Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Amtek Engineering Batam. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara terpisah (persial) maupun secara bersama-sama (simultan). Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan sampel sebanyak 55 orang karyawan yang diambil secara keseluruhan dari total populasi (karyawan). Sedangkan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari hasil kusioner dengan karyawan yang berkompeten pada operator PT. Amtek Engineering Batam. Sedangkan sumber data skunder diperoleh dari dokumen PT. Amtek Engineering Batam dan diperoleh dari literature-literatur yang berhubungan dan dapat mendukung serta berguna bagi penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistic deskriptif, yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan dalam memberi gambaran terhadap objek yang diteliti melalui data sampel atau populasi yang diperoleh di lapangan dihubungkan dengan teori-teori yang relevan serta teknik kuantitatif yaitu analisis terhadap data yang telah diberi skor sesuai dengan skala pengukuran yang digunakan yaitu skala likert dan untuk hasil dan untuk hasil pengujiannya menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 21.Dari hasil penelitian mengambil kesimpulan bahwa secara persial Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), dengan hasil pengujian sebesar 0,639 atau 63,9 % sedangkan Kompensasi (X2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), hal ini terlihat dari hasil pengujian sebesar 0,356 atau 35,6 %. Namun secara simultan Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (kuat) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Amtek Engineering Batam dengan ke eratan sebesar 0,775 atau 77,5 % adapu sisanya sebesar 0,225 atau 2,25 % dipengaruhi atau faktor lain.

Abstract

The performance of employees is the main factor of an organization in order to achieve the goal of organization. In this study, the factor which affect the employees performance is education and working experience. This study was designed as an empirical study to examine the effect of education and working experience on the performance of employees in PT. Labtech Penta International Batam. Theory used in this study is the theory of Human Resource Management relating to education, working experience, and the performance of employee. This research is descriptive quantitative. Methods of data collection are by questionnaires, literature review and documentation studies. Variables are measured by Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Labtech Penta International Batam which has a total employee of 252 with 72 sample people.  Result of the first hypothesis shows that the education has positive effect but not significant on the performance of employees with t value ( 1.83 ) and significance ( 0.072 ) 0.005. Result of the second hypothesis shows that working experience has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with t value 3.12 and significance value 0.003 0.005. The calculation results of the third hypothesis shows that Fcalculation is 8.959 with significance Fcalculation is 0.000 lower than 0.05. Significance 0.000 0.05 means that the influence is significant. In other words, there are significant influence between education and working experience variables on the employee performance variable. In conclusion, education and working experience has positive and significant effect on the employee performance.

Abstract

Credit Sales Accounting System and Account Receivable Collection at PT.Kedaung Industrial Group Batam. Guided by Mr. SYAHRIL EFFENDI, SE,M.Ak and Mr.HENDRY JAYA, SEEshtabilished company to search for maximum profit and for the maintinly the viability of their business. Absolutely the business continuity can be realized it the goods or service acceptable in the market and get consumen interesting. There for something important to company’s learn about sale system. Because, sale is resource one of the way that used sale increasing is with credit sale system.This research is intended to know about Credit Sales Accounting System and Account Receivable Collection. Do research on one of these distributor glassware, mainly PT.Kedaung Industrial Group cab Batam. Located in the area Sekupang Industry kav.57-58 Batam.In doing this research, writer just using the descriptive method. To collect data obtained, interpretation, also analize and then explanation to know problems and get the arguments, researchers obtained data via observation interview.In this paper the author discusses how the accounting system of credit sales and collection of accounts receivable that the company used to compare the events with existing theories. This study was done to avoid fraud on credit sales and collection of accounts receivable.

