Abstract

The phenomenon of late pairing is rife in Indonesia. Starting from couple trends on social media, household problems in the film Berkalung Sorban Women, to the number of increase in domestic violence rates in Indonesia. The Qur'an mentions the word zauj in 68 verses, spread in 43 suras, with different words. This study aims to examine more deeply the word zauj in the Qur'an which is translated and interpreted by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, and provides a useful description of the analysis of linguistic structuralism in the translation and interpretation of verses containing the word zauj.

Abstract

The companions when the Messenger of Allah. still alive, if they find a problem related to the Qur'an they ask directly to the Messenger of Allah, then the Prophet. explain it to them. The position of the Prophet in this case as an explanation of the Qur'an and this position is the position and function of al-Sunnah in the interpretation of the Qur'an. There are several opinions of the scholars regarding the interpretation of the Prophet. against the Koran. First, the Messenger of Allah. explain the content of the Koran to his friends. As Ibn Taymiyah said that the Messenger of Allah. obligatory to teach the content of the Koran to his friends. Secondly, the Messenger of Allah. just a little in explaining to his friends. As is the story of 'A'ishah, the Messenger of Allah. do not interpret even one verse of the Koran except very limited in accordance with what is taught by the angel Gabriel.

Abstract

Spider Web and Shajarah  al-lmIlm are two concepth of religious and scientific integration that are popular in the Islamic Religious College (PTKIN). The first concept is owned by UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, while the second concept is owned by UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Therefore, this article focuses on reviewing integrative traditions in both concepth of integration of religion and science. This article concludes that in Spider Web, hadith are in h}adha>rah al-Nashsh which dialogue with h}adha>rah al-‘ilm and are bridged by h}adha>rah falsafah. In the concept there is also the word "sunnah" in ith normative meaning and hadith in ith historical meaning (‘Ulu>m al-Di>n), which then interacth in al-Fikr al-Isla>mi> and Dira>sat Isla>miyah in the next cluster. While in Shajarah  al-lmIlm, the Prophet's hadith became a source of knowledge along with the science of observation, experimentation, and logical reasoning. In the concept metaphor, the position of the hadith is in the trunk and learning is carried out gradually and neatly arranged. The study is carried out starting at the root first, then the stem, then branches and twigs, and ends with the fruit of knowledge, faith, good deeds, and noble character. Furthermore, this article finds some differences between integrative hadith studies in both concepth, namely first, the freer interaction of hadith scholarship in Spider Web, and the emergence of hadith as inspiration which certainly gives a new color to science in Shajarah al-‘Ilm; second, the integration of hadith which is philosophical and favored by activisth of Islamic studies in Spider Web, and the integration of hadith that is applicable and preferred by scientisth in Shajarah  al-lmIlm; and third, hadith in Islamic Studies is more developed in Spider Web, and hadith in general science is more able to develop in Shajarah al-‘Ilm.

Abstract

In months Ramadan, all people struggle to keep their fasting. The governments also really pay attention to fasting activity in months Ramadan. The public phenomenon has been doing the sin in months Ramadan is the problem that should to watch. What are the people in the world doing the sin because of only devil temptation? Or are there the other factors that make the people dong the sin? The goals of this research is to obtain the data of hadis accurately about the superiority in months Ramadan (the devils handcuffed) by this hadis, is the hadist can be a hujjah or not?. After doing this research by using qualitative approach, literature method, and descriptive, also using the sanad and matan criticism theory, it can be concluded that the hadis of the months Ramadan superiority about the devils handcuff is able to the new knowledge. The hadis that explain about the superiority of months Ramadan (the devils handcuffed) the entire narrated strip based on the quality of this hadis initially include in the criteria of S{ah}i>h} hadis, except the hadis that narrated by Imam Al-Nasa>’i on the fourth sanad schema included in the da’if category because broken the sanad from Ubaidillah, Ya’qub, Ibrahim, Ibnu Ishaq, Ibnu Shihab, and Ibnu Abi Anas which should from Ibnu Abi Anas to Abu Anas, in this sanad strip directly to Abu Hurairah. Besides, there is a friend to jarh claimed that as suduq yudallis by Ibnu Hajar is Muhammad bin Ishaq. Although there is broke sanad strip, but this hadis reinforced with the other hadis strip such as narrated strip of Imam An-Nasai and other mukharij in order to degree of the hadis raise become s}ah}i>h} li ghairihi hadis. Meanwhile, based on the quantitiy this hadis included into ahad gharib hadis that initially affected by only one person to narrate, he is Abu Hurairah. But, quantity of the hadis is change become ahad gharib hadis because every narrator thabaqah increased. The meaning of hadis about the superiority of months Ramadan (the devils handcuffed) has two real meanings. The hadis interpreted obviously that the devils really handcuffed obviously. Second meaning is majazi which the meaning is only analogy the devils are not handcuffed, but the devils cannot disturb people that doing the fasting.

