Abstract

Pura Dalem Kayehan Desa merupakan salah satu warisan budaya yang ada di Desa Pedawa, Kecamatan Banjar, Kabupaten Buleleng. Pura Kayehan Desa ini merupakan sebuah fasilitas umum yang dipergunakan oleh masyarakat setempat sebagai tempat kegiatan ritual, mengambil air untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari dan sebagai tempat pemandian umum. Fasilitas umum ini merupakan salah satu fasilitas penting yang ada di Desa Pedawa, namun belum mendapatkan perawatan yang optimal dan segera membutuhkan penataan. Penataan dan pengembangan fasilitas ini diperlukan karena saat ini belum mampu mengakomodasi segala kegiatan masyarakat setempat dari yang bersifat sacral hingga profan dengan optimal. Tulisan ini memaparkan tentang kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan untuk membuat dokumentasi serta disain penataan Pura Dalem Kayehan Desa sehingga mampu mengakomodasi semua kegiatan masyarakat dan sekaligus merawat fasilitas ini agar keberadaannya dapat dilestarikan di masa mendatang. Observasi lapangan serta wawancara dengan pemuka adat dan focus group dilakukan untuk memahami permasalahan dan mendapatkan masukan sebagai landasan konsep penataan. Hasil menunjukkan konsep disain penataan Pura Dalem Kayehan Desa menekankan pada peningkatkan sistim dan jaringan utilitas, penambahan fasilitas pendukung yang mampu mendukung semua kegiatan mulai dari sacral hingga profane. Abstract

Ethnobotanical research on Intaran (Azadirachta indica A. Juss.) has been conducted in Buleleng Regency, Bali. The studies conducted include botanical studies, ethnoecological studies, ethnopharmacology, ethnoanthropological, and technoeconomic, using the exploration method and interviews with community leaders, religious and cultural leaders, Balian and wood craftsmen. The results obtained indicate that the Intaran at the research site generally has a tree habit, its trunk can reach 20 meters or more, grows at an altitude of 1-300 m above sea level, on dry/barren soil with a soil pH of 4-6.5. The leaves and bark are used as a remedy for itching on the skin and an insecticide/worm control. This plant is also used in ritual facilities in traditional Hindu religious ceremonies, as a sacred building material for Hinduism, fodder for livestock and for soil conservation. Abstract

Desa Pasarean, Kecamatan Pamijahan, Kabupaten Bogor merupakan sebuah desa mayoritas penduduknya terdiri dari kalangan masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah yang mana lahan mayoritas memiliki tegal biasanya cocoknya ditanami ubi kayu. Apabila ubi kayu dijual dalam bentuk segar, hanya memilikiharga jual yaitu antara Rp2000,- sampai dengan Rp4000,- perkilonya. Masyarakat kurang memaksimalkan hasil olahan singkong karena keterbatasan pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sarana produksi. Dengan adanya kondisi, potensi, dan juga kendala yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat, maka tim pengabdian tergerak untuk melakukan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mengenalkan pengolahan tepung mocaf menjadi aneka olahan panganan pempek dan cireng Di Desa Pasarean, Kecamatan Pamijahan, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penyampaian materi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif dari pengolahan tepung mocaf hingga diversifikasi olahannya seperti pempek dan cireng. Hasilnya 30 peserta yang terdiri atas wanita putus sekolah dari desa Pasarean dapat mengikuti pelatihan dan membuat aneka olahan makanan yang berasal dari olahan tepung mocaf menjadi panganan cireng dan pempek serta pelatihan kewirausahaan lain seperti manajemen operasional, pelatihan penentuan harga pokok penjualan (HPP), pelatihan digital marketing dan sosial media yang belum pernah diterima sebelumnya dan melalui pelatihan ini mitra dibimbing bagaimana memanfaatkan sosial media sebagai wadah promosi produknya.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major risk factor for chronic disease and death. Based on the household health survey, there are 26.3% of hypertension sufferers spread throughout Indonesia. Based on WHO data from 100% of hypertensive patients, only 25% received treatment, and only 12.5% received good treatment. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge of the elderly about hypertension and increase the ability of the elderly to prevent complications of hypertension. Partners in this service activity are elderly posyandu cadres in the Rancapetir neighborhood, Ciamis district. This service was attended by 12 participants, namely elderly people with hypertension. The service methods carried out include blood pressure checks, lectures, discussions and questions and answers. Community service went smoothly, all participants were committed to implementing all the recommendations given by the resource persons. Keywords: Elderly, Hypertension, Stroke

