Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived informativeness and entertaiment on consumer purchase intentions with variables trust as mediators. The sample used in this study is 100 respondents who are customers of Lazada.co.id Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling is used as a sampling technique. Partial Least Square analysis method is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that perceived informativeness and entertaiment has effect on purchase intention. In addition, the results obtained that the trust variables partially influence the perceived informativeness to purchase intentions, and variables full mediatingl influence the perceived entertaiment to purchase intentions. The higher perceived informativeness and entertaiment, the higher the trust, the stronger the purchasing intention of the consumer.

Abstract

This research aimed to test the existence of a market overreaction in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples in research are go public companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2012-2016. Tests using monthly closing price data. This research classifies winner and loser portfolios into three sizes of large, medium, and small. Result obtained by using paired sample t-test shows that there has been a price reversal between the period of formation and observed on all sizes, either large, medium, or small. The loser stock in the formation period turned into winner stock in the observed period, and the winner stock in the formation period turned into loser stock in the observed period. This result is an indicator occurence of market overreaction in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Strictly, the results of this study conclude that there is a market overreaction on the company go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, either on large, medium, or small. Therefore, contrarian strategy can be applied in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand loyalty In Social Commerce by Apple Twitter Account Users in Indonesia. The sample used in this study is the user Twitter account who has followed Twitter account Apple Indonesia. This research method using questionnaire as a research instrument. Questionnaires were successfully analyzed as many as 100 questionnaires. Sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. SEM-based variants, Partial Least Square (PLS) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results showed that self congruence, information quality, and interactivity that significantly influence brand loyalty. The implications of this research, the management company that owns the brand pages on social media need to increase self congruence, information quality, and interactivity so as to increase customer brand loyalty.Keywords: Social Commerce, Brand Loyalty, Quality Relations, Social Media, Microblog

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on behavioral intention and service quality. The sample used in this research is 200 respondents who are consumers of Firefly Airline in Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling is used as a sampling technique. Simple regression analysis method is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that prices have a significant effect on behaviour intention and service quality. So the higher the price applied by the company, the higher the influence on the behaviour intention of passengers and the higher the price applied by the company the higher the influence on the service quality that perceived by the passengers            Keyword : Price , Behavioral  Intention, Service Quality, Firefly Airlines

Abstract

This study aims to examine empirically the effect of Dividend per Share , Retrun onEquaty , and Net Profit Margin on Stock Price Manufacturing company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange . The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method of sampling based on certain criteria . That was selected seven mining companies in the sample were then performed multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of which partially and simultaneously .This study found that partially Dividend per Share a significant negative effect on the price of shares in the company , Net Profit Margin and no significant negative impact on Stock Prices of companies , Retrun on Equity positf influential and significant to the company's stock price . Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the impact of service quality toward student satisfaction. The sample used in this study are the students at Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. The used research method utilized questionnaires as the research instrument. The amount of questionnaires that had been analyzed were 148 questionnaires. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with stratified random sampling method. Multiple linear regression was also used as analysis method to ascertain the impacts from involved variables. The results showed that the independent variables professional comfortable environment, student assessments and learning experiences, classroom environment, tuition fees and textbook, student support facilities, relationship with teaching staff, teaching quality, and staff helpfulness eshow significant influence (sig 0.05) on student satisfaction at Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh.Keywords : Service Quality, Student Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the impact of window display, promotional approaches, shopping lifestyle and salesperson toward impulsive buying. The samples used in this study are visitors, who experience purchasing at Hermes Palace Mall Banda Aceh. A questionnaire was conducted as research instrumen for this research method. 211 respondents were analyzed by using puposive sampling technique. A Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) used to examine and analyze the hypotheses. The result of this study shows independent variables; promotioanal approaches, shopping lifestyle and salesperson have a positive and significant impact (sig 0,05) toward impulsive buying. Window display as independent variable however has a positive toward impulsive buying (sig 0,05).Key Word: Window Display, Promotional Approaches, Shopping Lifestyle, Salesperson, Impulsive Buying

Abstract

 This research aims to ascertain the impact of religiusity toward purchase intention. The sample used in this study are the. Conventional bank customers who have never used the product / service Islamic Bank The used research method utilized questionnaires as the research instrument. The amount of questionnaires that had been analyzed were 100 questionnaires. Non probability sampling system had been used for sampling technique. This technique used to the unknown element profitability within the population that was selected as the sample. Partial Least Square was also used as analysis method to ascertain the impacts from involved variables. The results showed that that, (1) The Religiusity significantly takes effect to the Purchase Intention, (2) the Religiusity significantly takes effect to Costumer Attitude, (3) the Costumer Attitude significantly takes effect to Purchase Intention, (4) the Religuisity significanly takes effect to Purchase Intention mediated by Costumer Attitude as mediation variable. Abstract

Abstrack :This study aims to determine the effect of surface acting to absenteeism with surface acting self-efficacy as a moderating. The empirical study conducted at Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital's nurse used a questionnaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 148 people. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with Simple Random Smpling. Methods MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) is used as a method of data analysis using IBM SPSS software 22. These results indicate that the surface acting positive and significant impact on absenteeism, surface acting self-efficacy positive and significant to absenteeism, and in addition showed that the surface acting self-efficacy moderate negatively effect of surface acting to absenteeism.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the “Effect of Shift Work in Mediation By Sleep Problems and Complaints In Employee Health Services Land Transport Transportation Passenger Terminal Type B Banda Aceh”. The sample used in this study is the driver's status as employees totaling 104 respondents. Equipment collecting data used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is probality Sampling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. The results showed: 1) Shift Work Safety positive effect on climate. 2) Shifts positive effect on sleep problems. 3) Shifts positive effect on health complaints. 4) Sleep Problems positive effect on safety climate. 5) Health Complaint positive effect on safety. 6) Sleep Problems and Complaints Pemediasi Health as a positive influence on Variable Shifts and Safety Climate on Land Transport Transportation Driver Passenger Terminal Type B Banda Aceh.  Keywords: Shift Work, Climate Safety, Sleep Problems, Complaints Health