Abstract

Mahabah, is in Arabic Mah}abbah derived from the word ah}abba-yuh}ibbu-mah}abbatan, which in language means deep love, love, or deep love. The Mahabah is defined as "the total inclination of the heart to something, the attention to it more than the self, the soul and the possessions, the attitude of the self in receiving both outwardly and inwardly, its orders and prohibitions; and self-acknowledgment of the lack of love given to him. Man is one of God's creatures who have been given a sense of love, so that man is able to make himself a being who can love his neighbor. With that feeling of love also humans can love and get closer to God. But what happens in the present time some people in the name of love to do something wrong, it is not expected by the teachings of Islam. The concept of Mahabah in the Qur'an is the view of the Qur'an in this case is the Ottoman manuscripts of the Mahabah and the things associated with it are done by collecting passages that discuss the Mahabah.

Abstract

Differences editorial in a hadith theme are possible, one of which is in the tradition licking fingers after eating. In the theme of the hadith there are 2 very prominent editors, namely in the form of a sentence kalimat يَلْعَقَهَا اَوْ يُلْعِقَهَاor only use the word يَلْعَقَهَا both of them are fi'il mud}a>ri’. But there is also the Hadith use the word mad لَعِقَ which is fi'il madi. The word يُلْعِقَهَا in the matan editor means 'licking fingers to others'. At first glance maybe the message of the Prophet Muhammad. in the hadith strongly recommends licking your fingers after eating, but whether to ask for help from others to do so. This paper aims to find out the analysis of ma’an al-hadith with an effort to trace the meaning of licking fingers after eating.

Abstract

Tafsir al-Dur al-Manthur the only interpretation bi al-Ma’thur pristine history. In general, tafsir bi al-Ma’thur sometimes specifying the hadith is weak in his comments. Fasting has more value than the other worship. So how is the quality of all da’if 's tradition of Ramadan fasting in Tafsir al-Dur al-Manthur and how to use da’if tradition in the view of al-Suyuti and muhaddithin. It aims to identify the quality of all da’if's tradition of Ramadan fasting in Tafsir al-Dur al-Manthur and describe how kehujjahan da’if tradition in the view of al-Suyuti and muhaddithin.

Abstract

The veil polemic has recently become a hot topic for discussion. Veiled behavior is seen as a symbol of radical Islamic understanding. This assumption raises a negative response from some parties who counter the veiled behavior. This negative response on the one hand has injured individual freedom in carrying out the teachings of Islam. This paper tries to examine veiled behavior from the point of view of interpretive science. In this study the opinions of the commentators will be revealed since the Salaf era until the Muta'akhirin era. How they view the activity of covering the face with a veil for Muslim women. The focus of the study will be directed at the interpretation of verse 59 surah al-Ahzab as the legal basis for the rule of dress for Muslim women. The findings in this study show that the majority of commentators interpret verse 59 surah al-Ahzab as a command to cover faces for Muslim women. Their interpretation shows that veiled behavior is a behavior that is positive and not part of a radical understanding feature.

Abstract

Appreciation and respect the community of Muslims to holy so extraordinary. Addition to reading is Muslims memorize Al-Qur’an. Memorize Al-Qur'an do with various method. Many method found who can help and already easy in memorize it. Such as memorize methods at Assalafie and Assalafiat Islamic Boarding Schools. Thus in Islamic boarding schools there are memorize method of Al-Qur’an ILHAM. However, the students who memorize Al-Qur'an with various method, there are applied method classic, ILHAM and combination between classic and ILHAM. The reception students on various memorizing methods is so unique that it is positive, active and innovative. The reception students that uses the classic method of memorizing is feeling comfortable, easy and often repeating. The response of the ILHAM method almost all said it was fun, not saturated, as if playing games. Reception of the combined method is extraordinary, memorizing positions can be anywhere and anytime and easier to memorize.

Abstract

Fasting is restraint during the day from things that cancel fasting, accompanied by intentions by the culprit, from dawn to sunrise. This understanding is explained by fiqh scholars. While the meaning of fasting according to Sufism scholars is to resist lust; the five senses; and turn away from other than God. Therefore, research on the meaning of fasting from the side of Sufism is quite interesting to study. This is because of its wider coverage. The interpretation used as the primary data source in this study is the tafsir al-Jailani. This commentary has different characteristics with other Sufism-style interpretations. Among the differences is there is an introduction and closure of each letter and explains the meaning of fasting in three types, namely the Shari'a fasting; the nature (spirituality), and fasting turning away from other than Allah. The purpose of this study is to describe the method of writing Al-Jailani's interpretation, starting from the biography of Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani; commentary; Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani's interpretation of the fasting verses and his analysis.
