Abstract

AbstrakLatar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari rasa penasaran penulis yang merasakan Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan yang kurang kondusif sehingga penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini dan guna mengetahui pengaruh gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan di MAN Ciledug. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan (1) Seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan, (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh situasi kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan dan (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi iklim kerja organisasi, diantaranya adalah faktor kepemimpinan. Beberapa Dimensi kepemimpinan diantaranya adalah gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan, dimensi ini merupakan hal yang pertama mempengaruhi iklim kerja. Dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik dan situasi kepemimpinan yang efektif diharapkan akan mewujudkan Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan yang kondusif.  Metode  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui  angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  korelasi pearson product moment, determinasi, dan korelasi ganda. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul diolah kemudian ditafsirkan, dianalisis dan dideskripsikan sesuai dengan masalah dan  tujuan  penelitian. Berdasarkan pembahasan dalam penelitian  ini,  maka  dapat  ditarik  kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan sebesar 37% termasuk pada kategori kurang, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan sebesar 32% termasuk pada kategorikurang, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan educater secara bersama-sama terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan sebesar 39%, sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor yang lainnya.Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, situasi kepemimpinan dan iklim kerja AbstractThe background of this research arises from author’s curiosity who feel the working climate of educater is less of  conducive so author interested in conducting this research and to determine the influence of leadership style and leadership situation on the working climate of educater in MAN Ciledug. The aim of this research are to explain (1) How much the influence of the leadership style on the working climate of educater, (2) How much the influence of the leadership situation on the working climate of educater and (3) How much the influence of leadership style and leadership situation working together on working climate of educater. There are several factors that can influence the working climate of the organization, including the factor of leadership. Some dimensions of leadership such as leadership style and leadership situations, these dimensions are the first thing that influence the working climate. With the good leadership style and effective leadership situation is expected to realize a conducive working climate ofeducater. The method is used in this research is quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires / questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation, determination, and double correlation. Furthermore, the data that had been collected was processed and then interpreted, analyzed and described in accordance with the issues and research purposes. Based on the discussion in this research, it can be concluded that: (1) There are positive influence and significant leadership style on working climate of educater is 37% included in the category of less, (2) There are positive influence and significant leadership situation on the working climate of educateris 32% include in the category of less, (3) There are positive influence and significant both  of leadership styles and situations educater together onworking climate of educater is 39%, the rest is influenced by other factors.Keywords: leadership style, leadership situation and working climate

Abstract

Abstract, Mental health problems lately discussed actually by academics, politicians and psychiatrists. Even the president Joko Widodo also wants the mental of the civil in this country must be revolutioned because of mental Indonesian nation has degraded. It was characterized by the many cases of abuse and violence as children (sexual abuse of children), rape, murder, corruption, drug trafficking, terrorism acts and other criminal acts which turned mostly done by teenagers. Deviant behavior that occurs because it is caused by many factors, both internally and externally. Internal factors derived from yourself while external factors coming from outside, especially influenced of environmental factors, a culture that is less educated, less public role and influence of advances in information technology which presents many negative impressions. This is left unchecked will jeopardize the future of the next generations adolescence if not addressed. Problems in adolescent mental health disorders today increasingly reflect the concerns of parents, teachers and the community.The goal of the research are to describe the development of the mental health for young students at the boarding school in the islamic school of Syafiiyyah in Cisambeng city of Palasah-Majalengka regency. Development of mental health in question is with the planting of character and morals and a healthy mental approach to the students through some methode is called “shuhbah” (friendship) for the purpose of mental development can be achieved easily, accurately, effectively and efficiently. The method of the research are using descriptive method with collecting some information, by techniques gained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation study. Data retrieval is derived from respondents who are seen mental health problems with a purposive sampling technique that aims to find out what the problem occurs in teenagers these students then how after he followed the guidance of mental health at boarding Syafiiyyah Cisambeng approach by “shuhbah” (friendship). Islamic conseling emphasizes spiritual solutions based on love and fear of Allah and the duty of fulfil our responsibility as the servants of Allah on this earth”The results of the research illustrate that the application of mental health counseling with shuhbah (friendship) perceived benefit to the students who participated in mental health counseling because after being interviewed and completed questionnaires the students who have experienced problems of mental disorders (misconduct) after obtaining calculated the mean category average high.Based on the recognition of the students, they are feel much better after attending mental health training activities in Pondok Pesantren Syafiiyyah Cisambeng guided by Mas Nawawi (Ustd.Muhamad Nawawi Fathulloh, M.Pd.I). Abstract

