of tCountby 3,037, while tTable stand with 2,045, the result of this calculation indicates that tCounttTable with a significance level of point by 0.006, Growth Opportunities Variable obtained the tCountamounted to 2.428 while the tTablevalue just 2.045, the result of this calculation indicates that tCounttTable with a significance level of point by 0.023, while the size of company variable obtained the value of tCount by 1,028, while tTable stand with 2,045, the result of this calculation indicates that tCounttTable with a significance level of point by 0.314.Keywords: Profitability, Asset Structure, Growth, Company Size and Leverage

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived value, customer expectation, corporate image and service quality on customer satisfaction. The empirical study conducted at Indosat Ooredoo user in Banda Aceh used a questionnaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 150 people they are Indosat Ooredoo’s customers, who have subscribed at least one month. Non-probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with Purposive Sampling. Methods MRA (Multivariate Regression Analysis) is used as a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 20. These results indicate that the perceived value is positive and significant related to customer satisfaction, customer expectation is positive and significant related to customer satisfaction, corporate image is positive and significant related to customer satisfaction and service quality is positive and significant related to customer satisfaction, then simultaneoustly perceived value, customer expectation, corporate image and service quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords : Perceived Value, Customer Expectation, Corporate Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.
