Abstract

The development of advanced communications technology has brought about fundamental changes in the world of life. A number of views on the spirit behind the progress are emerging, as well as about the effects it incurs. This paper tries to see two basic things. First about the passion and trends behind the advances in communication technology. This section includes allfree behavior that encourages the tendency of abnormalities, identity greed, the speed and interconnectedness. Second, about the spirit of thought that underlies the advancement of communication technology. This section reviews the three currents of thought that become the dominant discusus in viewing technology. That thought is; 1) utopianism as an optimistic view of the positive role of science and technology, 2) dystopianism, as a pessimistic view of science and technology, and 3) hypertopianism, as the fatalist view of science and technology. The various streams of thought that the author studied from a number of literatures in this field show the tendency of many thinkers to highlight the negative aspects of the latest advances in communication technology. Similarly depicted in this paper, the gloomy portrayal of the future of communication technology in this paper can be viewed positively, that it gives us a map of the spirit of progress, as a "long-warning system" that provides mapping, and the possibility of the future by departing from current social, cultural and technological trends can help us read its constellations and impacts

Abstract

Throughout the history of the pre-independence and post-independence Indonesia. The role of Islamic philanthropy has made important contributions in the welfare and empowerment of the public. Not in doubt that social and economic inequalities can be seen by the naked eye at the moment, nothing else due to swift currents of globalization and the development of the modern world that is unstoppable. This is reflected in the strong stance that is not altruistic individualism around. Islamic philanthropy comes with a carrying value of an underlying morality of the humanist spirit (human), that the human being with another human being the same, so it is important to eliminate all forms of discrimination, particularly to maintain the sustainability of human life on this earth. Social capital development in the era of globalization (globalization) is in need, given the free world economy (free market) is unbelievably intense competition and cruel. One of the foundations of social capital (human capital) is in addition to the knowledge and skills is the ability of people to make associations (associated) with each other. programs of BAZNAS with the distribution of zakat to the education sector is large enough, then the system development offered by the National Zakat Agency by allocating funds for charity, which reached 20.35 percent, or about 500 billion in the education sector, the other not only to achieve sustainable development which manifests itself with a system of human resource development through the provision of education funds to mustahik, either directly in the form of scholarships, research, support the renovation of schools, or the establishment of schools in the direct management BAZNAS. Modernization and globalization are progressing very significant, if not in conjunction with increased knowledge and the quality of education for the community itself, then a structured poverty will remain rampant.

Abstract

AbstractThe fragility of the economic system of capitalism and socialism makes the Islamic economicsystem into an alternative economic system and studied in depth by contemporary Islamiceconomic thinkers. In realizing Islamic economic system must be aligned with the maqasid alshariah(goals sharia). There are four main approaches in the study of Islamic economicsnamely: a pragmatic approach, recitative, utopian and adaptive. Such an approach alwaysleads to moral values, human brotherhood, social justice, integrating Islamic values and aimsfor the establishment of al-mashlahah as the core maqashid al-shariah can be used as anargument of the legal establishment, especially relating to Islamic economics. Ijtihad in Islameconomy by using al-maslahah can be done by meeting certain requirements that do notconflict with al-Quran and al-Hadith and not contrary to qiyas. Besides, it does not conflictwith a higher benefit, both in how to do it and in a way to preserve from extinction. EconomicIjtihad Islam implemented by analyzing the social and political realities and priorities (fiqh fighrealities and priorities) in order to achieve the benefit of society and the state.