Abstract

Corona Virus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has caused many tourism workers in Bali to be laid off. This certainly affects the physical and psychological health of the laid-off employees. Employees who are laid off can experience stress. The purpose of this community service is to reduce the stress level of tourist workers who have been laid off since the COVID-19 pandemic in Paksebali Village, Klungkung after being given health education and doing self-hypnosis. This community service is carried out in the form of health services including stress level screening using Depression Anxiety Stress Scales and health education on how to manage stress with self-hypnosis. Lecture, discussion, and simulation methods used in the implementation of health education with a duration of 180 minutes and attended by 70 participants. An online questionnaire was used to collect data describing the stress level of the participants. The description of the stress level of participants before being given treatment was found to be 70% in the normal category. The health education activities went smoothly, the participants seemed to be actively listening, asking questions, answering questions, and participating in the simulations given by the resource persons. Health counseling using lecture, discussion, and simulation methods about managing stress with self-hypnosis is expected to increase participants' knowledge and positive behavior in managing stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Lumpia street food vendors are commonly found at the Sanur Beach Denpasar. These lumpia street vendors regularly produce used cooking oil as the byproduct of frying lumpia. Normally, these lumpia vendors directly pour used cooking oil to soil without any further processing. Therefore, this community service activity was aimed to educate the representative lumpia street vendors to be aware of the negative impact of used cooking oil for health and environment. The representative partners were taught to recycle used cooking oil as washing soap. In addition, partners were equipped with some knowledge on digital marketing to boost lumpia selling during the COVID-19 pandemic. This community service activity was done by applying focus group discussion along with slide presentation of related topics. Evaluation of pre and post test showed increased understanding of partners to 42.5% regarding the negative impact of used cooking oil and the concept of digital marketing. Monitoring and evaluation activities that were performed for 1 months showed that these partners have already managed to recycle used cooking oil as washing soap. Furthermore, partners have frequently marketed their lumpia using social media, which evidently contribute to secure their income during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

The blacksmith business groups in Kota Kupang and Kabupaten Kupang are still classified as small businesses and community groups that also influence local revenue (PAD). To increase the quality and quantity of production products, these business groups must acquire knowledge and equipment based on appropriate technology. According to the survey results and interviews with the two partners, data and the fact that so far, the two partners have only used bicycle wheels as a tool to produce the wind needed during the heating process in the combustion kitchen. In this activity, the activity implementer will make an appropriate tool To produce wind. It is by utilizing a compressor that can accommodate the wind in the reservoir to ease the work. Apart from that, grinding tools were also made to help workers smooth their products, which they had to do in workshops because of the absence of grinding tools. The method used in the implementation of this activity is the method of designing tools with a sequence of implementation starting from the preparation of work drawings, tools, and materials, work by work drawings, assembly, testing, and adjustment at partner workplaces to the operation of tools and instructions regarding tool maintenance for both. It is hoped that partners will be directly involved in the working process because both partners have the ability from the side of the experience that has been in the field for a long time. Abstract

The differentiated learning implementation plan (RPP) is the design of learning tools that favor student diversity. The purpose of holding this mentoring activity is to provide training in the preparation of lesson plans that take sides for students, improve the professional competence of teachers, and increase the competence of teachers to make differentiated learning effective. The training for the preparation of differentiated lesson plans was attended by elementary school teachers in Setu District, Bekasi Regency. The procedure used in this training activity consists of three stages, namely exploration, elaboration, and confirmation. The training activities that have been carried out can improve the competence of elementary school teachers in the Setu District, Bekasi in preparing a differentiated learning implementation plan (RPP). Abstract

The majority of COVID-19 immunizations are administered to adults, while vaccinations for children aged 0 to 17 years are still rare. Despite the fact that vaccination has been highlighted, there are still adults who have only got the first dosage, the first and second doses, and others who have not. As a result, children are at risk of contracting COVID-19 from their parents. Discipline of children and parents in the form of wearing masks, keeping social distance, and preserving cleanliness in the implementation of health care requirements. In addition, there is a lack of understanding about the need of establishing standard processes to limit risk and prevent the spread of COVID-19. In the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, social media has evolved into a learning tool. In addition to providing enjoyment, social media may be utilized as an alternative source of answers to common concerns, such as information and queries concerning the COVID-19 viral infection. Instagram is the social media platform utilized, and there is intriguing material in the form of entertaining videos and photographs, as well as an operating system that is simple for youngsters to use. Implementation of social media accounts that share the most up-to-date information about COVID-19 and interesting health care standards so that children are not bored and can socialize directly with children in the Monang Maning area, Pemecutan Klod Village, Denpasar as an initial step in the dissemination of social media accounts. Through this strategy, the Instagram account formed has shown to be helpful in raising awareness of COVID-19 among children and parents, as well as being more disciplined in adopting health protocol criteria for attempts to minimize COVID-19 dissemination. Abstract

Parijoto fruit has been a symbol of Sleman since 2014. This fruit contains high antioxidant which is good for health. Mrs. Sutanti has the small medium enterprise that focus on production of parijoto syrup. However, her product has the quality problem. This community partnership program aimed to improve the parijoto syrup quality and production process. This program was held through several stages. (1) Discussion and observation of the existing production process and formula; (2) Determination of new product formulation; (3) The implementation of new product formula. The experiment of new formula was held in 11-30 August 2021. This experiment resulted the new parijoto syrup formula (1:3 parijoto juice to water ratio, and 15% (g/g) of lime juice addition). This new formula had 65% of total dissolved solids. The implementation of this new product formula was held in 15 September 2021. Keywords: formula, parijoto, production, quality, syrup.
