Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh respectful engagement terhadap task performance dan affective commitment yang dimediasi oleh job engagement pada KBQ Baburayyan Takengon. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai intrumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan KBQ Baburayyan yang berjumlah 60 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa respectful engagement secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap task performance dan affective commitment. Kemudian ditemukan juga bahwa job engagement secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap task performance dan affective commitment. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa respectful engagement berpengaruh terhadap variabel mediator ialah job engagement, sehingga job engagement mampu menjadi mediator pada respectful engagement terhadap task performance dan affective commitment.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a broad impact on daily life around the world, including in Indonesia. To gain a competitive advantage, companies must prioritize supply chain management to ensure timely and effective delivery of goods. Equally important to supply chain management is the need for companies to maintain customer retention. Both of these can be achieved with the help of good operational management. In this article, the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method by outlining a systematic approach to writing about operational management, which involves observing manufacturing companies affected by the pandemic and connecting that data to supply chain management and customer retention. The purpose of this article is to investigate how companies in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly PT Kimia Farma, Tbk, have dealt with issues before, during, and after the pandemic. Through this analysis, it was found that supply chain management is carried out by ensuring the availability of quality health and pharmaceutical products and implementing effective inventory management practices, while to retain customers, companies must focus on improving services and launching digital applications in response to digitization. Successful supply chain management and customer retention strategies are crucial for companies to maintain their existence, both before, during, and after surviving the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of high performance work systems and perceived organizational support on perceived workload through the Psychological Empowerment of Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh Employees. This research is a quantitative research, collecting data using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh employees, totaling 2,032 people. as a sample that represents the study population. The sampling technique used is Proportionet Stratified Random Sampling. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of the study found that high performance work systems, perceived organizational support and Psychological Empowerment directly have a significant effect on perceived workload. The results of the study also found that high performance work systems and perceived organizational support also had an effect on the mediator variable, namely Psychological Empowerment, so that Psychological Empowerment was able to become a mediator on high performance work systems and perceived organizational support for perceived workload.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh high performance work system dan perceived organizational support terhadap perceived workload melalui Psychological Empowerment Karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa high performance work system dan perceived organizational support juga berpengaruh terhadap variabel mediator ialah Psychological Empowerment, sehingga Psychological Empowerment mampu menjadi mediator pada high performance work system dan perceived organizational support terhadap perceived wrkload

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on Tiktok Shop consumers in Banda Aceh with Trust as a mediating  variable. The sample used in this study was the Banda Aceh community who had made a purchase at the Tiktok Shop at least once, totaling 210 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of the SEM analysis, it was identified that perceived ease of use did not affect trust in Tiktok Shop consumers in Banda Aceh, perceived risk influences trust in Tiktok Shop consumers in Banda Aceh, perceived ease of use did not affect purchasing decisions in Tiktok Shop consumers in Banda Aceh, perceived risk influences purchasing decisions in Tiktok Shop consumers in Banda Aceh, trust influences purchasing decisions in Tiktok shop consumers in Banda Aceh, there is no effect of perceived ease of use on purchasing decisions with trust as a mediating variable on Tiktok Shop consumers in Banda Aceh and there is influence perceived of risk on purchasing decisions with trust as a mediating variable for Tiktok Shop consumers in Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Di dalam sebuah laporan keuangan, ada beberapa tolak ukur dari komponen-komponen yang tercatat di dalamnya. Tolak ukur tersebut adalah rasio keuangan. Untuk menghitung rasio keuangan diperlukan rumus beserta data yang akurat. Bank Jatim adalah salah satu bank pembangunan daerah yang berlokasi di Jawa Timur. Bank tersebut biasanya menghimpun dana dari para nasabah yang sudah pensiun dari suatu pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesehatan Bank Jatim menggunakan metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) sekaligus menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap financial distress. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah PT. Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, Tbk. Sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan sekaligus laporan tata kelola dengan jumlah 30 laporan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode RGEC dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Bank Jatim adalah bank yang dikategorikan sehat. Kemudian Risk Profile dan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap financial distress. Sedangkan Earnings dan Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress.