ABSTRAK Peserta didik yang tinggal dalam lingkungan masyarakat, tentunya tidak terlepas dari kultur budaya setempat, mereka banyak mendapatkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan budaya lokal yang berada di sekeliling mereka, oleh sebab itu untuk merangsang respon peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas harus menggunakan pendekatan budaya lokal yang sudah mereka alami dan mereka ketahui, yaitu dengan cara menghubungkan materi pembelajaran dengan budaya lokal di mana peserta didik berada. Melalui pengembangan konsep budaya lokal dalam proses pembelajaran, maka pembelajaran akan lebih mudah dipahami dan diterima peserta didik. Dengan kata lain, salah satu cara meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal. Masalah yang  menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah pendidikan akhlak berbasis budaya lokal dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran, keberadaaan peserta didik di masyarakat yang tidak bisa terlepas dari budaya lokal setempat, maka pendidik harus kreatif dalam menggunakan nilai-nilai budaya lokal sebagai bentuk respon peserta didik dalam belajar, sehingga mampu membangkitkan partisipasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran, meningkatnya partisipasi peserta didik dalam belajar, maka pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan penguasaan dan pemahaman materi, serta prestasi peserta didik semakin meningkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, model pendidikan akhlak berbasis budaya lokal baik yang berbentuk ungkapan-ungkapan tradisional yang terpampang di salah satu sudut Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Ciawigebang atau yang sering disampaikan oleh Kepala Sekolah atau para guru dalam momen-momen tertentu, maupun yang berbentuk upacara-upacara tradisional, ternyata mampu meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik dalam belajar, dan bentuk partisipasi peserta didik dalam belajar dapat terlihat dengan meningkatnya kedisiplian peserta didik, meningkatnya motivasi belajar peserta didik, peserta didik semakin mampu untuk mengontrol dirinya, peserta didik semakin memiliki karakter dalam belajar. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Akhlak, Budaya Lokal, dan Partisipasi.

Abstract

The object this researchs are: (1) to find influence of intellectual intelligence for social behavior students (2) to find influence of emotional intelligence for social behavior students (3) to find influence of spiritual intelligence for social behavior students (4) to evidence influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence for social behavior students of SMPN 1 Kadugede district Kuningan.This research use quantitative method where the writer present the data base on questionersin-the field. The analysis technique the data use regrissim, determination, and dereble regression. The data collected processing to see, analysis, and description base on the problem and to object research.Base on this research the can be concluded that there are : (1) there is influence of intellectual intelligence (IQ) with social behavior students the way of significant and pattern direction is 25,6% and the research include of catagery enough strong (2) there is influence of emotional intelligence (EQ) with social behavior students the way of significant and the pattern direction is 46,7% and the research in clude of category enough strong (3) there is influence of spiritual intelligence (SQ) with social behavior students the way of significant and the pattern direction is 45,6% and the research in clude of category enough strong (4) there are influence of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) with social behavior students are significant and there is relation direction is 56,5% and include of category strong.Key words : Intelectual Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) and Social Behavior.

Abstract

AbstractThis study analyzes the relationship between science and religion in the view of Islam, and describes the integration between science and religion or science and technology in science learning activities (IPA) at Sadamantra State Elementary School, Jalaksana, Kuningan, West Java.This article confirms that the integration of Islamic values in science education education (IPA) at Sadamantra State Elementary School is real, done and so inevitably. This conclusion is contrary to the assumption that some scientists are doubting the integration of science and denying Islamic scholarship. The assumption that denying the integration of Islam and science is answered by the author by presenting normative, historical, and empirical evidence.The facts prove that the separation of religion with science will only complicate the learning process itself. After all, students must be equipped with Islamic values in science learning to stimulate student behavior as a learner as well as community in their environment.Keywords: Integration, Islamic values, Science, SDN Sadamantra  AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis hubungan sains dan agama dalam pandangan Islam, dan mendeskripsikan integrasi antar sains dan agama atau iptek dan imtak dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sains (IPA) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sadamantra, Jalaksana, Kuningan, Jawa Barat.Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran pendidikan sains (IPA) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sadamantra nyata, terlaksana dan sebau keniscayaan. Kesimpulan ini bertolak belakang dengan anggapan beberapa ilmuan yang menyangsikan integrasi keilmuan dan menafikan keilmuan Islam. Anggapan yang menafikan integrasi Islam dan sains dijawab oleh penulis dengan menghadirkan bukti-bukti normatif, historis, dan empiris.Fakta membuktikan bahwa pemisahan agama dengan sains hanya akan mempersulit proses pembelajaran itu sendiri. Bagaimana pun siswa harus dibekali dengan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam pembelajran IPA untuk memacu perilaku siswa sebagai pembelajar sekaligus komunitas  di lingkungannya. Abstract

