This study aims to determine the perceived impact and experience of Consumption on Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as a mediation variable. Samples used in this study are 100 respondents who are consumers Canai Mamak KL Lamteh Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling is used as a sampling technique. Partial Least Square Method (PLS) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study show the perceived value and experience of consumption to loyalty. In addition, the results arise from Customer Satisfaction variables serve as a partial mediation on perceived Value of Values of Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction serves as a full mediation on the variable of Consumption Experience on Loyalty. The higher Perceived Value and Consumption Experience, The Higher Customer Satisfaction, the stronger the Loyalty owned by the consumer.Perceived Value, Consumption Experience, Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty, Canai Mamak KL

This study aimd to determine the effect of job involvement to job performance with organizational commitment as a mediating. The empirical study conducted at PT. Bank Aceh The Operational Banda Aceh staff used a questionnaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 120 samples. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with Total Smpling. Methods HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling) is used as a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 20. These results indicate that the job involvement significant impact on job performance, job involvement significantly related to organizational commitment, work motivation organizational commitment significant impact on job performance and in addition showed that the organizational commitment mediates the significantly effect of job involvement to job performance.

This aims of this study is to determine the effect on employee motivation of public service general hospital in Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh on the attitudes of workers to match the values of the individual and the organization as a mediating variable. Empirical studies conducted in a public hospital employee Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh using a questionnaire as an instrument of research, which sampled in this study is equal to 93 medical and non-medical personnel who are employees of public hospitals dr Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique. The data was collected by questionnaire. Methods Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) was used as tools of data analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of public service has significant effect on worker attitudes, motivation of public services significantly influence the suitability of individual values with the organization, the suitability of individual values with the organization significant effect on worker attitudes and in addition obtained results that match the values individuals with partially mediate the organization of public service motivation influence on the attitudes of workers.Keywords : motivation of public service, labor's attitude, and compatibility values individuals with the organization.

This research aimed to measure the effect of service quality pre-flight and service quality inflight to customer loyality of customer’s Lion Air Airlines in Banda Aceh with customer satisfaction as mediating variabel. The sample used in this research are customer’s Lion Air Airlines in Banda Aceh which totaled 99 respondents. The instrument of collecting data in this research is questionnaire. uses non-probability purposive sampling technique was used as sampling technique. As much of 100 questionnaires distributed and only just 99 questionnaires could be collected. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all variables involved in this research. The results are follows: 1) service quality pre-flight significantly effect to customer loyality of customer’s Lion Air Airlines in Banda Aceh. 2) service quality in-flight significantly effect to customer loyality of customer’s Lion Air Airlines in Banda Aceh. 3) service quality pre-flight significantly effect to customer satisfaction of customer’s Lion Air Airlines in Banda Aceh . 4) service quality in-flight significantly effect to customer satisfaction of customer’s Lion Air Airlines in Banda Aceh. 5) customer satisfaction significantly effect to customer loyality of customer’s Lion Air Airlines in Banda Aceh. 6) customers satisfaction mediate the effect of service quality pre-flight to customer loyality of customer’s Lion Air Airlines in Banda Aceh., And 7) customers satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality n-flight to to customer loyality of customer’s Lion Air Airlines in Banda Aceh.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of food security, health awareness, perceived value and price to purchase intentions. The sample used is KFC consumers in Banda Aceh City. Sampling technique with nonprobability sampling and using questionnaire as research instrument. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression), the method of analysis to determine the influence of the variables involved. The results showed that food security, health awareness, perceived value and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing intention.Keywords: Food Safety, Health Consciousness, Perceived Value, Price, Purchase Intention

This study aims to know the planning and analyzing the value of the increased supply of distribution based on Trend Projection at PT. Lafarge Cement Indonesia. Supply Chain Management defined a problem to get optimal solutions that have an impact on the cost of the supply chain in the process funneling the goods production and services to customers. The sample in this research was the site of a cement packing (Terminal Packing Plant) at PT. Lafarge Cement Indonesia. The method of this research is carried out by means of direct interviews and obesrvasi as an instrument of research. The technique used is Forecasting as analytical methods and variables to know predictions/distribution supply level forecasting. The results of this research show that the distribution system by planning on doing. Significant effect on the level of PT.LCI supply distribution of cement, and the effectiveness progression of distribution at PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia reached an average of 98% per year.Keyword: Supply Chain, Distribution, Trend Projection

This research aims to understand the effect of psychological contract violation towards organizational citizenship behavior with depressive mood states as mediator variable. Empirical study on contract employees in Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh City. Sample in the research is 91 contract employees. The tool of data collecting used in this research is questionnaire, and sampling method is using proportional random sampling. the analysis data method is used in this research is HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling). The result of this research showing that psychological contract violation is negative towards organizational citizenship behavior, psychological contract violation is positive towards depressive mood states and depressive mood states is negative towards organizational citizenship behavior, also depressive mood states partially mediates the effect of psychological contract violation towards organizational citizenship behavior on contract employees in Syiah Kuala University.Keywords: Psychological Contract Violation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Depressive Mood States

This research examines about the effect of corporate governance quality level to corporate risk-taking. On the research, there are one independent variable that is Corporate Governance Perception Index and one dependent variable that is corporate risk-taking which is measured by systematic risks and non-systematic risks. The sample of this research was taken from all companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and also included in the rank of The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) on 2011-2013. The sample were taken by purposive sampling method. Total sample that were used are 13 corporates with total observation data are 39. Statistical methods using simple linear regression analysis were used to test the hypothesis. The result of this research indicates that the level of corporate governance quality has a negative impact significantly to corporate risk-taking as measured by systematic risk or non-systematic risk. ABSTRACTThis study aims to measure the Effect of Organizational Commitment as the mediator of Job Satisfaction with Turnover Intention Contract Workers at Dinas Cipta Karya of Aceh Province. The sample used in this research is the contract employee at Dinas Cipta Karya Provinsi Aceh, which is 150 respondents. The data collection equipment used in this research is questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Totally sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. The results showed: 1) Job Satisfaction has an effect on to Contract Worker's Satisfaction at Dinas Cipta Karya Provinsi Aceh. 2) Job satisfaction affects the commitment of Contractor Workers Organization at Dinas Cipta Karya of Aceh Province. 3) Organizational Commitment has an effect on Turnover intention in Dinas Cipta Karya Provinsi Aceh. 4) Organizational Commitment mediates the influence of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention of Contract Workers at Dinas Cipta Karya of Aceh Province. This research aimed to measure the effect of challenge stressors and hindrance stressors to job performance with conscientiousness as a moderating variable. This study also address the interaction of conscientiousness on job performance. The sample used in this research are employess of PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh. The instrument of collecting data in this research is questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study is Stratified random sampling. With a total of 95 questionnaires were distributed and just only 90 can be collected. Method of data analysis are Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) which used as methods of analysis to determine the effect of all the variable involved. The result of this study indicate that challenge stressors and hindrance stressors have significant effect on job performance. Conscientiousness has significant effect on job performance. In addition abtained results that conscientiousness has moderated on the effect of challenge stressors and hindrance stressors to job performance on employees PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh.