Abstract

Issues examined in this study are: how the application of general control and application control in achieving the purpose of purchasing the PT. Usda Seroja Jaya Batam. These results indicate that the Overall Application of General Control on Pt.Usda Seroja Jaya Batam has been very good. Can be seen in terms of organization are part of related parts such as Warehouse and purchases, and purchases Planner, Marketing and Purchasing, Finance and Purchasing, Documentation Control as Item Request Form, Form ordering goods, Payment Filing with the letter and Invoice, Asset Accountability enough good, but there is no review by an independent party and that slightly reduce the quality of the company. Application control is applied not in accordance with the existing theory, there is still much to be met by companies such case the use of the security system. But so far applied control is good enough.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe whether is a positive and significant influence between product,prince, promotion and place of the sale of used motorcycle on the CV. ArthaSentosaPersadaBatam.In this study, the authors use a sample of 100 consumers in the CV. ArthaSentosaPersadaBatam by questionnaire while the data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data and questionnaire results obtained from consumers on CV.  Artha Sentosa Persada Batam. Secondary data obtained from CV. ArthaSentosaPersadaBatam, related and can support as well as useful for this research. Data was collected by questionnaires, data were descriptive statistics, which are used to describe the function gives an overview of the object under study through the data sample or population that quantitative analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the scale liqueur and for test results using SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solution) version 20. From the research, the authors conclude products X1, Prince X2, promotions X3 and X4 locations and significant positive effect on sales of used motorcycles in the CV. ArthaSentosaPersadaBatam.

Abstract

Keberhasilan Singapura membangun pusat oil-refinery, membuat sebagian besar impor BBM Indonesia berasal dari Negara itu.  Bahkan, Indonesia menggunakan MOPS (Mean of Plats Singapore) untuk menentukan harga patokan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) dalam negeri. Akibatnya Indonesia mengalami ketergantungan BBM pada Singapura Ketergantungan pada impor BBM dari Singapura semakin tinggi,  karena setelah berakhirnya rezim Orde Baru, pemerintah sama sekali  tidak membangun kilang pegelolaan baru, sedangkan kapasitas dan  teknologi kilang yang ada di dalam negeri tidak mampu dan tidak  mencukupi mengelola minyak yang dihasilkan di dalam negeri.  Alasanya keenggan pemerintah dan pertamina membangun kilang  karena pembangunan kilang tidak terlalu menguntungkan, sedangkan  biaya pembangunan kilang terbilang tidak kecil. Ditengah kelesuhan ekonomi dan Industri Batam dalam beberapa tahun belakangan ini, perlu kiranya Batam melirik kembali hasil  kajian Nissho Iwai Co. Ltd dan Pasific Becthel sebagai pusat industri petroleum dan petrokimia.      Perwujudkan hasil kajian tersebut akan memungkinkan Batam dapat bangkit kembali dari keterpurukan, sekaligus mengurangi  ketergantungan impor BBM dari negara lain, dan menjadi  permain utama industri petroleum dan petrokimia dunia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Di PT.Gajah Izumi Mas Perkasa Batam, serta membuktikan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antar variabel tersebut dilihat dari fenomena yang terjadi dengan keberadaan sebagai  distributor  pelanggan  tetap pada  PT. Gajah Izumi Mas Perkasa Batam.Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner pada 41 distributor  pelanggan  tetap. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam  penelitian  kuantitatif  yang dipakai adalah analisis  deskriptif  dan  analisis  inferensial.

Abstract

Research on Effect Analysis Customer Value, Service Quality and Customer Loyalty Toward Emotional Connection Bank Riau Kepri Batu Aji branch in Batam. This study aimed to examine the impact of service quality and customer loyalty emotional connection.Based on the results of this study using a sample of 100 respondents who are customers of the Bank Riau Kepri Batu Aji branches personality  using indicators that are valid and reliable shows the influence of each variable customer value, quality service and an emotional connection to the customer loyalty. For the expected future need for improved quality of care in order to better improve customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of leadership style on the performance and motivation of employees of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Branch Batam. The population used in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Branch Batam by 120 people. 55 While the sample is obtained from the calculation using the formula Slovin. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression with quantitative analysis, t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of this study concluded: there is positive and significant correlation between leadership styles on employee performance, there is no significant effect between work motivation on employee performance and significant relationship between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. Variable leadership style became dominant variables that influence employee performance analysis is based on the calculation of the standard beta coefficient has the greates value. The conclusion of this study is the style of leadership as important variables that affect the performance of employees. Therefore, it is advisable to pay more attention to the leadership of these two variables to produce a good performance of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Branch Batam.