Based on the observation result to the some teachers at SMA N 1 Dukupuntang. The results show that there are many obstacles or issues related to the implementation of Principal supervision and leadership, such as; the poor quality of principal supervision and the type of principal leadership which is not strict to the teacher and staff.  The study is based on the understanding that the School as an Institution which is a principal as a top manager should try to grow a good performance of all teachers in order to stimulate and support them to improve their performances. So it will give additional inspiration to develop the teacher performance. The techniques of collecting data are used observation technique, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis are used a quantitative method and correlationner method. The conclusion of the Research is the quality of principal supervision, the principal leadership, and the teachers performance at SMA N 1 Dukupuntang are low. These are based on the findings of questionnaires recapitulation that majority teacher answered the questionnaires with sometimes. Based on the analysis of the data, the principal supervision and principal leadership give an effect to the teacher performance. It can be seen from the regression test which is the F tabel score is 2,79 < F account 45,089 which means significant. It means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.The significant effect of principal supervision and leadership is 63,9%. This score is based on the determination test ( at Model summary table).Keywords : supervision, the principal leadership, and the teachers performance.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to find out the factors and patterns of life like what is applied by the nursing profession at Putera Bahagia Hospital of Cirebon City so that they can live in harmony side by side with each other despite different beliefs. Furthermore, researchers want to know how the views of the nursing profession at Putera Bahagia Hospital Cirebon City against the concept of harmony of life among religious believers in the present.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include, observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.From the results of the study found that the creation of harmony, because each of the religious adherents of each other open and accept the existence of other religions. The existence of religious diversity in the hospital, does not make the interaction between the nursing profession to be tenuous and rigid, it actually makes its own beauty that can be seen in the pattern of interaction nursing professional community. In conducting activities that are social, the nursing profession at Putera Bahagia Hospital of Cirebon City does not consider any majority or minority groups. They always instilled a strong sense of brotherhood and uphold the attitude of mutual help in their society. In relation to the pattern of religious harmony, the nursing profession in general has a very dynamic pattern of harmony. This can be seen from the pattern of religious social relations and social relations patterns, which will explain how the pattern of religious harmony that occurred in Putera Bahagia Hospital. In addition, there are also factors affecting harmony that occurred in Putera Hospitals happy, namely: the bonds of togetherness, mutual respect and respect between religious and mutual aid.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencari tahu faktor dan pola kehidupan seperti apa yang diterapkan oleh profesi keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Putera Bahagia Kota Cirebon sehingga mereka bisa hidup rukun berdampingan satu sama lain meskipun berbeda-beda keyakinan. Selanjutnya peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana pandangan profesi keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Putera Bahagia Kota Cirebon terhadap konsep kerukunan hidup antarumat beragama pada masa kini.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya antara lain, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terciptanya kerukunan, karena masing-masing dari setiap pemeluk agama saling terbuka dan menerima keberadaan dari agama  lain. Adanya keanekaragaman beragama yang ada di Rumah  Sakit, tidak membuat hubungan interaksi antara profesi keperawatan  menjadi renggang dan  kaku, justru  hal tersebut membuat keindahan tersendiri yang dapat dilihat didalam  pola interaksi bermasyarakat profesi keperawatan. Dalam melakukan kegiatan yang bersifat sosial, profesi keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Putera Bahagia Kota Cirebon  tidak memandang adanya kelompok mayoritas ataupun minoritas. Mereka selalu menanamkan rasa persaudaraan yang sangat kuat dan menjunjung tinggi sikap gotong-royong di dalam masyarakatnya. Dalam  kaitannya dengan pola kerukunan umat beragama, profesi keperawatan secara umum mempunyai pola kerukunan yang sangat dinamik. Hal ini terlihat dari pola hubungan sosial keagamaan dan pola hubungan sosial kemasyarakatan, yang mana hal-hal tersebut akan menjelaskan bagaimana pola kerukunan umat beragama yang terjadi di Rumah Sakit Putera Bahagia. Selain itu, terdapat pula faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kerukunan yang terjadi di Rumah Sakit Putera bahagia yaitu: ikatan kebersamaan, saling menghormati dan menghargai antarumat beragama dan gotong royong.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama berperan penting dalam mengajarkan ajaran agama. Ajaran agama merupakan dasar untuk membina kerukunan hidup antar umat beragama. Sekolah merupakan tempat yang tepat dalam mengajarkan pendidikan agama dan toleransi, salah satunya adalah Geeta School Cirebon. Maka dari itu, penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih dalam bagaimana pelaksanaan toleransi keberagamaan dalam proses pendidikan agama di Geeta School Cirebon.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran secara mendalam tentang: 1) Konsep toleransi beragama dan pendidikan agama dalam sistem pendidikan nasional secara umum. 2) konsep toleransi beragama diterapkan dalam iklim akademik di Geeta School Cirebon. 3) Pelaksanaan toleransi keberagamaan diterapkan dalam proses pendidikan agama di Geeta School Cirebon.Penelitian ini mengggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian yang meliputi: wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan, keabsahan datanya akan diperkuat dengan melakukan pengecekan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan menggunakan bahan referensi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Konsep toleransi beragama dalam Sistem Pendidikan Nasional secara umum berdasarkan makna dan tujuan pendidikan, yaitu menjunjung tinggi hak asasi manusia, nilai keagamaan, nilai kultural, dan kemajemukan. (2) Konsep toleransi beragama sangat diterapkan dalam iklim akademik di Geeta School Cirebon. Pihak sekolah berupaya menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi dalam diri siswa melalui interaksi sosial, pendidikan agama, dan kegiatan keagamaan. Pada akhir tahun 2015, pihak sekolah memutuskan untuk menerima dan membolehkan siswi dan guru yang beragama Islam untuk menggunakan jilbab di area sekolah. (3) Pelaksanaan toleransi keberagamaan dalam proses pendidikan agama di Geeta School Cirebon berjalan sangat tertib. Kurikulum yang digunakan Geeta School Cirebon adalah Kurikulum KTSP dengan metode pembelajaran aktif (active learning) dan berpusat kepada siswa (students center). Penggunaan metode dan media pembelajaran yang variatif membuat proses pembelajaran agama menjadi aktif dan menyenangkan.Kata Kunci: toleransi, toleransi keberagamaan, pendidikan agama, Undang-undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional

Abstract

In the era of technology like today, pornography is very easily accessed through the media, especially the virtual media. The prices of Internet rent are affordable by teenagers and children, moreover the mobile phone that have internet applications, making pornography easily accessed through the virtual media. From the interview results of 25 students of SMA-SMK Mandiri Cirebon, obtained an information that they often to see the pornography through the internet media, tabloids, magazines and comics. Five of these 25 students also keep the pornographic video on their mobile phones. Of these 25 students, 12 students have kissed with their boy/girlfriends, 8 students have already held hands. While the rest 5 students said that they never consume pornography through any media, has never kissed lips, but had held hands with his boy/girlfriend. By the technology advance, the teenagers are often searching for the wrong information such as pornographic movies and pornographic images. Di era teknologi seperti saat ini, pornografi sangat mudah diakses melalui media, terutama media maya. Harga rental internet yang terjangkau oleh remaja dan anak-anak hingga media telepon seluler yang mempunyai aplikasi internet, membuat pornografi semakin mudah di akses melalui media maya. Dari hasil wawancara terhadap 25 peserta didik di sekolah SMA-SMK Mandiri Cirebon, diperoleh informasi mereka sering melihat pornografi melalui media internet, tabloid, majalah dan komik. Lima diantara 25 siswa ini juga menyimpan film porno dalam handphone mereka. Dari 25 siswa ini, 12 siswa pernah berciuman dengan pacar mereka, 8 siswa sudah pernah berpegangan tangan. Sedangkan dari 5 siswi SMA-SMK Mandiri Cirebon, semuanya mengatakan tidak pernah mengkonsumsi pornografi melalui media apapun, belum pernah berciuman bibir, tapi pernah berpegangan tangan dengan pacarnya. Semakin meningkatnya tekhnologi sering para remaja mencari informasi yang salah seperti info film porno dan gambar porno.
